ReplyDelete#31b
ReplyDeleteI need the name of my cellmate... How can I possibly know that?
For 20-you can find that one using google and a song by rem.loosing my???
ReplyDeleteFor 31b- look in wiki, the same guy has 6 or so names in this game..think about where you are..
For 35b- you have the month and date in the source..hint:born in 1969
For 40- a symbol encyclopedia will help with this one..the older version of this symbol is what everyone knows..
back on the game. stuck on 32, got sidetracked and found out that Caesar has a myspace. So does Ben Franklin, Mozart, Henry VIII. They comment each other and are top friends to each other. "Julius Caesar's Details" made me lol.
ReplyDeleteigraceful,,lol..Why are you stuck here when you have the answer right there in your post??
ReplyDeleteigraceful, Put his first and last name..you have it spelled correct here too! (no caps though)
ReplyDeletethanks! i was trying to think of games with caesar. didn't think to put the name.
ReplyDeleteI still don't get 31b haha
ReplyDeletesearched up all the names of the tokens, nothing is working? Monopoly on wiki is not helping me either...
I got the month and the year, it's the date I need
ReplyDeleteDiane, search 'monopoly characters'
ReplyDeletewhat kind of deciphering tool do i use for 32a?
ReplyDeleteok, I've got the date and tried everyone I can find who was born on that date, none of which are working.
ReplyDeletewhat was 32a?
ReplyDeleteking of diamonds. card says cesar
ReplyDeleteues a tool in Purplehell, the clue pretty much tells you which one to use.
ReplyDeletePenguin, think computers and your playing name(penguin)..hehe
ReplyDeletefor 32a- you have to change the pic name..
heh, it looks easy now I've done it, thanks Vbranam
ReplyDeletenot getting anywhere with these flags though.
ReplyDeleteYour Welcome..for that one its tricky..Your thinking semaphores..But the common word for it is just--(part of your post)and adding (ing)
ReplyDeleteergh, had to wait a while bc connection timed out. thanks for the help!
ReplyDeleteOh wait Penguin...What exactly is on your screen..I may be thinking of another level..
ReplyDelete40 is the one with all those numbers, and some letters underneath, but I don't see symbols, or am I being dumb now?
ReplyDeleteJulianne, Im unsure of which level your on now..(music,games,religion)in the url???
ReplyDeleteI'm on genius (not too fitting eh?)
ReplyDeleteshould I delete this comment after you read it?
No, you dont have to delete, thats just part of the higher riddle..My levels dont coincide with yours..for 39 was your answer h---
ReplyDeleteyep, that was my answer, did they change the URL or level since a few weeks ago? Cos I stopped playing when I went on holiday.
ReplyDeleteIn the source, scroll all way down to bottom,,I had to put this picture in paint and color in the numbers...then you get a symbol..type in name of symbol to move to next level. This one was hard
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm gonna try that! I do like hard levels, so it's cool, but I just had no clue.
ReplyDeleteI think I'm calling it a night soon, see you all tomorrow!
which level is that for vbranam1?
ReplyDeleteI've got 7 national flags, I've identified most of the countries but not all.
ReplyDeleteigraceful, it was level 40 for julianne..
ReplyDeletefor the flag one Penguin, does it say "crossing borders
it does indeed say "crossing borders"
ReplyDeleteOk, so you got the country names of your flags right? the 1st letter of each flag spells out a word..you go there and get your answer..
ReplyDeletetook a break
ReplyDeleteam i on the right track with 33? i know the quote was said by Saint Augustine who was also a bishop..
ok, I have all my countries, got all the letters, but I can't make them spell a word.
ReplyDeleteSorry, Penguin, I didnt explain that very well..Now that you know the countries..get the country codes for each one..Keep them in order..Now read what it says and do it..
ReplyDeleteok. I've got three words (from looking at the inernational abbreviations) but no idea what to do next.
