put circuitboard in apparatus, put appartus on roof. have table leg. shut off power and put red wire in the place where there was a break in the wires then turned power back on

ReplyDeleteThe levers on the first floor move the pieces of the box thing on the top floor, just before you go to rooftop, get all 3 so they match in the middle, piece inside!

I'm stuck with 3 of the circuit pieces, a stick, the chest is still locked and I don't know what to do with the grey machine that fell from the roof.
ReplyDeleteyou have to play with the bat things to set them so the upstairs picture with the shapes centers. The left bat is kind of in the middle of the options, the middle bat needs to be toward the back, and the right bat toward you.

Don't try using the circuit boards until you have all 4. Other objects also disappear from the inventory sometimes. You have been warned!
Flush the toilet and note you shoes are now wet because it overflowed
Ewwww!
Note the smiley face on the mirror
Go right (you move by clicking the edges of the screen
Note the ladder, but don't go up it yet
Go right
See the 3 levers, but you don't know what they control
Go right
Note the fire extinguisher
Go right
Move your cursor over the legs of the cabinet, and you will see one is loose
Click it and get the leg
The cabinet fell and you can now see the power switches for each level
Turn them all off
Now turn the top and bottom ones back on
Go left
Get the red wire from the floor
Click the cabinet leg in your inventory so it is part of your cursor – now click the fire extinguisher box and get the extinguisher
Go left 2 times and you are at the ladder
Go up to level 2
Go right and click the gray door's handle
Note there is one cable
Go right
Go up the ladder to Level 3
Note the locked chest
Go left
Click the screen of the machine
You can drag the dots around
You need to make a picture of something you have already seen (thanks for the hint to do this everyone!)
SPOILERmove the yellow ones like eyes and the red below like a mouth
Once you have it close enough, the screen will break and you can get the first circuit board piece
Go left
Note the broken cable – goo thing you turned the power off here!
Add the red wire (click the wire and then the spot where it is missing)
Go up to Level 4
Go right
Open these doors too
Click the yellow cut rope on the left and see the rope can move, but nothing is holding it there
Add the fire extinguisher to the end of the rope
Go right
Go up the Level 5
Click the projector thing stuck to the ceiling
Get the suction cup stuck to its foot when it falls
Click the projector to take it also
Go left
Go left again
Note the panels are uneven in the painting and the cables are attached to them
Go right
Go up to the roof
Note the holes on the floor
Place the projector there
Get the yellow stick
Hmmm...the stick and the suction cup look like they could make something useful
Combine them in your inventory and you now have a plunger!
Go down to Level 5, go right
Go down to Level four
Go left 2 time and down to level 3
Go right 2 times and down to level 2
Go left once and see that you repairing the dumb waiter with the fire extinguisher brought up another circuit board!
Go left and down to level 1
Go left and use the plunger in the bathroom
You now have a key!!!!
Go all the way to the right and turn back on all the power (click the switches to the left)
Go right 2 times
The levers are in neutral position. They can move toward you 5 times and away from you 4 times.
Click the middle lever so it goes away from you two clicks (12 clicks total from neutral)
If you go all the way up to level 5 to the picture thing on the very left of the level, you will see the middle panel of the picture is now centered
You need to move the other levers to move the other 2 parts of the picture. The end 2 do not center exactly, so you have to get them as close as possible
I believe you should:
Click the right lever 4 times towards you (4 total)
Click the left lever 1 times towards you (1 total)
However, this didn't take on the first try, so I had to do it over to take. I hope I have it right!
Completing the circuit
Go left
Go up the ladder the level 2
Go right 2 times and up to level 3
Use the key on the chest and get the third board
Go left 2 times and up to level 4
Go right 2 times and up to level 5
Go left 2 times and get the last board
Go right and up to the roof
Zoom in on the projector thing
Add the circuit board pieces to the hole in the side
Click the left edge of the screen to back up
Get beamed up!

ReplyDeletemaybe the maker was watching (I know Claudia is usually standing by for cafe-cafe games :) but I didn't have any bugs or glitches with the circuit boards or anything else. the bat levers were a real pain, what with running up and down the ladders, but that's part of the game. Just when I was thinking that game makers should have mercy on us and just make it right after a certain number of tries, I got it! The gods of EG24 were smiling on me! and then they beamed me up.

ReplyDeleteI played a bit later so maybe the glitches were fixed, but I had no problems...the only semi-bug was the cable that the extinguisher connected to came undone when I clicked it again after I already got my piece. The bats did almost drive me batty but when I read KKF's hint as to where they worked ...I got it. Thanks KKF!

ReplyDeleteI have to say that I like this game. Sure it was inspired...and modelled after the Submachine games. But I like the feel of this game better than other Cafe Cafe games. I didn't feel as though I was on a pixel hunt.
The only thing that didn't feel right were the switches...especially the 3rd one. Fortunately I solved the puzzle...but it was just weird to solve.
This is monotonous, boring and the sound effects are unbearable. I quit.

Bug in inventory. If you try to combine things they vanish. Tried to combine circuit board there and coulcn't finish game as I no longer had pieces. Also the circles on TV disappear if moved off screen and you cannot get them back.
