To find the knife -- the hotspot is the very right edge of the screen where the key was

@Edgar you are supposed to go downstairs again. The knife is in the room with the key machine.

ReplyDelete@Edgar when you first enter the room with the blue key machine, there you enter a password.
ReplyDeleteAfter, you can go right. The monster kicks you, so you go left.
Once left, click the rope to go upstairs. And learn you need a knife.
Go left. You will be downstairs again. You need to get the knife that is hidden on the right side of the screen. It is in the area where the key was -- above the password part of the machine and below the top of the machine.
and yes -- the ladder is still there.

Get the key

Click the door (you need a flashlight)
Click the down arrow
Go left

If you try to climb the ladder, it will fall, so you might as well just go right

In this screen, you need to click the right edge of the screen JUST ABOVE the blue machine
WARNING!!! If you click almost anywhere else, you will be forced to enter the passcode, get the key, face the monster, and go upstairs again before you can retry!!!
