The fingerprints I took in the evidence area disappeared when I closed the window. I can't get new fingerprints and the ones I took aren't stored anywhere. This prevents me from going further in the game.

go to "whatsap" and enter the second number. Don't go to "app info" before that or you won't be able to go back!
I've seen the finish in the walkthrough, but I liked the game.
I also needed some clues to know what to do in some puzzles
