finally had the time to come back to this one, but couldn't proceed already at lvl-1 :-/
although I don't like to peek into the VWT as I want to figure out things without such help, I did it this time:
you should be able to click whistle again when in the umpire's mouth to change it to a vuvuzela - but nothing is changing for me... :-(
