ReplyDeleteCrossed the slope with the rope i found in my inventory like magic (klicking around like an idiot is always worth it) and felt like good ol Indiana. Muahaha. Can't do anything with the tree, though. Or the river.

ReplyDeletebuecher, you probably haven't finished the axe. There are three parts to it. Then you can use it to chop the tree and carry one of two pieces at a time to the cave.

ReplyDeleteThe bamboo isn't too thick to cut with the knife, yet apparently it is strong enough to move a rock.
ReplyDeleteOh, you can't possibly expect to use an axe when you forgot to tie the loose peaces together. I cut that lovely tree my head held down in shame.

ReplyDeleteBamboo, vine, and axe head. I think the last was somewhere in the cave. I had to do a lot of clicking in inventory to make everything stick together. Would have been faster in the real world.

ReplyDeleteCut the fallen tree in front of the first cave with my lovely axe, put my everlasting torch to it and voila - mad looking fire.

ReplyDeleteAre you going to make any more of the Urban Survival games? You just can't leave us hanging. I really liked the burning city format and the strange woman. Didn't like the cousin too much till she made me breakfast then she redeemed herself.

Nope, I'm wrong - the first leaves were right after you left the cave - where the grey exit part is. on the ground.
ReplyDeleteGood grief - I did this before any other comments were up - usually I need help at one point or another, but this one fell together for me. Although I'll admit finding the trash can came about because I needed "health" to finish and I was frustrated enough to go back and retrace every step. Great game - just the right amount of difficulty for me (today, anyway)

I am apparently missing something...I have the bamboo, and I moved the rock. But it's too dark in the cave and I can't for the life of me find what I need to make the torch. Any help?
ReplyDeleteYou need to find a stick (NOT the bamboo), Lisa. I've no idea where I found mine. I just suddenly noticed it in my inventory, but had been clicking around like mad in all scenes. Use the embers of the smouldering campfire to light it.
