Bedroom Escape is another point and click escape game from Mixgames1. In this game, you have to find your way out by looking for items and some clues to solve puzzles. Good luck and fun! [Created and Subbed by Aykut] Play Bedroom Escape
Navigation is odd. Got knife from bed and sd from cups on chair. Another sd at right side of drawers. Can't find a place to use them. Safe on chair (???) and need code for pc.
Quickdraw: What do you mean with 'under blanket'? I can only view the pillow with headboard for a sd. I can also click the left side of the bed near yellow wall, but there's nothing. Maybe too much sun in my screen.
Catqueen - in the view of left side of bed (floor view), look carefully at the leg of the headboard. There's a SD just sticking out - it's hidden by one of the SD's already in your inventory
i didn't get a screwdriver for laptop view, I think mine were... next to cupboard by window (right side),under pillow, on the chair and left side of bed at the bottom (the hidden one)
Pete: there are 2 red sd's. One red and one red with white. Look at the groundview of the bed at the left side. Move your red sd from inventory to see the other one. Very tricky!
Kat: same here but also the 'screw corner' note on right side of sd's. I tried screwing everything with all sd's. Even paper bin, but no luck so far. Uhhh that came out weird....LOL
I've also got an empty space there Katharina.... but where could there possibly be another? Got view of dustbin which seems pointless... just like bottom view of bed seemed - could something be there?
I realised that after I said it! Moron I am!! I've tried using the clock as a clue too and so far nothing. I shall retreat to banging my head on the wall. Oh did anyone find anything in the waste paper basket? I'm pretty sure it was always empty but my memory is dreadful.
I tried converting the letters of "screw corner" to numbers using the number clue ie s is 19th letter so using 19th number on the other clue. All I got was a headache though!!!
Thanx for answering, @Aykut... But I'm still in the shadows... I tried to count the corners of each screws on the safe and combine them with the 12-3-5-9 numbers from clock... Unlucky...
Thank you :D I didn't know it was called "screw". So now, we have 6 'screws': Upper right from safe : 2 Lower right : 3 Lower left : 1 Upper left : 0 (or maybe 4). And a clock, with maybe 2 pins making a corner, and 12 - 3 - 5 - 9 written. The safe also has 4 corners ...
Brainstorming... Fiouu. don't know if I want to leave the bedroom, or have a nap !
I'm still confused. I've tried to make the "screws" onto the clock, to make numbers. The first screw is a cross, so I tried 12 5 (vertical) and 9 3 (horizontal). Made the same for the others.... But it gives too much numbers (12 instead of 11), and we can't figure out if the "5" is here by mistake or not. And diagonal lines are in the middle of two numbers. So ... I forgot this idea ;) Hmmm... What's next ? My brain is smoking !!!
Hey @MissBrasil. At this point, I tried to count total of "screw" (6+3+2+1), total of corners (6+6+4+0) Then on clock, three "screw" and one corner... What order ? Am I totally wrong? How to arrange this?... Totally lost :) Codebox accepts 11 numbers, I suppose, as usual for MG1, that all are needed...
@Aykul : Be careful... When zoomed in at max, many places are shown in the game. Navigation is possible in each of them...
I am so sorry, but imho this is not a escape the room game but a torture.
There are plenty of players here who made it through games which were way more difficult. Now it seems as we're the one who don't 'get' it.
The author should take a look at the finished game first and approach it with a blank mind. Don't try to blame us for not getting the (screwed) point to solve it.
Sorry again but this is what's on my mind. I bow for all the players who have tried to finish this.
Tanks @MissBrasil ;) In deed, I'll stay around to try to solve this hard problem. I'm sure the solution is easyer than we think. Maybe the light will come out suddenly lol. Aykut gave us one first clue, which should have lead us to the goal. Thon modifyied the in-game clue, in order to "make us understand". So, for him, it's pretty easy now. Ehhh, for him only right now ;-)
I'm assuming it's a combo of the screw corners in this order (LL, LR, UR, UL) and the clock (12, 3)... but no indication where to start with the corners and which to do first (box vs. clock) makes it almost impossible to figure out.
