Look at the heads of the 4 hanging guys. That gives left-right clue. That gives black pumpkin.

The four colours are not from the stones. Place the bat in the pot and you get the colour code

Check all the faces of the hanging men. Also after solving the left-right order.
The canes are a hint as well as a puzzle.

After placing the 4 pumpkins you can change their colour

Dear oh dear. After solving the canes you get three animal faces. The first is a cat, the third is a pig. I had to bf the middle one.

Forgot to say: the animals are for the 3-letter puzzle. First letter of each animal
