ReplyDeleteThe color code arrow thingy in the shower? I just click the white parts (according to the computer room poster allignment) to get the colors I wanted for each one. From the poster I got 2=yellow, 4=green, 6=red, 9=blue but nothing happened.
ReplyDeleteWoman on poster. Line her head up with the number 0. Flip if you have to. Colors in each corner of the poster line up with a number. Shower puzzle has positions 0-9. Put the right colors in the right positions and hit the red button.

Oh, and ALSO you put them in reverse order from the direction the arrow is going, and the places you input them are labelled 0-9 (ie first one is 0).

ReplyDeleteNo, you cannot see the +5 until after you have solved the shower code, and used the newly aquired wheel to raise the lamp. You see the +5 by looking UP at the lamp from below.

ReplyDeleteAt this point you should have used every item in your inventory except for the red key, blue key, and rope. You should have 4 empty spaces. Are there any items in your inventory not greyed out? Maybe you just missed a step somewhere.

WALKTHROUGH - PART 1
ReplyDeleteWarning: This game will hurt your brain.
* Click on the right bookcase twice to move forward and zoom in on it. Take Battery #1 from the center shelf, second row up.
* Zoom out once and turn left. Click just under the little white triangle in the center to open the sofa. Take the Remote.
* Close the couch, turn left and click on the black fridge. Open it and take Battery #2 from the second shelf and the "L" plate from the bottom shelf.
* Zoom out and move forward twice. Click on the window on your left. Take the "u" plate from the bottom left corner and zoom out.
* Click at the bottom of the screen to see the rug, and then click the top left corner of the rug to take the Screwdriver.
* Zoom out and turn left. Click on the right-hand area of the screen ONCE to move forward towards the tall, green vase. Turn left, click on the painting, and click on the top half of the painting.
* Take the Pink Key from the visor and note the three roman numerals in the picture.
* Zoom out and turn left, go forward once and click the right-hand turn arrow. In the center compartment on the bottom shelf, in the left-hand bookcase, click on the green house. Insert the Pink Key and insert the code from the picture (V,IX,V ie. 595). Take the Black Metal Object.
* Zoom out twice and turn right to look at the TV. Click the bottom of the screen to look down, and take the UFO Coin from inside the gold UFO on the table. Zoom out twice to look at the TV again.
* Examine the Remote, click until it turns over and click the lower half to open the battery compartment. Insert batteries, close compartment. Use remote on the TV.
* NOTE: You will need to do this to get the code, since it is different in every game.
Click three times to see all three sequences, which should be in the structure "coloured line, white number, coloured number, white number". Note down the two white numbers that correlate with each colour, then turn left to look at the right-hand bookcase.
To work out the number for each colour, use the following equation.
(Number of Horizontal Books x First White Number) + (Number of Vertical Books x Second White Number)
ie. if the TV gives you - 1 1 2 for red, you have 4 horizontal red books and 1 vertical red books, the red number is: (4x1) + (2x1), ie. 6.
You should get a number for each colour this way.
* Go back to the corridor where the Pink Key Picture is, turn right and click the Up button to see the reversed "Hope" sign, then turn left and input your code on the keypad next to the door.

ReplyDeleteAs said by people above, you need to grab the second bottle of shampoo from under the bed. It's the missing inventory item that goes next to the red key in your inventory. Place it on the shelf in the restroom next to the other one you placed there.....and a red arrow will appear. This should make your shower puzzle work correctly. Good luck.

Tosca, I used rope at end to bungee jump from, then selected the helmet(think thats what it was). The duck gives you the black bag I think...Used everything i had in the end..
