Too Japanese this time I'm afraid. Got the three cards with Japanese characters on the back and the hint on the hanging scroll thingy, but no idea how to make that numbers.

Googled a bit and I think two of the cards are 6 and 5. But the third doesn't look like anything, might be a 3 or 4. But then again, on the scroll is probably some kind of math operation, so no use in bruteforcing :(
ReplyDeleteAlso at the same place as you both. Scroll info looks like a huge exclamation mark to me. But also leaving out 3 (words ?) with the bottom one meaning eye, which could refer to the card with #5 on it.

I guess that he has decided that he doesn't care for anyone to play his game if they can't read his language. I enjoy completing a game without hints, if possible. Having to get translations here just takes the fun out of the game because I always end up reading something extra.

"縁は足す" --> えんはたす --> which could mean circle to add
