I need a little more help with lvl3 egg please? I tried everything but can't understand what exactly it wants

Dazz, most people count 1, 2, 3 4, etc. If you went from 7 to 15, then Yayyy you. Except for one thing. I reckon, given it's a Small-tool riddle, you will probably need ALL level answers.
