  2. Hi zoz and Saima. This one looks good!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Saima and Ellie and annaby - I'm not worried now!
lots of places to explore, but as usual the "music" is annoying

    ReplyDelete
  4. Hey guys, found a bunch of stuffs.

    ReplyDelete
  5. and Ellie too!
Yes, a ton of stuff. You can use the knife on the outlet.

    ReplyDelete
  6. use spray can on painting above refrigerator

    ReplyDelete
  7. Thanks @zoz! Forgot to turn the music off lol. You are right, lots of things to explore... I have a nice diagram in a red book, see A in the blinds, got a note from trash can and a piece of paper from a note book.

    Looks like a nice game!

    ReplyDelete
  8. used the knife on the plug socket/lightswitch, didnt do anything now its gone :( glitch?

    ReplyDelete
  9. tried to plug the soldering iron (?) in but couldn't. maybe the knife will do the trick @frank

    ReplyDelete
  10. Hm, I played with the squares on the wall above the chair. Changed color on all of them and then changed back to white. Got numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Thanks @zoz for the use of the spray!

    ReplyDelete
  12. the knife lets you repair the wiring. still can't plug in so. iron

    ReplyDelete
  13. Frank - now you can turn on the lamp

    ReplyDelete
  14. there's another symbol behind the lamp - click on the left of the table

    ReplyDelete
  15. tried your trick on the white squares but got no numbers
i have a 56 from putting together 3 of the pieces of paper found around the room, tho

    ReplyDelete
  16. What the diagram on the book means?

    ReplyDelete
  17. lines on painting and behind lamp combined look like those on the machine on the table

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hi all
there is a strange Metronom on the cubbard plus the hint on the sprayed painting
    but doesn't do anything
found 3 pieces of paper - looks like 56
    and pencil

    ReplyDelete
  19. This is fun! Might take a while...

@zoz, I don't know how i got the numbers. First I turned them all pink, then played a little with some in the middle, then turned them all white again and the numbers just showed:
    12567
    and on a lower row:
    10111213

    ReplyDelete
  20. When I click on the small dots on the metronome the yellow thing moves. I guess I need the right order to click on them.

    ReplyDelete
  21. @zoz, turn all of them pink and then turn them white again.

    ReplyDelete
  22. @Ellie, I think the switches have to be flipped on the electric box below the white squares for the trick to work. at least now it worked for me

    ReplyDelete
  23. I got a key from the metronome... don't really know how. I think I clicked on the three dots like on the painting, but I might have done something else before without resetting.

    ReplyDelete
  24. @zoz, I got it without the switches on. Maybe we just have to do it for a while.

    ReplyDelete
  25. okay - got the same numbers as Ellie

    ReplyDelete
  26. I'm in the bedroom now, and could plug the soldering iron in. Have a panel like in the book. Will try to use it.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I am just starting, hopefully you are not yet out :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Ellie - which dots are red and which are blue on the Metronome - can you still check this?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hi @Zazie!! It will take us a while to get out lol.
I got the last piece for 56 in the bathroom (got there from the bedroom).

    ReplyDelete
  30. Not able to find the knife.. Help??? THANKS

    ReplyDelete
  31. EnJoy - not sure where the knife was - kitchen drawer?

    ReplyDelete
  32. can not work out the metronome any help

    ReplyDelete
  33. @EnJoy, the knife was in the lower cupboard in the kitchen to the right of the sink.

I'm having trouble with the electrical board. The dots don't fit like in the book.

    ReplyDelete
  34. @Enjoy i think it was in a cabinet in kitchen
hi @Zazie! I'm a long way from getting out
@Ellie were you able to do the diagram with the soldering iron? mine fills in squares where I don't want them

    ReplyDelete
  35. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  36. you can put the paper on the side of the table then use pencil for more numbers

    ReplyDelete
  37. nvm, i was doing it wrong. just follow the diagram from the book

    ReplyDelete
  38. @bigtank, I don't know about the metronome. I restarted to check. This time I got the key by starting on the dot next to number 13 and moving counter clockwise. Only had to press four dots.

The last time I got it from starting by number 18 and moving clockwise, pressed three dots.

