ReplyDeleteEvidently a lot of people really enjoy the games that are simple and straightforward. I can't blame them, but a lot of us like to see more puzzles and things you have to figure out.
ReplyDeleteHonestly after many years I am spending a lot less time on EG24 these days.
Several of the developers represented here are hard to differentiate from each other. Backgrounds vary, but otherwise pretty much cookie cutter in play.
Still, I appreciate that it's difficult to bring unique games in with any regularity, as they take longer and more effort to develop.
Voting with SLS on this one. The 5x5 grid clue makes no sense, even after trying 4 different interpretations.
ReplyDeleteAgree, we need more realistic stuff, not imaginary gamey like oh them 4 shapes fit there, I mean if you are stuck in a room you don't get 4 holes to put 4 star shapes or have sliders that slide up and down , you get keys, combination locks, stuff hidden under the carpet, combining items etc
