ReplyDelete4 of the big pictures have a billard ball in them, you have to look for a small hotspot in each. I put the 4 balls on the billard table (bruteforced the colours because i did not understand the lines on the pictures) and got the last gear.

Quick and simple for me this time. :) I still don't know what the book was for though.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that the book hints are for the hotspots on the paintings, e.g. "Tea, Earl Grey, hot" and one hotspot was on the teapot.

ReplyDeleteMighty1, the lines are the traces of the balls if you try to hit so that every ball touches the next one. Blue ball moves very little, so no trace for it. Obscure anyway.

ReplyDeleteAnd red and yellow ball have the same shapes of traces, so it's not clear which of them is to be hit first. Or is there some clue for it? Didn't find in CoolBuddys walkthrough.
