I think we all know what it really is lol

  6. Strange, yes, or still under the effects of some great parties left overs from XMas time? :)

  13. Oh My Gawd!!!!!!!
This is the strangest one for me , yet!
It took me forever to figure out that the
little wooden guy needed a soul!!!!
I really think that they put a lot into this one:
the saint pooped a seed that grew a tree that was cut down, a log put in a sawmill, the pieces given to a machine that made it into a wooden boy...

But....the boy needed a soul...and Satan was just hanging around the corner with a soul-on-a-rope!!

    I love MINOTO!!!!!LOLOLOLOLOLOL

  18. Minoto-wocky
    with apologies to Lewis Carrol

’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves

Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;

All mimsy were the borogoves,

    And the mome raths outgrabe.

    ‘Twas brillig, and the Volcano
    Was puffing in Minoto-land;
There was a key, and don’t you know
You take the key because you can.

Beware the Devil with the Ghost!
That evil grin upon his face!
Be sneaky, and unlock the Post,
    And exit from this place!

So with recycled News in hand
    Go find Miami Mom posthaste.
She’ll make a trade, there by her van –
And hand you Paper for your waste!

Still in possession of the key
Be careful now, don’t be a fool!
    For there by the machinery,
The box holds an industrial Tool!

Go use the Tool upon the quaint
    Pipe-holding bolt it fits.
And give the TP to the Saint,
And then collect his, erm, Seed.

The Seed of plant the Saint has passed
Will grow into a Tumtum tree!
We’ll use the Panda’s plug so gas
    Blows Dwarf Woodchopper free!

    The tree is cut, we take a log;
This log’s grain is especially good!
Let’s give it to Millworker Dog
    To process into Firewood.

    But “Firewood” is not the thing;
It is not this wood’s destiny.
Meanwhile the Dwarf cuts Satan’s string
And the happy Ghost goes free!

And while all this is taking place
The large blue Flower Pot Factory
Has used his skills to give a face
    To what was “Firewood-to-be”

And so upon this frabjous day
The happy Ghost can finally be
    Pinocchio! Callooh! Callay!
    In Minoto, there is glee!

    ReplyDelete
  20. @ZOZ...Why apologize to Lewis Carroll?...I should think he would be be pleased with the homage! lol

    I Loved it!

  21. Wow zoz, this beamish boy salutes you

    \o/ \o/ \o/

  22. Wiping that smug grin off that volcano's face: fun.

Watching someone, even a god, take a sump: not so much.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I think this is the best one yet. God sits on a toilet and a ****'s out a seed. It gives us a holy tree. Tree of Life? Yet we cut it down. Holy Ghost? This is deep man. Totally metaphysical. I love Minito!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  24. did I just plant an Angel turd in order to get a tree, which was then cut down by a dwarf that was pooped out of a volcano that then chopped down the Angel poopy tree, producing a log (no punn intended) that was then cut into wood parts to soon create a lifeless Pinocchio that was then possessed by a Demon's slave spirit? yeah. okay. Just wanted to make sure. Thanks

  25. @Zoz...LOLOL!!!! this is your best Minoto-through to date ;) oh the slithy toves that gyre and gimble in the wabe...your mind has an endless fascination for me...I appreciate the imagination and intellect...after all...living inside the looking glass isn't all that bad ;) Wonderful....thank you for once again....making my week :D :D

  27. @irish, thank you for the compliments; personally I think your verse is much better at keeping with the spirit of the original - Gongtats!
(and it's awfully good to "see" you again, even if not "live" :o))))

    ReplyDelete
  28. My homage to Zoz :)...a feeble attempt to be sure but fun nevertheless ;)

    "Beware the Jabborwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the JubJub bird, and shun
    The frumious Bandersnatch"

So cut the string that Satan holds
And free the ghost Callooh! Callay!
Then place the wooden parts all told
    Into the blue-eyed factory hands
And witness with astonished gaze, Pinocchio there stands
