odd one out

as always, all puzzles can be bf'ed, but that's not the purpose of these games

although I took several guesses till I got the right odd shape - but the reason eludes me

explanation - anyone plz - htx

finally figured out the number grids
mayhaps there's an easier explanation, but as I'm tending to overthinking ☻, I found a pattern & solved it the following way:

it makes it easier to solve, when you arrange the numbers of each grid in increasing order