    ReplyDelete
  39. still stuck on the metronome

    ReplyDelete
  40. @zoz, I didn't solve it yet... was busy looking at the metronome lol. Will try again, but I don't think it fits with my book lol.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Thanks Ellie. You need to both - once both red lights go on you get the key

    ReplyDelete
  42. @zoz, how did you fill in the dots? There are 7 rows in the book, but only 6 rows on the panel.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I found a hint about metronome behind the table lamp, but i don´t understand it.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I klicked outside the game and had to start again - now I cannot turn white squares - very annoying!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I think for the metronome, I clicked on the dots that were found in the painting and the red light on the right lit up. then i clicked the dots from the diagram behind the lamp and got the key

    ReplyDelete
  46. for metronome, you enter both hints separately. for paintign hint, start at top and move clockwise, light will turn on. for lamp hint, start at top left and move counterclockwise until you get key.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I still can't solve the soldering iron puzzle!

    ReplyDelete
  48. @Ellie, for the grid i started in the upper left corner, then right once and down twice, then left once and also right once, etc. I wish I could make a screen shot for you, but i'm not there yet. Once I got it right, i couldn't change it anymore.
anyway, so far the grid seemed to light up the wall lights.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I put the paper on the "desk" by the bed, when zoomed in. Used the pen and got some more numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I followed the hint from the book, leaving the 3 middle dots out - now some lights are lit up but I cannot take the iron and change it????

    ReplyDelete
  51. @zoz how can you pick up the iron again - are all your lights lit??

    ReplyDelete
  52. I am not able to click behind the table lamp for the hint.. any ideas?

    ReplyDelete
  53. @EnJoy - turn the light on

    ReplyDelete
  54. yw @bigtank, altho I don't know what I did!
I've tried using the numbers we got to turn lights on or off,
ex: top row turned 1,2,5,6,7 on and other in that row off, or vice versa.
    I'm missing something here.
also tried all A's on the lock on the chest of drawers - nada
    stuck!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Thanks @zoz, but I still can't get it :(
After I do what you told me I need to continue down twice, but then there is another down twice (in the third column) and the dots are not many enough for that. Hm, I guess I won't have any lights on in this game...

    ReplyDelete
  56. I hate when I can't look in the fridge and explore lol

    ReplyDelete
  57. @SwissMiss I can pick up the iron again but I can't change the pattern on the grid anymore. The colored dots below the lights turn the lights on or off.

    ReplyDelete
  58. @ Shane.. I did turn the lamp on still no luck. I don't think I can solve the metronome without seeing the clue first. Where did you click? my finger is getting sore :)

    ReplyDelete
  59. The soldering grid and the wall of lights in my own bedroom are much less complicated than this!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Thanks @SwissMiss for leaving the three middle dots out!!! Solved it now :)

    ReplyDelete
  61. You can leave out the middle row from the soldering hint and it works ok. I don't understand why you'd need to solder again when everything works.

    ReplyDelete
  62. @EnJoy - you need to fix the outlet first usign the knife and turn the switches on.

@Ellie - when you make the squares on the circuit board, only go down once instead of twice.

    ReplyDelete
  63. has anyone used the "56" clue yet?

    ReplyDelete
  64. Wait stop.

I can't get the view on the left of table you all are talking about. Please say where exactly to click. Lamp on or off, zoomed in or out, etc...

    ReplyDelete
  65. @EnJoy, for the clue by the lamp:
Click on the yellow circle by the back left corner of the table when zoomed on the turned on lamp.

    ReplyDelete
  66. @ Shane.. I did, I am not able to click anything but the cord on the lamp, it turns the lamp on then nothing. I am playing of FF and not able to click on a few things, maybe I will start over on Safari .. otherwise, I have to give up.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I can only change the green lights
the top row (blue) are all lit and the bottom row (red) no 3,4,8,9,14,15 are lit
do you have the same zoz

Ellie - I left the the middle row (3 dots) out and followed the pattern

    ReplyDelete
  68. Whew - finally made it thru the circuit board.
@Holly - it's the table by the bed

    ReplyDelete
  69. EnJoy, try Ellie's hint on where to click.

    ReplyDelete
  70. @ ELLIE.. THANK YOU! Finally got it!

    ReplyDelete
  71. Enjoy - are you clicking on the left side of the table?

