    ReplyDelete
  50. ummm...Ellie? Are you doing the walkthrough?

  64. WALKTHROUGH
Thanks @nottypomy for help with finding the notes.

Zoom on red guitar in the right corner. Zoom once more on the top part of it to read 3 players in blue text.
    Zoom out twice.
Zoom on the football game to the right.
Take blue dart from behind the right goal. Note that it is possible to change the colors of the blue handles. Zoom out.

    Turn right.
Zoom on bottom of tv desk. You will need to change the colors of the symbols later on. Zoom out.

    Turn right.
See very faint notes on the edge of the couch, pink and yellow colors.
Zoom under the couch to take purple dart. Zoom out.
Zoom on wall clock to take green dart. Zoom out.
Zoom on green table. Note the 4 cards, and see the order: clover, squares (i don’t know the name, sorry), spades, hearts. Also note the clue 2 players written in orange (yes, i know, it doesn’t look orange, but it is). Zoom out.

    Turn right twice.
Zoom on dart board. Put the darts in the circles with the same color. Get a yellow key. Zoom out.
Zoom on the box above the fire place. Use key to open it. Get a green key. Read Goalkeeper in yellow text.
Zoom out once. Look to the right side of this view to see two faint notes in yellow and black. Zoom out once more.
Zoom on keyboard. Change the colors of the notes according to the clues you have found: yellow, black, pink, yellow. See a 4-digit code in orange text. Zoom out.

    Turn right.
Zoom below tv. Change the card symbols to make them look like on the green table. Zoom out. See another 4-digit code on the tv, in white text.
Zoom on football game. Change the colors of the handles according to the clues around the room. Goalkeeper yellow (the first to the left). Next one has 2 players, make it orange. The one to the right has 3 players, let it stay blue. And the one with 4 players should have the remaining color – green (I didn’t find this clue in the room, feel free to post where it is...lol).
So: yellow, orange, green, blue. Get the pink key from the left part of the table. Zoom out.

    Turn left.
Zoom on panel to the right of the door.
Put the green key to the left and the pink key to the right. Enter both of the codes you got earlier (orange and white text).
Zoom out and click door to escape!

  65. jey @Marcus, I am sure you can post in english and someone in the forum will understand you

    ReplyDelete
  66. @Kitkatfox, Im sorry, I realised that the answer I wrote for you post at 18:54 didn't make it all the way through cyberspace. I thought that I told you that I was making one.

    ReplyDelete
  67. @Ellie no problem. You must have thought I was pushy lol

    ReplyDelete
  68. @kitkat, no I just assumed that you had missed my post...Couldn't help feeling a little bit slow, though...lol! But then SneakSnake changed that feeling to really slow...rofl!

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hey @Marcus, are you still here. i might know someone that can understand both englhis and also flash scripts...

    ReplyDelete
  70. @marcus:

Just make sure you give all of your items instance names and write in a journal notebook so you can reflect on them when you forget their names.

I tried making a flash game, got the whole room made but quit cause my drawing is absolutely horrible and i seen how people comment other peoples game, saying horrible graphics! horrible Sound! and then you think, why even make one if nobody will enjoy it. lol, but if you need help you can ask me questions and see if I can help. Actionscript.org is a great site.

    ReplyDelete
  71. @justy

games arent all about graphics and sound though, its whats on the inside that counts. i put out a nice long game almost everyone liked a while back and i had never made a game in my life nor am good at graphic design. my game had no real graphics at all, only texture patterns like bricks, wood, etc, and the rooms were actually made with the very ms-paint tool, just added texture and colorize with gimp. also my game had no sounds.

i think the reason it was liked though despite all that, was because the GAMEPLAY was long and challenging and logical. even if a game doesnt have good graphics or sound, if the gameplay is liked, people will still give you good comments. because of this, i think you should try to finish your game, but its up to you.

oh and btw my game wasnt even flash and had no animations either, which was another thing it was lacking, but that didnt stop me!

    ReplyDelete
  72. @Justy
In my opinion the graphics doesn't matter at all as long as the game is nice to play. We all like different kinds of games, but I think I speak for everybody that the only things that make a game bad is bugs and too much pixelhunt.
About the music, there is always a posibility to turn the sound of the computer off. I would love to try your game!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Hey, been afk for some hour or two.., okey Cris! That'd be nice.
@Justy.. I don't really forget the names, I'm just new to programming. I don't know how to get a gotoAndStop function going on a diffrent MC than the one pushed in-game. ;<
@Suicune, what did you make your game in? I'm not going for animations iether.. :p
What script-sort did you use btw?

    ReplyDelete
  74. @marcus

i used the not widely known "adventure maker" program, it allows people who dont have and programming knowledge to make escape games and stuff, the only problem is the games it makes can only be played with windows systems, and also cannot be put in web browser. i had to pass my game out as a download to most people, but i was happy to see several people still tried it despite that, i know many people (including me) dont normally do downloads.

i know nothing about scripting, but with someones help i was able to get some working scripts in my game for codeboxes and stuff like that. im not sure what "script-sort" adventure maker uses, i think its called VBscript but im not even sure what a script-sort is to begin with lol. im totally clueless when it comes to game making, and were it not for adventure maker i wouldnt have a game out at all, because im not a programmer.

  75. played through this game now, and out without help!

easy enough game, but i never did find out where the "4 players" clue was, nor did i find the clue for the orange numbers (i bruteforced it after finding the white numbers hint)

i completely forgot about the keyboard puzzle until after i was out lol

    ReplyDelete
  76. Just finished this game. Had to go to Ellie's W/T for the location of the music notes hidden in the couch, but I did find every thing else (yeah, I can see the irony as well).
The clue for the 4 players-green is a green 4 at the top of the dart board. Thought you'd like to know :D

    ReplyDelete
  77. @Aiight! :p Well, I played your game to.. thought it was awesome. [=
    Gratz:)

    ReplyDelete
  78. the "4 player" hint is on the dart dart board where the twenty would be on a real dart board. It's just a green 4

    ReplyDelete
  79. Nice find @Edgar, thanks!!

    ReplyDelete
  80. You're welcome Ellie... and @cross78 just did the same finding, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Oh, yes... great @cross as well!
That 4 sure was well hidden compared to the rest of the clues. Quite unnecessary since the code was so easy to solve without it :)

    ReplyDelete
  82. Pretty easy but good game.. like it

    ReplyDelete
  83. something i would like to add for future players for the walkthrough. the colors for the codes change for each player. my colors were not the same as for the walkthrough that was posted above.

    ReplyDelete
  84. @crromig
Really? I didn't know that. I played it again when I wrote the walkthrough and the colors were the same both times. Which colors do you mean? All of them, the notes or the football table? That is good for people to know.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Hmm, just tried to play the game and got the message "This website has been temporarily suspended". Is there an alternate link??

    ReplyDelete
  86. wow this is different. dozengames.com has lliterally DIED lol.

it seems NONE of thier games work anymore, even thier homepage has gone poof.

wonder if they did something bad and got shut down, or if the owner decided to close it up himself. very strange.

well they werent 1 of my fav authors anyways (but they were alright)