I found a paper under box that appears on chair view... it explains the number of screws and something else. I found 4 sd: one at the botom left of the bed,it is tricky to get it... but you will be able to get it if you click under the green line right in the corner of the foot of the bed, you barely can see it. Second was at the right of the night table drawers. Third was under the pillow, at the left side. Fourth sd is under right pillow on the sofa. Now, where to use the sd's? I found a box beside the sofa... click on the floor next to the brown sofa... there is a box there. Use the four sd's there and you will get a paper with many numbers... I don't know yet what to do with them... but will try to find out...
Take the paper that appears down the box in the chair in the lap top view, it is hard to see a little yellow corner down the box... it has a clue, but I haven't been able to find out anything more yet... have to figure out how to combine the numbers inside box that opens with 4 sd's. The numbers don't match with the ones in the laptop view, in laptop view there is one more...
I tried this way, by counting the "screws", one by one. I tried in different order, CW and CCW, but I didn't think about only 'taking' the 12 and the 3. Of course now I think the 2 needles (hour & mn) were a clue too. And now I understand "corners" too... But how could we figure it out without disassembling the whole swf file ? lol . If only the codebox had accepted only these 7 numbers, instead of eleven...
@Rocio : This paper isn't intended to be taken until you open the box with the key. It's a bug.
For the numbers, only take the first of each row, then you can open the cd tray for a key. This key opens the safe on the chair, to take this paper clue.
This clue, as it is mentionned above, should make you figure out the code for codebox, beside door.
Thanks Yannoche!!! lol thanks to bug I got the paper before... lol now I have to figure out the numbers for the codebox... got tired of thinking ... have to go out for dinner... will get back with this later!!!
Yeah, if we somehow knew there were only seven numbers, and we got that "screw corners + ?" meant corners first then clock, and we understood that we were only supposed to use the numbers being pointed to on the clock.... THEN we would only have 48 possibilities to try, LOL. :)
@Aykut: Sorry, I thought you had changed information only with the image you gave with your link, not the paper clue in the game, because I didn't play it again! (and sry that I renamed you consequently Aykun, too)
When testing this morning with Evie's help, I found the detailed paper clue, but you should think it over! Gamer should no, that screws mean corner, where to start and how many numbers are needed! No one will figure it out with the hint given by the safe without decoding the swf!
BTW: look at the above mentioned b u g , I could give code numbers to computer without opening safe before!
I'm sure, you will improve with your next game.
At last: For me it is very irritating, to see part of the room above the room - that was the way, I found SD at bed's leg in computer monitor view!
Hi there ;) @Katharina : This bug happens when you zoom the game window. If you zoom more and more, you can see more rooms in the window... At max, I got three different views at a time.
Now for the clue... Now I think that "screws" on the paper means the lines (don't know how to say it, sry) of the safe's screws, and the word "corner" meant the corner made by the two clock needles, so 12 and 3. Maybe if the two words were better separated, it would have been possible to decypher the clue... Only if we could have known the order of the first 4 numbers...
Good morning, Yannoche! With mixgames1 I have ALLWAYS the room for playing in the middle and a part of the same or another on top and the same below the room, even if not zoomed! This occurs only with this games.
With BUG meant that you can play the game only using the spoilered codes, without unscrewing the safe, not the scattered view of the room.
Morning Katharina ;) Lol ok, I figured out the multi-room bug just for this one... And the things hidden under navigation bar ;) For myself, here, I just can pickup paper fom key-closed safe, not from screwed one. And I agree with you : it is a lot better if you have to follow all the way to solve a code. Code should not work until you open the screwed safe...
Thanx @Aykut, but I figured it before, after having got the solution from Elie ;)
What I (and I suppose the other players) want to know, is the way we should have known the order of the screws to choose ? Why beginning from Lower Left, and turning Counbterclockwise ?
