ReplyDeleteFor the bottom I tried the difference between the letters on the front (DHA EPA) but no go :(
Yes I tried it both ways - light squares the dark squares. I've definitely got the shape right, can't think what I'm doing wrong. Fish shape must be right though cos it worked for you! Back to the drawing board ... and thinking about the EPA/DHA thing too.

ReplyDeleteTried to see if I could convert DHA or EPA to numbers by turning/reflecting letters. Can get a 3 and a 6 but A and H don't convert - and D to O is a bit of a stretch. Also, alphanumeric conversion doesn't work (e.g. DHA = 481)

ReplyDeleteMaybe we should try to contact the developer and ask him to somehow mark it on the can if the game contains puzzles that require command of the Japanese language. I like these games (well, usually...), but sometimes it gets frustrating when you learn that you've bben trying to solve a puzzle for half an hour that you had no chance because of the language barrier.

I really like these Round games, but need some kind of translator somewhere, I get hung up big time when trying to convert to English.
