Symbol puzzle doesn't work for me
ReplyDeleteDidn't work for me either, had to check the walkthrough. Solution didn't make any sense. While playing the game, you saw the 6 symbols in a row as a clue (let's call them 1 through 6 from left to right). Then you got the rock with dots where the clue read 3-1-5-2-4-6. If you followed the rock logic, the 3rd symbol should be first, then the 1st symbol second, etc. but that didn't work. The WT solution turned out to be 2-4-1-5-3-6. How they came up with that, I haven't the foggiest...
ReplyDeleteThere are always 2 solutions to this type of puzzle, only one of which works. In this case, 315246 is telling you that the 2nd symbol should go in the first slot, the 4th symbol in the 2nd slot, the first symbol in the 3rd slot, etc.
ReplyDeleteWrite the symbols down and then write the numbers underneath them. That may make it clearer which is #1, etc.
