the three pictures in fireplace room is the deceptively simple clue for the shapes in the kitchen

The match needs to be lit from another flame.

Apple is hint for "clock"

Once you have opened vase with hint from apple, pour in jug of water.

You need 4 pieces of wood for fire. Then add kindling, light with match and use bellows. Finally use long stick to retrieve object.

Check chandelier in bathroom.

I take my hat off to you for the 2 most ridiculous clues I have ever seen. The cut apple for the clock and the picture frames for the 3 squares. Bravo!!!!

Thank you for the clues here about the apple and the three pictures. Those were ridiculous! Especially the apple - it matters which hands go where, but there seems to be no difference between them.

I progressed when I realised that the gold coin was actually a token to start the green snake and arrow puzzle to get the key.

Mirror frames on the left wall by the stairs is the clue for the shapes puzzle
