Wow! First thing is a "BOTTLE OF ALE" (looks kinda like Corona lager, but no complaints -- it's free!)
Up needs black key, no other views!
(after searching flagstones, baskets and grill...)
Ring bells until black key drops down.
Go up, pick up map (on right)
Wander through the house, eventually stumbling on a waterfall (in R) Hey! I have 2 bottles of beer, so will just chill for awhile in the water.
Great idea -- go behind the water fall and find a 3rd beer and a jaccuzzi! Sit in water and enjoy beer until I get waterboard fingers.
Stumble out and find table with beer mats (hope its ok they're already empty!)
Continue on through rest of house, picking up stuff and solving puzzles. This is a great game, if a little on the easy side!
Uh-oh, I've been in every room except on, and only have 37 coins and 3 medallions. I need a SD and a blue key, not to mention the Sneaky coin!
Drinking all those beers must have made my eyes bleary! Time to retrace my footsteps...
Yes! Missed gear box in 2nd room! (and haven't even seen any gears. Also credit card and SD.
Finally get in that last room, but (Surprise! Surprise!) no 10 coins, no 3 or 4 medallions AND I need a wrench!
Sobering up, searching through all the rooms 2 more times. Find Sneaky and wrench, but still only have 4 medallions, 47 coins, and the place to put the medallions (are there 6 or 7?) An why can I rotate the credit card?
By now, I'm feeling a bit hung over and losing my resolve, resort to the comments to find:
- cog in S
- Medallion #2 (wondered why that room was so empty)
- Place to put medallions
Severely humbled, try to at least get all the coins using Premiere's notes, but end up leaving with only 49 (can't find the 2nd one in V)

Sneaky says I got out in less than 33 minutes, but it was actually well over a day, leaving to do other things (like launching a boat) and trying to come back with a fresher mind.
I'm thinking getting free beers in a game is not such a good thing to do after all (at least if you decide to drink them!)
