ReplyDeletecant see a key anywhere. just back and forth
ReplyDeleteWhat nutcracker? I've lots from round the house but no nutcracker. How do I melt the ice on the basement door?
ReplyDeleteThe key was beneath the table in the first room.
ReplyDeleteUse the salt on the door to get rid of the ice (in kitchen cupboard)
ReplyDeletenutcracker is in the basement, use salt to melt ice on the door
ReplyDeleteAh yes - salt on ice to melt it.
ReplyDeleteThanks though!
ReplyDeleteFound the nutcracker key. You have to give the old lady a cup of tea. The kettle is in the basement safe (use the three wheels that you collect on the memory machine and chose the last three numbers that you normally would). Snow comes from near the old lady. Kid gives you matches for the cookie (in oven) and the teabag is in the fridge (of course)
ReplyDeleteand out

ReplyDeleteHow to put the teabag in the cup?
ReplyDeleteWould've been easier if I'd known I was getting them food and drinks. Must stop skipping over the dialogue...
ReplyDeletePut the teabag in the kettle, not the cup. (I know)

ReplyDeleteI miss when these were clever. Now it seems it is all about pixel hunting. Key on right of room with fuse box. The three rings go on the mysterious memory device in the basement (they fit multiple ways so keep rotating until it stops). Place the wound up nutcracker on the "special" spot floor under the fuse box.
ReplyDeletesmarties The tea bag in the kettle held me a a little bit.
ReplyDeleteIs the end a Seinfeld reference.
