What you are seeing is "base 16", hexidecimal, or simply "hex"

For twenty:
First line - he's not Castro, was often with him. Use his nickname.
Second line - A particular "Heavy horse". The lyrics to a Jethro Tull song about them might help. ;)
Third line - simplest answer.
Put them all together. Then read the last line and think about what was left of the answer you got above.