Btw, I thank you to have been here to (try to) help us, and following the comments about your game. Lots of developpers leave their games and prepare the next one, without taking care of player's advices... I hope you will :)
I'm waiting for your next one... Be aware of all of us have said here, especially concerning positionning bugs (paper out of safe without opening it, objects under navigation bar), and zoom trouble (many places of the room visible when zoomed in). Just after you've given it to test to one of your friend lol :)
This walkthrough is a collection of the comments above:
Click the bottom of the wall to the left of the bed Get the SCREWDRIVER ¼ (FOURTH IN INVENTORY) by the inside of the left leg of the bed and below the green back bar and in the dark inventory area– note, if you already have the screwdriver with the solid red handle in your inventory, then you can just BARELY see this one behind the one you already have Click the base of the tall, arched floor lamp Now click to the right of the dresser for the SECOND SCREWDRIVER (SECOND IN INVENTORY) Click the left pillow on the bed – get the THIRD SCREWDRIVER (FIRST IN INVENTORY) Click the brown chair below the wall shelves Now click the right pillow to find the FOURTH SCREWDRIVER (THIRD IN INVENTORY) Still zoomed in one the chair, click the rug to the right of the chair BEFORE REMOVING THE SCREWS, MAKE NOTE OF THE SCREW DESIGNS!!!! Now use the 4 screwdrivers to remove the screws Open the safe and get the CODE PAPER from inside Click the paper to see a ton of codes Yikes! Zoom on the computer desk in the bottom right corner of the room (click on the printer to zoom) Click the laptop keyboard Enter the code into the computer It is an 8-digit code, so you need to read them in columns from top to bottom Phew! It was the first line of numbers! SPOILER75937836SPOILER The CD try will open – get the KEY Go back one time and use the key on the safe on the chair Get the COLORFUL CLUE Click the clue to see it better EEK! That's confusing Click the doorknob to zoom in on the door, panel, and clock Enter the code into the codebox, hit OK, and get the KEY Solution Below Use the key on the door and ESCAPE!
__________________________________________ Solution to the door code The paper you found tells you to count each line in a screwhead. There are three examples of screw designs shown on the clue.
1) The hexagonal screwhead is made of 6 lines (an example is in the upper left corner of the clue). 2) The * shaped screwhead has 3 three crossing lines (an example is shown in the upper right corner of the clue). 3) The + screwhead is made of 2 crossed lines (an example is shown in the bottom right corner of the clue).
The only screwheads you have seen are the ones you removed from the box. I told you to make note of them! So the screwheads you removed from the box had: SPOILERsix linesSPOILER, SPOILERtwo linesSPOILER SPOILERone lineSPOILER, SPOILERthree linesSPOILER
The brown arrows in the center of the paper (with no numbers) tells you to look at the bottom left, bottom right, upper right, and upper left screws in that order.
So part of the code is SPOILER1326SPOILER
The second part of the clue tells you that you need the screwhead counts and then something else. You need to include the numbers from the clock. So the last numbers are SPOILER123SPOILER
Put it all together as SPOILER1326123SPOILER __________________________________________

ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteYes, Catqueen, I think it was 4th one, in laptop view, I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteQuickdraw: What do you mean with 'under blanket'? I can only view the pillow with headboard for a sd. I can also click the left side of the bed near yellow wall, but there's nothing. Maybe too much sun in my screen.

LOL@Mandi and Jo.C
ReplyDeleteHere sd....come to CQ....still nothing in laptop view. **banging head on table for being so dumb**
lol Mandi, same thoughts then!
ReplyDeletethx mandi, being blonde today (or even hungry)! Got clue from laptop now.
ReplyDeleteCatqueen - you still missing a SD?
ReplyDeleteYep Jo.C - I'm totally clueless on that clue :(
ReplyDeleteMandi: Yes still missing. But happy with a key LOL
ReplyDeleteWhat in hell means the "screw corner and ?" hint?