    ReplyDelete
  72. @SwissMiss, I've changed all three rows, so I don't remember how it started out. Do you have all of the switches in both rooms on?

    ReplyDelete
  73. i still cant work out how to do the metronome, ive dun wot u sed shane but it wont work :(

    ReplyDelete
  74. @SwissMiss, I can change all of the colored lamps. Did you turn the switches where you plugged the soldering iron in?

    ReplyDelete
  75. where did you get the clue at the table lamp?

    ReplyDelete
  76. I still don´t get the grid nor the metronom, feeling stupid :(

    ReplyDelete
  77. how do you pick up the soldering iron, it wont let me

    ReplyDelete
  78. yes have all switches on
if I look at the reds (which I cannot change) they seem to correspond with the first set of numbers, i.e. 1,2,5,7, etc. dark
tried this with the greens with numbers from "bed"
what is supposed to happen when you get them right??

    ReplyDelete
  79. I can't find a hind at the table lamp. Help anyone? Clicked everywhere when zoomed in at the lamp

    ReplyDelete
  80. finally did the metronome , didnt no u had to reset it afta u had the first light

    ReplyDelete
  81. @MissFly, click to the right of the lamp in close up view.

    ReplyDelete
  82. @SwissMiss, what green numbers from bed? the only numbers I have there are on the table beside the bed and they look dark grey to me

    ReplyDelete
  83. @Zazie, for the metronome you need to click on the dots like on the two clues.
Start with the dot by number 13 and click on 4 dots counterclockwise. One lamp turns red.
Start with the dot by number 18 and click on 3 dots clockwise. The other lamp turns red and you get the key.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Can anybody explain more exactly which parts of the grid should be orange ?

    ReplyDelete
  85. @zazie click all of them orange then back to white then you will get numbers

    ReplyDelete
  86. @Zazie do you mean the grid in the first room, or the bedroom?

    ReplyDelete
  87. @MissFly, I think zoz meant left...

For the hint by the lamp. Zoom on it, turn it on and click on the yellow circle by the back left corner of the table.

    ReplyDelete
  88. @zoz sorry - bad explaining
the red lights I have (and still cannot change) seem to be off/on according the numbers we got from the first room (1256710...)
so I tried to use the numbers by the bed (certainly grey :) for the green lights
suddenly I can move the blue lights but have no clue for them

    ReplyDelete
  89. Where is the painitng you are all talking about, i only see the one in kitchen, but there are no dots.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Zazie: all orange and then turn up whitte again

    ReplyDelete
  91. I switched everything orange, then tried to solve it with the soldering clue, got frustrated and turned everything white. That worked.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Ellie i think i am missing one hint for the metronom. I have one light on.

    ReplyDelete
  93. I can change 3 color dots

    ReplyDelete
  94. i've tried 5,6 for the blue row (based on the note), then 3,5,7,8,10,15 for the green row, and 1,2,5,6,7,10,11,12,13 for the red row
so far nothing seems to have happened.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Use spray on painting Zazie

    ReplyDelete
  96. i don't get the lights. i can change all of them.

    ReplyDelete
  97. @swiss i could always change any of the the red, blue and green lights when did yours get locked

    ReplyDelete
  98. @zoz yep did the same - except my reds are in that order and cannot be changed??

    ReplyDelete
  99. Thx roberto, this was what i needed !!
I have this key at least, still messing around with this grid.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I can change all of my lights also

    ReplyDelete
  101. hm, if your reds can't be changed, it's either a bug, or you've got them right (I couldn't change the grid after i got it right)

    ReplyDelete
  102. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Hey. I'm stuck on the colors, too. I am able to change all of the colors, though.

Anybody feel up to cracking the drawer lock by the lamp?

We didn't forget about that did we?

    ReplyDelete
  104. @Zazie, I posted a screen shot for the soldering iron at 17:43.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Thank you soo much Bladerman, i have the numbers now :)

    ReplyDelete
  106. ahh got it - after I had to restart I didn't bother with turning the white/pink squares in the lounge - did this now and Wow I can turn all the lights!! no shortcuts here

    ReplyDelete
  107. @hey Holly, I've worked on that lock a little. tried all A's, ABCDE, tried COZYR (for cozy room). I just noticed it's called a "number lock" in the game

    ReplyDelete
  108. @ Ellie, i am just starting with this board, i am way behind you lol
    Thx for screenshot !!

