ReplyDeleteok - I defeated the woman in pink dress, with stones and plunger (after solving riddle with help) and out....
BUT: I never defeated Vigo the guy in the painting, I could take the chest and the plunger, but I never solved how to defeat him.

ReplyDeleteUnknown, I was able to get the blank canvas by looking through peeping hole with help of slimer in Vigo's room... then I combined it with the pencil...

ReplyDeleteThe pencil is by the dogs. Use the knight to take out the queen. It is a bit fiddly.

ReplyDeleteGHOST BUSTRS - take ladder and skateboard. Speak to vendor, ring bell and go in.
Speak to Egon and get photonic ray, ghost trap and trap remote. Speak to Louis to find out how to get a loan from him.
WHITE HOUSE – pick up picture of Binky
GHOST BUSTERS – show picture to Janine then speak to Louis again. Go out, give money to the vendor. Get a muffin and some change. Go inside and put the muffin on the table and grab Slimer (new places open on the map)
GOZER – speak to Danny about the knight chess piece. Go inside
Evil Cyclops – ghost trap goes on the skateboard and is pushed inside. Time using the trap remote for when the Cyclops is right over the trap. Take skateboard, battery and doll.
Marshmallow Man – put battery into photonic ray, place skateboard then doll on floor. Push skateboard/doll combo into the room and quickly use the photonic ray. Take giant bowling ball (how big is his pockets?!?)
Ignore the Ghostly Waiter for now. Go down arrow
Boogieman – place Slimer by the door you came in at and go to sleep (sleep by ‘taking’ the bed). Open the cupboard more, take the teddy, take the basketball and take back Slimer. Go right
Arlequinn – ignore the hole in the floor. Place the ladder on the right side pole, go up and come down and you can now go through the right door
Grey room – take can of anchovies and paint palette. Go up
Green Ramp – take can opener (may as well open the anchovies so long). Go forward
Another grey room – take remote for arm.
Go all the way back to the Ghostly Waiter and go up.
Business man – speak to him to find out what he wants and go up.
Bathroom – speak to Mirtle and find out why she is crying. Give her the teddy and get a chair
You can’t go further in Gozer’s Building so go to Vigo’s Museum.
VIGO’S MUSEUM – speak to Christopher and see what he wants. Give him the basketball and get the balloon. Also ask what other skills he has. Go inside
Place the ladder on the right side bookcase, go up the ladder to get the cup. Tug on that same book shelf and a door opens (after you are down from the ladder)
Pumpkins – all the way down, one right, one up, one right, one down, one right, two up, one right, two down, one right and hug the wall to the door
Statues – tie the balloon to the outstretched hand of the left side statue. You can now safely take the necklace. Look through the hole in the wall and get Slimer to grab the canvas for you. Go up
Pirate Ship – take the gold key. When the pirate arrives, throw the anchovies on him and he becomes octopus food. Take the table.
End of what you can do here, for now, so go back to GOZER’S BUILDING
Ghostly Waiter – place the chair and table. Sit on the chair and the waiter will serve you. Quickly give the waiter a tip and he will leave a metallic arm.
ReplyDeleteBusiness Man – give him the gold necklace and he will give you a picture of Harley Quinn.
From where the Ghostly Waiter was, go down, right, right, up - to where the green ramp was.
Green Ramp – place the giant bowling ball on the ramp and the metallic arm behind it.
Go back to where the Ghostly Waiter was and go right.
Una Calavera – go in, use the metallic arm remote and quickly jump up before getting squished (look for the arrow just behind Obama). Pick up the magic powder and the turtle.
Go all the way to the front and give the turtle to Danny so you can get the knight. Whilst there, ask Danny to fold the Harley Quinn picture into a plane.
Arlequinn – throw the paper plane at Arlequinn and he gets trapped in the picture
Go to just up from where the Green Ramp is and look through the window.
Evil Chess Queen – place the knight through the window and move it so that it takes the queen without being killed
(two up, one left – two left, one down – two left, one down – then I got confused)
A lift has now appeared in the chess room.
Read the book and, when you are on the page about the protection spell, put the magic powder on it. Go into the lift.
Dogs – grab the book and put it on the dogs to turn them to stone. Pick up the pencil. Go forward and die but learn what the riddle is
GOZER BUILDING – give Danny the pencil and canvas. Read the book and open it to the page with Beetlejuice on it. Give Danny the book and he will draw Beetlejuice for you. Use the paints on the drawing.
VIGO’S MUSEUM – speak to Christopher out front about the riddle
Vigo – give the painting of Beetlejuice to Slimer. Go inside and, once the gem is placed, get Slimer to put Beetlejuice on the picture. Take the all important plunger and the chest. Use the key on the chest for 4 coloured shapes
GOZER BUILDING
Gozer – give her the answer to the riddle, place the 4 shapes on the sides of the doorway and use the plunger to avoid being sucked into the vortex

ReplyDeleteThe knight always moves in an 'L' shape. Two one way and one at right angles (or one and two at right angles). You have to kill the piece that is in the back left corner.

ReplyDeleteThere's a POSTER and also a PICTURE. The first time I played, seems like a lifetime now! There must have been a BUG, because I just stood the ladder on the right and I could go through the right door without making a plane out of the POSTER. Hope this helps somebody in the future!
