number sequence for bars can be read in 2 ways:
- number order from top to bottom or bottom to top
(i.e. 6th, 4th, 5th bar etc or 3rd, 1st, 2nd bar etc.)
- number order from 1-6
(i.e. fifth bar from top as 1st, fourth bar from top as 2nd, bottom bar as 3rd etc.)
the latter works for this puzzle

Dials with the dots was like pulling teeth even after looking at the walkthrough. Not Nsr's best effort.

You get dial to go on clock later. Dot puzzle and number puzzle did not make any sense to me--had to look at video and still don't know the logic.

3rd dot dial in bottom row doesn't move...
the logic for me would be to match same dots with the neighbour, but apparently not NEG logic
watched the VWT & have to agree: don't see any logic - plz explain NEG
dots puzzle is a mystery; the final rings puzzle is a pain in the @$$ (rest of the game is super easy) - even two stars is too much for this game!