ReplyDeleteI think I'ld have to drink more coffee and eat less
Catqueen - in the view of left side of bed (floor view), look carefully at the leg of the headboard. There's a SD just sticking out - it's hidden by one of the SD's already in your inventory
ReplyDeletei didn't get a screwdriver for laptop view, I think mine were... next to cupboard by window (right side),under pillow, on the chair and left side of bed at the bottom (the hidden one)
ReplyDeleteIn screw corner all I can see is a chair and a curtain.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteKatharina - I'm just as lost as you are... I have NO idea what the clue means
ReplyDeleteMandi THX: you saved my day! It was hiding behind the red sd. Making progress now!
ReplyDelete@Jo.C: I think, the explanation is: in laptop view you can see left leg of bed and yellow wall, therefrom I got SD.
ReplyDeleteBut still no idea about last clue.
@Catqueen: Then you can help us with this da...ed screw-questionmark-clue!
ReplyDeleteCool CQ - that one drove me crazy too 'cause it was hidden.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm totally stuck on last clue...
even with your hints i cant find more then 2 sd...hello everybody
ReplyDeleteive screwed the entire room now
ReplyDeleteHello Pete! Which SDs do you have?
ReplyDeleteHi Pete B!Which sd's do you have?
ReplyDeleteScrew corner and....(wish to say OUT) but noooo.
POP one more
ReplyDeleteI'M MISSING THE SECOND ONE
ReplyDeleteI have 4 sd's but the second place in inventory is still empty here. Don't tell me we have to find a 5th to screw a corner.
ReplyDeleteI clicked everywhere you said it could be but ...nada
ReplyDeletePete: there are 2 red sd's. One red and one red with white. Look at the groundview of the bed at the left side. Move your red sd from inventory to see the other one. Very tricky!
ReplyDeleteMy inventory looks like this:
ReplyDeletenote witz #s, key, SD -----lack------, 3 SDs
therefore might be we have to look for a 5th one
JO C said there is one next to cupboard by window but i cant find it
ReplyDeleteKat: same here but also the 'screw corner' note on right side of sd's.
ReplyDeleteI tried screwing everything with all sd's. Even paper bin, but no luck so far. Uhhh that came out weird....LOL
Pete: when you see yellow drawers, click RIGHT side. It's in the corner.
ReplyDeletethx Catqueen i got that sd
ReplyDeleteI've also got an empty space there Katharina.... but where could there possibly be another?
ReplyDeleteGot view of dustbin which seems pointless... just like bottom view of bed seemed - could something be there?
i mean that sd on the left side of bed...i'll try to find this one by y drawers...thx
ReplyDelete@Mandi: same as you!
ReplyDeleteFor comparison, my inventory looks like:
https://skydrive.live.com/redir.aspx?cid=0a98e150ab0a3b27&page=play&resid=A98E150AB0A3B27!113
CQ - I'm also screwing everything in sight, no matter how bad that sounds :)
ReplyDeleteOT: code for clickable links? Doesn't work with URL /URL
ReplyDeleteMandi: ROTFL. I see us all screwing around. Oh gosh I need some food.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking maybe the screw corners and...? clue might be about the screwdrivers we already used. Doesn't help with anything else though. ARGH!!
ReplyDeletehmmm you can close both boxes that u opend before im not sure if this help
ReplyDeleteMaybe, space in inventory is for exit key
ReplyDeleteExperimented with clock #s for keypad - nope!
JoJO we got that note after we unscrewed the box. It would be impossible to get it earlier.
ReplyDelete(if the game works properly)
I realised that after I said it! Moron I am!! I've tried using the clock as a clue too and so far nothing. I shall retreat to banging my head on the wall. Oh did anyone find anything in the waste paper basket? I'm pretty sure it was always empty but my memory is dreadful.
ReplyDeleteJoJo noooo you're not a moron! Don't ever say that.
ReplyDeleteStill stuck where you all are. Wished Aykut got online here to explain.
