For assembling the cakes, if you don't read Japanese, Basically you'd end up with a cake with a layer of cream, jam and strawberry in the middle, and topped with more strawberries.
@bondslave, turkey won't be done until you get the wine and assemble the cake.

ReplyDeleteWash strawberries & cut
Put cream in the bowl, add sugar, click the whisk
Use the piping bag on the bowl (it doesn't work if you use the bowl on the piping bag)
Then,
Cut the cake
Add jam, cream (from bowl), strawberries, cream (from bowl), add top layer of cake. Use piping bag
