Language barrier problem, but the frog in the basement is the hint, so click on the leftmost scroll where it says 蛙 for key.
ReplyDeleteI'm out. Puzzles that don't involve language barrier are straightforward but if anyone needs more help I'm not sticking around so I'll just leave a short walkthrough.

Colour code for wall panel comes from the 3 haiku scrolls hanging on the wall. Answer is the 3 kanji shown on the hint. 茶赤水 for brown, red, light blue.
Next is 3-digit cupboard. Hint is the book. "e" on the bread part of the sandwich, so in the order of the ham/cheese/egg look for the letter sandwiched between the "e" in each item. l,s,d (lol)
You can now place button in wall panel to go downstairs.
Go downstairs and see frog hint. Find the place where there is "frog" on the haiku. It's the 蛙 in the leftmost poem hanging on wall. Get key for red peppers painting.
Red peppers code is the symbols on the way down on the ladder. bottom right, top left, bottom left, top right, tl, tr, tr, tl, br. Light downstairs turns on.
Go down. Number panel behind boxes. Turn around in room.
Hint for vent code is page 8 of book which spells "eight", so looking at attached sheet input "eight". Get code for dial box. Before going back up pull the switch left of door.
Go up and input dial box code: down, right, up, left, down. Get blue key used in safe in cupboard.
Get transparent sheet, unfold it and use on "V V" picture.
Follow direction of arrow for yellow dots, use yellow dot code downstairs on panel right of door. Top black, bottom black, bottom white, bb, top white, tb, bw. Put number panel in.
Code for number panel is outside window after pulling switch left of door. From left-right *, up(8), dot(.), left(4), down(2), dot(.), right(6), *