BTW don't use the commentbox below the game. Tried posting there but all I got was a warning it was for members and had to start over again.
I'm trying to find hotspots behind inventory things.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone I am back, not much progress with the note though I see? lol hmmmm
ReplyDeleteif u put the 2 papers on top of each other u can see only first 2 rows of numbers and im tryin math operations.
ReplyDeletealright I think im out of stupid ideas
Pete B, did you find the one by the cupboard by the window... sorry if I wasn't clear
ReplyDeleteAre my eyes playing tricks? On the clock it looks like 5 or 8 in place of the 6. Doesn't work on numberpad.
ReplyDeleteCQ: I was trying everywhere to find hidden hotspot, nothing! I desparately wrote a mail to mixgames1.com!
ReplyDeleteno Catqueen, your eyes are fine lol it does look like a 5 to me
ReplyDeletelol good idea @ Katharina, we might be going round in circles and it could be a bug or something!
ReplyDelete@Kat, good thinking cause I believe this is a pixelhunt and we're getting nowhere. Wished TAB worked.
ReplyDeletei think i will go to a different game see ya
ReplyDeletejust tried to throw all my stuff in the bin, but didn't work :(
ReplyDeleteI tried converting the letters of "screw corner" to numbers using the number clue ie s is 19th letter so using 19th number on the other clue. All I got was a headache though!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm going too. Maybe someone will find a spot, but I quit.
ReplyDelete@All: thank you so much for the help and screwing around ;)
C u next time.
lol think i will follow...
ReplyDeleteTrying to combine: 4 corners - 5 from clock
ReplyDeleteKeypad beside door needs eleven #s,
number clue gives only 7 (resp. 8)
7 + 4 = 11, doesn't help!
How to combine 11 #s from #-clue?
Have to leave, too - one of longest lunch breaks, hope, Aykun will give us a hint!
ReplyDeleteMr Aykut... can you help us here?????
ReplyDeletethis is terrible, i dont have Extra Sensory Perception...........think i'll find another game. Good luck.
ReplyDeletea good look around the door.
ReplyDeleteHello @MixGames1 ;)
ReplyDeletePixelhunt is over ;)
Is the clock numbers useful ? Or related with the "ScrewCorner And ... ?" clue ?
thx JO C for asking but no ,i didn't find that sd ...that's why i left the game for a while, now i sow ur comment
ReplyDeleteYannoche
ReplyDeletecan. :D
Thanx for answering, @Aykut... But I'm still in the shadows... I tried to count the corners of each screws on the safe and combine them with the 12-3-5-9 numbers from clock... Unlucky...
ReplyDeleteI think we need (a lot) more brains around here :D
ReplyDeleteAnother clue ?
http://s1.directupload.net/images/110728/qpmyuapr.png
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteThank you :D I didn't know it was called "screw". So now, we have 6 'screws':
ReplyDeleteUpper right from safe : 2
Lower right : 3
Lower left : 1
Upper left : 0 (or maybe 4).
And a clock, with maybe 2 pins making a corner, and 12 - 3 - 5 - 9 written.
The safe also has 4 corners ...
Brainstorming... Fiouu. don't know if I want to leave the bedroom, or have a nap !
Ah ok so there is an explanation now... thanks for responding MixGames1, will maybe go back in tomorrow and see if I can make sense of it all :)
ReplyDeleteim totally confused. Where is the safe. I have the 4 sd
ReplyDelete@Sherry12. The safe is right from the chair. click between Armchair (with two white things) and wall, right.
ReplyDeleteLook at the chair, where you got 1 SD and click right beside of it at the ground.
ReplyDeleteI'm really confused, don't understand the picture given by Aykun, although
ReplyDeletethx!!!! for answering.
Have to leave for a short phonecall and will come back later on, to see if s. o. could solve the riddle of the screws.
@Yannoche, thank you. I saw that, thats the one I took off the screw, but where do I go from there
ReplyDeleteThere is a box you can see, I think, from laptop view. The "screw clue" we are all stuck to, you will get from this safe.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much.