ReplyDeleteigraceful, in the source, the jpg file.. do that as you see it and do it again (2)
ReplyDeleteyeah I've got that Vbranam. I've got a three word instruction but don't know where to search.
ReplyDeleteBah! this level's making me feel stupid!
ReplyDeletePenguin, your on the right track. You need to look right there where you are..just go back to start. and do what your 3 words say..
ReplyDeleteYeah, this one is tricky..At the very beginning you will get it
ReplyDeleteThe very beginning of what your doing right now..
ReplyDelete37 had better be easier. thanks vbranam
ReplyDeletelol...that one had me for a while..those two creators are tricky. Yeah 37 is much easier..I will make it even easier for you..Email the picture to yourself and open the attachment..look in properties and look at the keyword..
ReplyDeleteFor 37: Use source clue, picture clue and decode bottom
ReplyDeletegot the clue from the picture (p***e) and the source (*=*) now what?
ReplyDeleteAnd you decoded the bottom of pic..so you got your word, t--e
ReplyDeleteIm going on memory as to how to get to next levels..I wrote all my answers down but didnt keep my notes..Just type in your word now.
I think I've got to use the keyword cipher in purplehell but I'm not sure what the key letter is.
ReplyDeleteAnother word for a cylinder
ReplyDeleteI didn't decode the bottom but your clue got me the answer anyway. out of interes, how do you decode that?
ReplyDeleteInstead of PH I used Rumkin for this level.the letter substitution was in the source.. listed in your previous post *=*
ReplyDeleteit's ok, I figured out how to decode it, not that I need to now. Now... 38...
ReplyDeleteyeah, the reason I couldn't get it before is because the PH one isn't very good.
ReplyDeleteooh! I,ve found the video.
ReplyDeletelevel 39! woo!
ReplyDeletethe oictures all link to songs, don't know where to go next.
ReplyDeleteYep, all by same band..name one of their songs here..a 4 letter word song
ReplyDeleteKeep in mind your answer for 38
ReplyDeleteFor 39, h--e
ReplyDeleteFor 40-you will need 3 files from the source..Once you get them print them out..This is how you will know what numbers to paint over or mark out..keep in mind your answer for 39..
I got to go for now..I will try to check back here at a later time, maybe other players will show up to help to.. good luck
For 20 losing my religion is no help, can i have the answer- i have been on this one for 2days
ReplyDeleteanyone here help on 20 please!?!
ReplyDeletereligion
ReplyDeletereligion is not working for me, that is so weird

ReplyDeletevbranam, still don't understand 40, how did you decode the text underneath the picture? I'm also not able to find a symbol, I don't know which numbers to colour.
ReplyDeleteI found the eggs of level 39 again, blacked out three numbers, but I don't think I did it right, or am I on the right track now?
ReplyDeleteI've got the song (h**e) but it's not working.
ReplyDeleteI've also found out where they're from, which doesn't work.
ReplyDeletepenguin, I'm on 40, not on 39 anymore, they're from where I'm from as well :)
ReplyDeleteLook at the pics you found and look at their homepage. try to figure out how to apply the numbers you found to their discography. You should end up with a four letter word.
Julianne, you are brilliant!
ReplyDeletehaha, it took me sooo long because i didn't take released singles into consideration at first :)
ReplyDeleteit would have been easier if I'd used the official site at first instead of a fan site. how you doing with 40? I've got nothing.
ReplyDeleteI've decoded the text but I can't find the files.
ReplyDeletehow did you decode the text? I didn't manage to do that, is it enigma again? haha.
ReplyDeleteI found co*** on the egg pics of level 39, but when I black those numbers out, it makes no sense.
i don't understand your hint vbranam..
ReplyDeleteit's a ROT (Ceasar) cipher.
ReplyDeleteHow did you find that?
which level you on igracefull?
ReplyDeleteremember the picture eggs from the level you just completed? there are numbers on them. but it didn't help me.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm gonna rot a little now :)
33. chess
ReplyDeleteI guess I didn't find the right files.
