    wow so stuck, got clues from laundry basket, 2 carrots yellow bee, and blue whale, need 3 numer clue for washing machine. plant has arrow pointing west hmmm

    carrot=人參=ninjin (ni=2)
    bee=蜂=hachi=8
    whale=鯨=kujira (ku=9)

    ...hard...and the game did said that if we don't don't Japanese
    the game will be difficult...

    ok, I made progress. After entering number code, open door and click left side of washer to see green "diamond" button.

    Press the green button and close washer. Then switch view to see the back of washer.

    Click on the bottom (to open panel)
    Press first circle: (green), second circle(yellow), third circle/square (red)and last solid square (green), which should be unlocked.

    Then, return back to the "back" of the washer and click on the four screws to remove them.

    ok, once you remove the screws, you'll see different flags of 4 countries, which need codes for orange dots:

    for GB (flag 1= orange dot on first circle)
    for Italy (flag 2= orange dot on first circle)
    for Spain (flag 3= orange dot on third circle)
    for Germany Flag 4= orange dot on second circle

    Then, click on the two screws on each side to remove them.

    Zoom out and then click on the back of the washer. The panel should remove. When you click, the center "circle"twice, it should reveal a new puzzle.

    I don't get it. I used your code, but would you explain? I majored in Japanese so I was proud that I got the Ni-hachi-ku puzzle without help... but this one is so hard!

    Is it 奈良Nara　平安Heian　鎌倉Kamakura？
    And is 町　for Muromachi?
    If this is right, what is the bird one?

    It's been years and I finally figured out the apple puzzle.

    The apple does not stand for "Apple Fruit".
    The apple stands for "Apple Phone".


    Hint: Phone Generations.