    ReplyDelete
  109. @Hey Holly, no we didn't forget about the locker :)
I tried to change numbers to letters and use it there, but no luck.

    So we have:
    1,2,5,6,7
    10,11,12,13
    3,5,7,8,10,15
    56
    A

    Lights and a locker.
    Stuck, stuck...

    ReplyDelete
  110. and I MUST go feed my baby bunnies. I should be back in 20 minutes or so and you'll all be done here and halfway done with the next game by then i'm sure!

    ReplyDelete
  111. About giving up on this one.. the battery on my laptop is almost drained!

    ReplyDelete
  112. @zoz, you'll be back just in time to give us the solution to this.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Baby bunnies! Take me with you!

    ReplyDelete
  114. @ellie
the first two lines of your list of numbes where behind pink/reddish tiles = red lights?
the 3 line (bed) was grey = green lights?
the 56 was blue (blue light)
the A is probably part of the abc clue which we might get once we sorted these lights!
all stuck at the same place

    ReplyDelete
  115. @zazie locker is lock on cabnet by lamp

    ReplyDelete
  116. Ahh ok, i totally forgot about this locker :)

    ReplyDelete
  117. I guess I shouldn't feel bad about not understanding this since not even cece told "out" yet lol.

    ReplyDelete
  118. I have to leave you now to feed my cat - not to forget my hubby - I trust Ellie will solve it soon
    bye

    ReplyDelete
  119. is eny 1 stil playin am totally stuk

    ReplyDelete
  120. And now what ?
I am so stuck with locker and lights

    ReplyDelete
  121. HI @Annie1990 - yes, and we're all stuck

    ReplyDelete
  122. @annaby i dont even no if i got the solderin iron puzzle right, i no it wont let me do enything else with it and am totally stuk on the lights and locker im not very gud at these games to start with

    ReplyDelete
  123. Thanks for your trust in me @SwissMiss :) I don't have any clues to what to try now... eating while thinking...

    ReplyDelete
  124. i'm still here and totally stuck.

    ReplyDelete
  125. @annaby i dont know whether i even got the solderin iron puzzle right , it wont let me do enything else with it, and im stuk on the lights im no gud at these games

    ReplyDelete
  126. Lol we are all stuck although there are no japanese codes in the game :)

    ReplyDelete
  127. stuck with you guys on the lightswitch puzzle.....what to do?

    ReplyDelete
  128. lol @Zazie, even more stuck than we would be with japanese, since you gave us that link to start learning kanji in the other game :)

    ReplyDelete
  129. @Annie1990 - if you can't do anything with the soldering iron puzzle, then you have it right

    ReplyDelete
  130. so far i ws silently watching you people getting struck at light switches.... i was one of the first to get struck and was waiting for you all to struck there..

    ReplyDelete
  131. Did you notice that on the locker there is a broader vertical line between the 4th and the 5th letter ?

    ReplyDelete
  132. i there is one solution for all of us right now... n if i tel u all wil get ready to kill me...
i checked walkthru on the site it says video walkthru wil be availabl in 24 hrs so if we all return after abt 24 hrs we wil have solution...
    hehehehe....

    ReplyDelete
  133. am gonna do that anyway.. or may be return tomm morning andsee if any of u proceeded... its 10:15 pm and i have to put my li'l son to sleep.. guess i too wud join him..
all the best alll of you...bye gud nite...

    ReplyDelete
  134. Zazie...you are very observant!

    ReplyDelete
  135. "GAZZY" didn´t open the locker either lol

    ReplyDelete
  136. i'm back; it looks like we'd better put on our tinfoil hats and summon Xenon!

    ReplyDelete
  137. lol @Zazie!! And, i guess the thicker line is where we need to put the right letters... xenon didn't work either.

So, I'll do what zoz tells me :)

    ReplyDelete
  138. Guess each 3 light columns means 1 letter for the lock. Thought in braille alphabet but it has just 2 columns.

    ReplyDelete
  139. well, "buggy" didn't work

    ReplyDelete
  140. im quittin now al c if u get eny further tomorra, its makin me tired sittin starin at a screen doin nowt lol

    ReplyDelete
  141. No i think the right word must go in the center of locker(horizontally) where the black lines are beside.

