There is a stick on the floor near the bed.
Lots of dark items around. Just found a black box under desk in left scene. A least 3 things on bed in room after black widow.
That black thing is the pedal for the trash can (this is why this isn't a "best" game).
"Give me the brain" LOL
Hint: That black thing under the desk is a book. Books have paper that you use something on.
Just found a pixel-hunt cart on the very right side of the adjustable bed scene (under the navigation arrow). 3 colored balls with no clue yet, xray clues were no help (far left of same scene). Trial and erroring....
Blue container says cotton wool on it. Haven't opened it yet. Looks like I have a blue bottle of eye drops or something, unused. My arms are hurting from carrying this sledgehammer around since the beginning, LOL. Some sort of metal rod and a glove are what else I have unsed. Must be missing a dark corner somewhere....
Why of course, use surgical glove on pile of garbage in left scene....
The sledgehammer wasn't good enough for the incubator in right scene, I guess.
There are 2 things under the gauze. One is shower head in case you didn't have esp.
If you click on the "?" on the corner of zoomed items in inventory it'll indicate what you need to complete it.
Finally.... the sledgehammer wasn't good enough for the brain jar under the tray on the bed either. Making progress again. Long game.

There are two things on the floor in the scene behind the brain hand (I'll let you discover what fun is there!).
Use just the first 4 bodies of the clue
The spray bottle (not the eye drop bottles) is ant killer. Racing toward the end. Long game of back-and-forth trying to remember where things are (luckily finished objects no longer are active, thank you!)
There is a white eye drop bottle in the incubator as well as those forceps. Late find.
The "?" clue on the letter on the desk is going to help me! Now where was that green goo.....
Green goo was also on floor in room behind brain hand (still not going to spoil what is in that room!)
Out. Score 28553. No bugs found. A good laugh in parts, wish I was playing with someone else here. Yup, most inappropriate soundtrack ever in an escape game.
Far left scene click above lockers and shine flashlight there. Will get cotton in a package but don't yet know how to open that.