ReplyDeleteI'm still confused.
ReplyDeleteI've tried to make the "screws" onto the clock, to make numbers. So ... I forgot this idea ;)
Hmmm... What's next ? My brain is smoking !!!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI made a small correction. This time, you need to understand.
Thank you. Now the last clue is more detailed... Let's go back in :)
ReplyDeleteHi, I still don't get it, even with the more detailed clue. How many digits are we looking for?
ReplyDeleteBeen trying for a while too. At this point I wish I could just use the 4 sd to carve my way out. :)
ReplyDeleteHey @MissBrasil.
ReplyDeleteAt this point, I tried to count total of "screw" (6+3+2+1), total of corners (6+6+4+0)
Then on clock, three "screw" and one corner...
What order ? Am I totally wrong? How to arrange this?... Totally lost :)
Codebox accepts 11 numbers, I suppose, as usual for MG1, that all are needed...
@Aykul : Be careful... When zoomed in at max, many places are shown in the game. Navigation is possible in each of them...
Hmm still too vague, I am giving up again. Good luck all!
ReplyDeleteYou've been trying so hard, I hope you make it @Yannoche :)
I am so sorry, but imho this is not a escape the room game but a torture.
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of players here who made it through games which were way more difficult.

Don't try to blame us for not getting the (screwed) point to solve it.
Sorry again but this is what's on my mind. I bow for all the players who have tried to finish this.
I will not play again.
CQ: For some reason, you're right! There should be a hint in the game for keypad / door resp. door key.
ReplyDeleteIt's always a good idea to have a new game tested by a friend without giving him any information about it.
Ehhh, for him only right now ;-)
ReplyDeleteSo... No news from me... I've tried all of my (pityful) ideas, unsuccessfully...
ReplyDeleteTime to sleep here. Night is the mother of counsel...

I'm assuming it's a combo of the screw corners in this order (LL, LR, UR, UL) and the clock (12, 3)... but no indication where to start with the corners and which to do first (box vs. clock) makes it almost impossible to figure out.
ReplyDeleteWow Evie, THANK YOU !!!!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about trying to decompile the swf lol :)You did it !!!
In deed, I still don't know why.
I hope MixGames 1 will come here and explain how we were supposed to figure it ....
I found a paper under box that appears on chair view... it explains the number of screws and something else. I found 4 sd: one at the botom left of the bed,it is tricky to get it... but you will be able to get it if you click under the green line right in the corner of the foot of the bed, you barely can see it. Take the paper that appears down the box in the chair in the lap top view, it is hard to see a little yellow corner down the box... it has a clue, but I haven't been able to find out anything more yet... have to figure out how to combine the numbers inside box that opens with 4 sd's. ReplyDeleteI tried this way, by counting the "screws", one by one. I tried in different order, CW and CCW, but I didn't think about only 'taking' the 12 and the 3.
ReplyDeleteOf course now I think the 2 needles (hour & mn) were a clue too.
And now I understand "corners" too...
But how could we figure it out without disassembling the whole swf file ? lol .
If only the codebox had accepted only these 7 numbers, instead of eleven...
btw, I'm out !!!
@Rocio : This paper isn't intended to be taken until you open the box with the key. It's a bug.
ReplyDeleteFor the numbers, only take the first of each row, then you can open the cd tray for a key.

ReplyDeleteYeah, if we somehow knew there were only seven numbers, and we got that "screw corners + ?" meant corners first then clock, and we understood that we were only supposed to use the numbers being pointed to on the clock.... THEN we would only have 48 possibilities to try, LOL. :)
ReplyDeleteThx Evie, I'm out now too!
ReplyDelete@Aykut: Sorry, I thought you had changed information only with the image you gave with your link, not the paper clue in the game, because I didn't play it again!

ReplyDeleteSry, because we cannot edit comments, I had to delete them.
