(mayhaps I should play BEG more often...?!)

need more rings and where to use 1213?

I thought the 1213 was for yellow dots, but not working either way i try it.

I'm stuck, need one more ring, can't figure out the green dots that turn yellow and don't know what to do with the 1213 clue.

duh, only light up the one for each number, not that many lights in each column.
