ReplyDeleteG2J, please look up the meaning of words before you apply them to your games. An enclave can never be a room, unless you're enforcing some extreme form of racist segregation.
ReplyDelete@Siobhán Long's sister, while applying the word "enclave" to a room might be a little unusual, I think you have conflated the term, "ethnic enclave," with the more general term from which it derives.
ReplyDeleteAn enclave is defined as any physical region entirely enclosed within another, where the two regions are logically distinct. This is most often used in geography, such that a country lying entirely within the bounds of another country would be considered an enclave.
A room, therefore, could be an enclave provided it does not belong to same logical group as the adjoining rooms. For example, consider a company that leases its space within another company's building.