ReplyDelete@Catqueen: here is the screenshot, showing computer monitor view and above the SD beside bed's leg!

Hi there ;)
ReplyDelete@Katharina : This bug happens when you zoom the game window.
ReplyDeleteWith BUG meant that you can play the game only using the spoilered codes, without unscrewing the safe, not the scattered view of the room.
Morning Katharina ;)
ReplyDeleteLol ok, I figured out the multi-room bug just for this one... And the things hidden under navigation bar ;)
For myself, here, I just can pickup paper fom key-closed safe, not from screwed one.
And I agree with you : it is a lot better if you have to follow all the way to solve a code. Code should not work until you open the screwed safe...
Evie Congratulations. Game completed. :D
ReplyDelete1326 + o'clock 12 3
Hello @Mixgames 1 ;)
ReplyDeleteCan you please explain us why the order of number is 1 3 2 6 ?
Screw corner
ReplyDeletehttp://s7.directupload.net/images/110729/ffukbcoe.png
Thanx @Aykut, but I figured it before, after having got the solution from Elie ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat I (and I suppose the other players) want to know, is the way we should have known the order of the screws to choose ? Why beginning from Lower Left, and turning Counbterclockwise ?
Btw, I thank you to have been here to (try to) help us, and following the comments about your game. Lots of developpers leave their games and prepare the next one, without taking care of player's advices... I hope you will :)
I'm waiting for your next one... Be aware of all of us have said here, especially concerning positionning bugs (paper out of safe without opening it, objects under navigation bar), and zoom trouble (many places of the room visible when zoomed in). Just after you've given it to test to one of your friend lol :)
Out with help from the comments and gamemaker.
ReplyDeleteThis walkthrough is a collection of the comments above:
Click the bottom of the wall to the left of the bed
Get the SCREWDRIVER ¼ (FOURTH IN INVENTORY) by the inside of the left leg of the bed and below the green back bar and in the dark inventory area– note, if you already have the screwdriver with the solid red handle in your inventory, then you can just BARELY see this one behind the one you already have
Click the base of the tall, arched floor lamp
Now click to the right of the dresser for the SECOND SCREWDRIVER (SECOND IN INVENTORY)
Click the left pillow on the bed – get the THIRD SCREWDRIVER (FIRST IN INVENTORY)
Click the brown chair below the wall shelves
Now click the right pillow to find the FOURTH SCREWDRIVER (THIRD IN INVENTORY)
Still zoomed in one the chair, click the rug to the right of the chair
BEFORE REMOVING THE SCREWS, MAKE NOTE OF THE SCREW DESIGNS!!!!
Now use the 4 screwdrivers to remove the screws
Open the safe and get the CODE PAPER from inside
Click the paper to see a ton of codes
Yikes!
Zoom on the computer desk in the bottom right corner of the room (click on the printer to zoom)
Click the laptop keyboard
Enter the code into the computer
It is an 8-digit code, so you need to read them in columns from top to bottom
Phew! It was the first line of numbers!
SPOILER75937836SPOILER
The CD try will open – get the KEY
Go back one time and use the key on the safe on the chair
Get the COLORFUL CLUE
Click the clue to see it better
EEK! That's confusing
Click the doorknob to zoom in on the door, panel, and clock
Enter the code into the codebox, hit OK, and get the KEY
Solution Below
Use the key on the door and ESCAPE!

Solution to the door code
The paper you found tells you to count each line in a screwhead.
So the screwheads you removed from the box had:
SPOILERsix linesSPOILER, SPOILERtwo linesSPOILER
SPOILERone lineSPOILER, SPOILERthree linesSPOILER
The brown arrows in the center of the paper (with no numbers) tells you to look at the bottom left, bottom right, upper right, and upper left screws in that order.
So part of the code is SPOILER1326SPOILER
The second part of the clue tells you that you need the screwhead counts and then something else. You need to include the numbers from the clock. So the last numbers are SPOILER123SPOILER
Put it all together as SPOILER1326123SPOILER
