ReplyDeleteTrying to work out how the numbers on the paper relate to the 4-digit safe. I've tried the obvious four at the top, and now trying various combinations of the correct answers to try to total 30. No joy so far. Anyone else?

ReplyDeleteThe rest is pretty straightforward. Do the math on a piece of paper so it will be usefull after.
ReplyDeleteThe correct maths paper appears on the wall to the left of the big brown cabinet once you've opened the top drawer and taken the book. The maths paper is then the clue for the squares to press in the middle drawer.

ReplyDeleteI'm not seeing how to use the numbers on the test for the middle drawer. It says 0->9 but is that down the columns or across, and I not even sure which ones to click. It says Reuse Pass but it doesn't seem to work.

ReplyDeleteFor the 0-9, I did several things, including looking at all the cards for the musical cat dolls, then could hit the buttons.
When you see a little SD, it means you need a tool, not a SD

ReplyDeleteAh, don't you hate it when you've already figured out the solution to a puzzle, but it's coded so you can't solve it before you find a hint - which is totally unnecessary at that point?
ReplyDeleteThat was painful. For the final number puzzle notice the answer sheet for the math test has the questions in a grid of two columns. (Sort of) like the puzzle box. Disregard all number except the answers. Notice the correct answers on the test are 0 to 9. Click the button associated to where the answer is in the grid. First where answer is 0, then 1, then 2, etc. After all 10, then press OK.

look at the results (hint on pad 0-9)
start with result =0 - which number of calculation is it?

continue with result =1 - same question, push button

BTW are there two endings? Why do I get another hint after having solved the 2 x 5 grid number puzzle?