ReplyDeleteok, I've found two files (.pdf and .doc) can't make any sense of them and can't find the third.
ReplyDelete33, just follow what it says in the source. it helps if you use paint to keep track.
ReplyDeleteok, I've found all three files (third one is .txt) now to figure out what they mean.
ReplyDeleteI still don't get it? I've done it on paint even before you suggested it multiple times, but I don't know what I'm supposed to see.
ReplyDeleteyou're good penguin!
ReplyDeleteI think I understand what to do, it all has to do with positive and negative, so the positive ones stay and the negative ones go :)
I'll be back after dinner to see if it works!
I've just done that Julianne, got a symbol but don't recognise it.
ReplyDeleteyay! got it! I'd got a few numbers wrong,
ReplyDeleteJulianne nad Penguin, your both right on for level 40..The negative
ReplyDeletenumbers you have left(un-painted)will be a symbol..That symbol meaning is your answer..
igraceful, its a "lovely" day today..
Wonderful, Penguin..lol..thats a modern day version of the symbol. everyone recognizes the old one at first sight..
ReplyDeletehow do I decode the sound for 41?
ReplyDeleteThanks. I could only see the "ely." I wasn't so sure about the first 3. To me, it looked like a w and u.
ReplyDeleteok, I've decoded it, got a word (t******d) now what?
ReplyDeletehehehe, I liked 34.
ReplyDeletegoogle that word along with whats on the screen or (last answer)
ReplyDeletePenguin, cant remember how I got there..Ive played 3 riddles since then, so as to not confuse you, google devin townsend and get it from there..
ReplyDeletegotta go for now..
I'm on Devin Towsend's official site, what am I looking for?
ReplyDeleteactually,on the first number/page on google.
ReplyDeleteall I'm getting on the first page is Ebay and reviews. I'm searching i******y t******d
ReplyDeleteVbranam, I think you may have to drag me kicking and screaming to the end of this riddle heh.
ReplyDeleteI've even tried the tattoo on his leg.
ReplyDeletelol..its a song on his infinity album..when you see it you will know it, because of whats at the bottom of your picture on that level..
ReplyDeletebah! I'd already tried the full name of that song.
ReplyDeleteI take that as you got it!!! lol
ReplyDeleteyep thank. I've seen a lot of people stuck on 42 on other forums so I assume it isn't easy. this riddle got to hard for me several levels ago but I can't stop so close to the finish.
ReplyDeleteOh, it surely did for me too! yep, 42 was very frustrating..I cant tell ya how to get there,(location) but I can give you a major clue for you to start with..Do you want the clue or do you want to search??
ReplyDeleteGot to run out for a bit...I,ll be back...
ReplyDeleteok, so I did everything I had to do for fourty, but dont' recognize the symbol...help please?
ReplyDeleteI want the clue please lol

ReplyDeleteOh wow,I was a tad bit late with that clue, you got on your own..Great job..
ReplyDelete43..this goes with your previous answer..a different version now..
I wouldn't say I did it on my own, I used the hints on other forums.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand your hint about 43.
use your previous answer and google..no pizza this time though..
ReplyDeletebut how do I apply the source to it?
ReplyDeleteparagraph, lines, letters in what you found..
ReplyDeleteyou will need the full version..its at the bottom of the page
ReplyDeletemy word makes no sense
ReplyDeleteT-------
ReplyDeleteI have s***********. I've obvoiusly done it wrong
ReplyDeleteWhat are some of the letters you came up with penguin? Your probably right..
ReplyDeleteDid you use the full version from wiki page
ReplyDeleteI've come up with siiehrilsban, which obviously isn't a real word.
ReplyDeleteI may be using the wrong version but it's 14 verses long and was at the bottom of the first page
ReplyDeletePenguin your right..I jumped ahead of you with my previous post the t- one..
ReplyDeleteI went to where you are and applied the source code. What you got was: simearilion
done it again,correction
ReplyDeletesimmarillion