    ReplyDelete
  142. maybe "stuck" would work?

    ReplyDelete
  143. too bad it's not a four letter word. i've got lots of those i could try right about now

    ReplyDelete
  144. I'm not giving up! Zazie are you still in?

    ReplyDelete
  145. Yes i am still here, trying lots of words.
    But nothing...
I thought that maybe the 5th letter may be a "A"

    ReplyDelete
  146. Sorry @Zazie, I think that was the line you meant. I refreshed my eyes and now I see the other think line you talked about.

    ReplyDelete
  147. I went on other sights where people are working on it & posting, they are stuck too where we are..

    ReplyDelete
  148. I'm going to try out the newer game (looks like a puzzle game) and come back to this...

    ReplyDelete
  149. Congratulations @Acmer!!

    ReplyDelete
  150. @Ellie.. have a question about the book escape that you wrote the walkthrough to. When you say "rearrange" the books on the shelf.. what do you mean? I have been rearranging and placing the books from inventory in the proper place according to the puzzle, but dont know what to do to the books that are already on the shelf. I feel stupid!

    ReplyDelete
  151. Write with the lights:

    SCPLOOISLEER

    (strip "spoiler" from that)
side by side, and don't worry if it looks a bit dumb.

    ReplyDelete
  152. is anyone having trouble loading this game?

    ReplyDelete
  153. nevermind, i finally got it to load

    ReplyDelete
  154. close not work ?????????

    ReplyDelete
  155. Nothing happens Acmer ????

    ReplyDelete
  156. i don't know why that worked, but it worked for me...except the E was more like an F

    ReplyDelete
  157. 3x3 letters, side by side.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Yeahh i opened the drawer
    Thx Acmer !!!

I tried the word a hundred times on locker but not on lights.

    ReplyDelete
  159. no he's not, i'm out after his hint.

    ReplyDelete
  160. It got stuck with the last button you clicked so that showed wrong, but the lights worked fine.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Ok, I have an explanation for how to get the word that Acmer talks about.

After you solve the soldering iron grid, don't start to play with the light switches. Only press the buttons using the numbers:
5,6 for blue, 1,2,5,6,7,10,11,12,13 for red, 3,5,7,8,10,15 for green. Then you will see the letters.

So, if you start playing with them you need to remember what they looked like from the beginning.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Dude...how did you figure that out! Good Job!

    ReplyDelete
  163. What was the A and 56 for ??

    ReplyDelete
  164. Question is... why? Why "close"? No hints or anything on that... geez

    ReplyDelete
  165. What about the lots of numbers we all trying all day????

    ReplyDelete
  166. @Zazie, 56 was for changing lights 5 and 6 in the blue row.
A was probably just a nice thing to have on a blind.

@EnJoy, I'll go to the other game and answer there.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Ellie has a good explanation. Mine is that I tried too many combinations and just wanted to CLOSE the game :D

    ReplyDelete
  168. So the author could put a reset button on that puzzle!!!

    ReplyDelete
  169. lol, it says "roaring escape" at the end; more like a whimper for me.
Nice work @Acer, and @Ellie for figuring out the reasoning!

    ReplyDelete
  170. LOL @Acmer, in any case you saved us :)
    Thx again !

    ReplyDelete
  171. What was the letter A for?

    ReplyDelete
  172. I think "A" meant Acmer :))))

    ReplyDelete
  173. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  174. no i definately stil ont no wot ya on about, i cant do it, i didnt faff on with lights but it still didnt work wen i pressed the numbers wot did i do wrong

    ReplyDelete
  175. loading...and I start the game...( I see, I must run..to catch up...puff..pufff)

    ReplyDelete
  176. This is what the lights looked like from start:
    Blue: All lights ON.
    Green: Lights 2,6,7,10,15 are OFF
    Red: Lights 1,2,5,6,7,10,11,12,13 are OFF

Then change the ones from the numbers you have:
    Blue: 5,6
    Green: 3,5,7,8,10,15
Red: 1,2,5,6,7,10,11,12,13 (all lights should be ON)

Zoom out and see CLOSE as black lines between the lamps on the wall.
