Stuck! All I have left is a purple toadstool. Can't figure out what to do with the grid of coloured Greek symbols...anyone?

Have got the colours for the symbols in the different scenes but don't get why there are so many rectangles in the grid...am I being really stupid??

fairybird, change all the rectangles in each row to the color of the corresponding symbol, as per the clues.

You'll need 4 of those purple toadstools.
