Nice one (a bit AVM like with the double use of a hint), but you can escape without doing the last puzzle.

Rubber duck was empty?

There should be a silver key for the boat. If not then you got the version you can escape without doing that last puzzle.

Where did you get the silver key, if it wasn't in the duck? I'm trying to figure it out!

No silver key at all. Already an exit arrow in the boat scene when getting there.
If you don't go out and do the puzzle and use the net, the ducky is empty.

No silver key for me. Stuck at bridge scene - looking for those 2 extra planks. Seems obvious they're from the signpost in first scene but can't take them. Need tool perhaps.

Ah suddenly found gold key. Moving on.

I got the same ending as BurgersBeBob. No silver key, just exit arrow. Very short game but nice!
