I'm trying to play pool ..keyword trying
got the ball, two sticks and a bridge.. put the ball on the table.. can't do anything but foul.
after fouling two times the barman gave me a card with some sort of hint on it, but I can't read any of it except 1212, which of course doesn't work in the door.
oh and chalk now
sweet, chalk the stick somehow and now i can play!
I fouled twice too but hes not giving me anything now :[ I am stuck

I don't know how to chalk, I just use every combination of the objects with each other and it works.
And after fouling twice you give him a drink and he'll give you a card.. but now you can't play pool anymore
chalk is on the bottom right foot of the table
if you chalk up the main stick before you play, it doesn't foul immediately. do that then its standard 9 ball rules. didn't complete it yet, fouled by accident
No matter what stick I choose or where I click the ball it always hits them the same way, and after the 1 ball I can't get at the 2 ball.
There's a book you can try to read too, but no english
I tried putting my pool table stuff on the pool table but I can't.
Is it just me who can't seem to do any pool playing? I have a cue, a spotty white ball (on table), chalk (which I can't put on the end of the cue), and a bridge thingy. I drank the drink, but nothing happened, and definitely can't play pool :o(
I can't either Divinyl; I only have one cue stick and I need to find the other one, apparently.

Well, there's one already on the table...and the other is by the side of the cabinet with scissors on top, if I remember correctly :o)
Take the stick off the table, and about item it. Then use the chalk on it (the end, probably) - it doesn't visibly change, but it lets it work. Then put the ball on the table and, with the stick selected, click the ball you want to aim at.
i have 2 sticks, chalk, ball and bridge?
Seems you have to hit the balls in the right order red, blue, red... hang on I'm still working on it.
now he won't give me my ball and sticks back!
I think the code to get out of the room is 0222.
So hit the yellow ball first, then the yellow ball second. That's as far as I've been able to get yet. Wish it was in English, probably some hints in there somewhere.
The only thing I did was foul, though I was able to get one good shot in the lower middle pocket.

sorry, yep Yellow first - and I've been chalking before every ball.
For those that don't play 9-ball, the order of the balls is the same as the order of the books on the bookcase.. (yellow-blue-red)
problem is no matter what I do I can't get to the blue ball after the yellow one
yep the code is 0222, ty shannon - maybe another ending though? anyone get any further in the game?
I used the shorter stick for the blue (and chalked before using)

I won the pool game!
Break yellow (long stick) then in order -
Yellow (long)
Blue (short-then it disappears)
Red (long)
Pink (bridge-then it disappears)
Orange
Brown
Yellow stripe
But now what?? I can't figure it out. The barman takes my drink but doesn't give me anything.
Gave barman the drink and he falls asleep... thats the farthest I have gotten LOL..
So I beat the pool game and got the barman to fall asleep, then I found his locked diary and discovered where the key was, but couldn't get at it..
And then after restarting I can't get him to fall asleep. :(
Oh and I'm pretty sure you don't have to re-chalk between balls, just the first time on each stick.

I discovered you don't have to chalk at all.. as long as you've picked it up.
And the barman sleeps on the second drink on the list
Well he finally fell asleep; found the diary and SAW the key but I couldn't reach it - but then I clicked the door and it opened, so.... I don't know if there's a way to get the key and open the diary.
So I guess you just have to find the diary and the key, you don't pick them up.
I don't know what the deal with the drink(s) is but I tried getting the drink before playing and he fell asleep with the first one.

can you reach the key with the cue stick before you play pool? I restarted and can't find the hot spot again
Can't use pool stick because it disappears after you win the game... can't get to the hot spot unless I finish the game and find the diary
used only the short stubby cue and finished the pool game. I still have the long cue...Im going to see if it will reach the key

didnt find diary or key but clicked on door and i was out :)
Pool is only for time pass make two fouls, give the bartender three drinks and check the card the code 0222 is shown enter and out.

Then I felt asleep. The barman left me a note.
OMG I found the diary, read it. It says something about leather chaps and a rubber ball gag.....I'm not to sure but there was a bit about a mask with a zippered mouth....Anyone know who Zed is?
where did you find the key??
Zed! That's the guy who owned the pawn shop in Pulp Fiction ... you know where Bruce Willis and Ving Rhames get tied up in the cellar - and they have red rubber balls stuffed into their mouths and held in place by leather straps!

after you read the diary,click the menu to get it and then the scissors
use scissors to cut the menu and try to spell the "special"
flip the menu (after "special menu") and you will see "Japanese wine" word
click the right side of cabinet to get the Japanese wine(you can drink it to get the wine ending) or...
input the pw for 0035 and 3124 to get the boss keep the diary ending
any one have anyidea how to get the Key? I know some of you said where. (Still haven't found it but 0.. can I get a little help please? .
how to get the key:
blue ball--use long cue on the middle white dot of the right side cushion instead of short cue
....and then you can use short cue to get the key (after the boss drunk and you can check the diary ...)

But what I did was I failed the pool game twice and I gave two drinks to the barman. After he fell asleep i talked to him and he told me the password so i am out! omg!
A faster way to get out of the room: lose the pool game, get the barman drunk and that's it! It takes less than 3mins to unlock the door!
