count coloured squares for door code
pick up pliers, paper & barrel
put wrapper on paper roll (in inventory)
add barrel to 2nd lock
apply code from barrel
get tongs from closet
use tong for key in toilet
use pliers on sink tap
wash key in water
use key on cupboard
get gel (open cap in inventory)
use gel on window
open window for clue
apply code to door

note i only got the blue 3 from cupboard
and brute forced the rest

The other color clues I see (in Japanese)
- yellow は in closet, matches 2nd position on paper
- red sign on toilet door matches 1st column on paper
- green writing under window matches 4th column on paper
Must be cherry-blossom season!

should be
"CLOSE window for clue". After you applied the oil, you can't open it anymore.
