      OK - for a Royal Flash I need the Jack & the Queen (2 cards)
      thinking loud:
      - a deck has 52 cards, but 4 are already on the table ie 47 for the probability 1/47
      - but if you pull J or Q there are 46 cards left ie 1/46
      - now do the maths (prob 47 resp 46 ie multiplication, but 2 cards ie 1/half of the multiplication)
