  26. Second paper
    Clue 1: 3x3 grid
    wine,eagle,kara
    rabbit,train,angel
    glay,table,sun

    Clues 2&3:
    WATER
    AGTNL=17042

    ReplyDelete
  27. From 2&3, I have a 5-digit number, but no place to put it.

Take letter's position in alphabet, dropping first digit.
    A=1, G-7, T=20, N=14, L=12

    W=23, A=1, T=20, E=5, R=18

    ReplyDelete
  28. Kinda ironic I COULD help here

    Too bad :P........ LOL

    ReplyDelete
  29. May not be relevant, but Glay and Kara are both names of Japanese bands (per wikipedia).

    ReplyDelete
  30. So it should be 31058, but there is no 5 digit box.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hi, GuruOne -- that's probably the only way to escape the room (other than the red "X"). I think even if we had everything translated, there's not enough clues as to what is wanted for each box.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hi, Zazie -- yes! I tried that on the 6-digit box.

    ReplyDelete
  33. OK, I'll give ya one hint, it won't help much tho'

    Stunted 'T' for 9x9 grid

    G'nite

    ReplyDelete
  34. Could try adding it to the time, but what's the point?
Even the "E" box - should you make the "E" words white or the non-"E" words. (I've tried it for both grids and combined.)

    ReplyDelete
  35. I thought that E means "Enter"

    ReplyDelete
  36. Too bad, I liked the artwork on the START page!
    Giving up.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Restarted and bottom of second paper now has:
    =WATER
    =31058
    !

    ReplyDelete
  38. Completely stuck, how did you use the 5 digits on the 6 digit box ?
    Did it open ?

    ReplyDelete
  39. lol, Zazie! I think you're right --

    ReplyDelete
  40. Oh no -- I tried it, but it didn't open! Sorry!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Can't even open the "E" box with Guru's hint.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Same here lol...i tried "T" in all variations (then enter, then black button) but nope

    ReplyDelete
  43. Ok i give up for now, anyway i have to eat, cu later and GL !!

    ReplyDelete
  44. For 3x3 grid: make a T then hit the E button and then the black button for another paper.

    ReplyDelete
  45. The new paper gives 4 number code but (ofcourse) this does not work on the 4 digit box. **sigh**

    ReplyDelete
  46. LOL found a wt or forum for this game but it's in chinese hahahaha.
Don't know if I may post the url here.

    ReplyDelete
  47. If someone could please put in a full spoiler for the "E" box, please.
I've tried every version of a "T" I can think of, white on yellow and yellow on white, but box remains shut. (Tried words on the second paper that start with one of the letters in "WATER")

The second paper now has 6 squares beneath the WATER clue, perhaps indicating it's for the 6 number box, somehow.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I can't get the T to work on the box either.

    ReplyDelete

    (stunted T.... hehe)

  52. Water is from the first letters of five words (3*3 grid) in the 2nd paper. Use the same rule in the vegetable 3*3 grid and get a word (change letters to numbers)for the 6-digit box.

  53. use the 4213 code on the 5798 code to get the 4 digit box code.

    ReplyDelete
  54. no idea about the last code.

    ReplyDelete
  55. ok. I got desperate on the last code and just copied and pasted the japanese title of the game into the box and it actually worked. Out now.

    ReplyDelete
  56. If you look at the last clue and compare it to the title written in japanese the characters on the clue match up with the ones in the title. The circles on the clue are blanks you have to fill in.

  58. GREEN COLOR ROOM WALK THROUGH
You see a lovely drawing of a girl sitting in a flower field making daisy chains and watching her cat chase butterflies.
(If this is too big, zoom out).
You decide to click "START" and see where this takes you.
You find yourself trapped in a pleasant, green color room.

    QUICK TOUR OF THE ROOM
In front of you is a door, a box, and an exit code.
The box on the floor wants you to enter letters in lower case (it doesn't translate well in Google or Babel Fish, but we've seen this in another game recently)
The exit code next to the door wants "Full size input" (Babel Fish), whatever that means.

Turning right you see a picture of 3 babies wearing Orange, Blue, and Yellow.
    There's also a 3x3 cube of foods.
Turning right again, you find a clock (08:22:12?), a curtained window, and a box that needs a 6-digit code.
Turning right a third time, there is a table with a lamp, a shelf on the wall, and a box on the floor.
On the table next to the lamp is a calculator that you can't use.
On the shelf next to the cactus is a box that has a 3x3 grid and an "E" for Enter.
The box on the floor wants a 4-digit code.
Right again returns you to the door.

IF YOU WANT TO OPEN THE BOXES (OPTIONAL)
Pick up the piece of paper next to the door.
This is a clue (if you know Japanese), to use the first letters of English words.
    -- (star) = S, (horse) = H, (umbrella) = U and 3 boxes
On a hunch, you enter the colors of the babies (first letters only) in the box next to the door (oby) to get CLUE PAPER #2.
This has a 3x3 grid of words, "=WATER", "=31058" and 6 boxes. This must be a clue of the 6-number box!
Looking at just the first letters of the 9 words (W,E,K,R,T,A,G,T,S), you realize you can spell WATER with 5 of them.
The number comes from taking the position in the alphabet of each letter, dropping the first digit.
    (23, 1, 20, 5, 18)

Looking at the vegetable shelves, your nine letters are (T,C,E,E,O,P,S,A,G) = (0,3,5,5,5,6,9,1,7)
Can you form a 6-letter word from these letters?
(Hint: what kind of game are you playing?)
Converting this to numbers you get 593165 (thanks, @jbg -- I thought the parsley was broccoli, lol).
Open the 6-digit box to get CLUE PAPER #3, which contains a 4-digit number (5798).

Look at the calculator and notice the position of these 4 numbers.
Now, open the box on the shelf, pressing the same 4 squares: the middle and the bottom 3 squares, then the E, then the black button to get CLUE PAPER #4. (4213)
(GuruOne calls this a "stunted T"; I would call it an "upside-down T".
We used to have jokes about things being upside down in Australia, so maybe this is such a case.)

Reorder the digits on on clue #3 using clue #4: 3rd digit in position 1, 2nd digit in position 2, last digit in position 3, 1st digit in position 4.
Use this (9785) to open the 4-digit box and get CLUE PAPER #5.
This has a series of "O"s with 3 kana characters.
Note that the name of the game (upper left corner) has 10 characters, including the 3 kana characters in the same position.

    EXITING THE ROOM
Copy and paste the name of the game into the box by the door:
    緑色の部屋からの脱出

Enjoy the drawing of a young lady standing by a pond.

Thanks to GuruOne and jbg who made this WT possible!
