You need to bait the cat somehow (2 items)
Wall hint : magic square (sum is 15)
Tricky scene to the right after opening the gate (right side of the house )
4 colored numbers code - count rubix cube squares
Tablet code - after inserting both pieces on CBs, look at the LEDs

Under a bush, in a bin, the cats away, a magic square, white elephant, a mess on the wall, a loose grill, a laptop with an AD and nothing else, count the missing one. Some key parts, a number of shapes and a box becomes its own clue. Online shopping for the win, a tall thing in a crate and you're in. Or maybe fill your bucket again, take your pole apart and go see if the garbagemen came while you were busy...

On sandbox scene: tricky spot to dig behind elephant toy and another spot on the wall (needs cleaning)

For second ending: Colours --- watch for the overlap.

Bucket needs to be filled (after getting the red key and opening the water flow). Now, remember the dirty spot?
Phone on the table can be charged. Password -> Count sides (wall hint)
Knife opens a box, and so does a crowbar.
Pipes can be attached to each other (and detached too).
NORMAL END: Button is high up. Do we have something long enough to reach it? Use blue key on door.
HAPPY END (after getting blue key):
Oh, the garbage truck came :)
The cat is gone and now there's a tricky spot on the wall.
Fill your bucket again.
You need to cut some grass.
5 green circles hint -> plants on the wall.
Hook + heavy bucket opens a cabinet somewhere.
Time to disconnect the pipes -> Up/Down hint for gray box.
Color code -> TV (see how colors overlap each other)
