ReplyDeleteHy Arrie,
ReplyDeleteI'm chilling out after another difficult heavy escape outside in the garden with a drink and a siggy. Do you still have that nice terrace and how is your maple tree doing ? grtz !
Granny M, stay where you are, cause I will try this escape now as well. Would love to meet you there for a drink and ... some chocolates :-).
ReplyDeleteJoe M, a great way to fully explore a game and seriously look at all possibilities.
ReplyDeleteDid you come across a second or third ending?
What's with the floor in this room?
ReplyDeleteAm I getting wet feet here? Not sure ...
This is a paragraph in a chapter in the story about King Arthur and the knights of the round table.
ReplyDelete"Lo and behold", our famous King shouts.
"My kingdom for a saw!"
He tries to reach upon the shelf, but .. in full armour that is utterly impossible!
Poor Arthur.
He looks down ... is this a spring-board in a swimmingpool?
King Arthur has no idea what a swimmingpool is. Once a month he jumps in the lake near his castle and puts on a clean crown.
"My saw!! Where is my saw?! That's the question."
The king desperately turns to the right.
There ... in the stone, like the story goes.
ReplyDeleteKing Arthur touches the saw and he alone is able to take the saw out of the limestone.
He takes it in his right hand and attacks the spring-board.
"Here!! and There!! Take this you evil piece of wood!!"
The result is astonishing.
No nails, no hammer, no screws, no screwdriver were needed because, after all, King Arthur lives in the 6th Century.
The saw is used a second time! All the wood has to go! And look, Apparently he does need a hammer. But when our smart King tries to take it he is unpleasantly surprised. Stuck!
First, the shelf, ah, that's where the wood goes.
ReplyDelete"To climb or not to climb", our brave King mumbles.
Puffing and sweating because of all the metal hanging on him, the fearless Arthur climbs up ... not knowing how many spiders he will be confronted with.
"What is THIS?"
Our audacious King takes the tool and cuts open his glove. "Aaahhh, a 21th Century sort of cutting tool!!"
He can't wait to show it to his rival, Hamlet.
But, clever as he is, he uses this strange knife to get the hammer.
Next to the door he smashes the glass box, takes the key and opens the door.
"Hamlet, my friend!" Our King calls through the centuries, "look !! ......."
And here endeth this episode.
Lowering myself in the hammock, loving the drink Granny poured in ... ah, my lovely mapletree is doing so very well ...
ReplyDeleteLowering perhaps is not the correct word, don't know, lol. Translation site is not clear.
