In the control box, select "Blue".
Go: NESSWS, find a control box, select "Green".
Go: EEN, find a control box, select "Blue".
Go: SSSWWWWS, find a strongbox, take the key.
Go: NEEEENNN, back to 3rd control, select "Green"
Go: SWW, back to 2nd control, select "Red"
Go: NWWSSSEEEES, find exit door.
Select key in inventory, use to open door. Out.
The aerial view made this somehow less confusing than the last one -- made it out on my own, although wasn't sure where to use the key.
