Ksiazka Tunele is new Polish point and click game. There is no English translation but language should not be too much of a problem. In this game you have to escape there by searching, finding and using somethings useful and solving puzzles. To start this game click "Wejdz do tuneli". Good luck and have fun!Play Tunele

Me too. I think I missed some stuff in the first screen but I can't find my way back. Found a few things though, sledgehammer, pick, key, magnifying glass, matches, and a couple pieces of paper. I used the key to open a door. The sledgehammer and pick I used too but didn't get anything new out of it.
Make sure you check out every inch of the screen as far right/left and top/bottom it goes. I found a couple of items looming around the edges.

My pointy finger is just not working..It moves but thats it.I cant enter,pick up anything or move..Im still on the first screen...
Only certain things can be clicked or picked up. The hand will glow green or turn into a door if something can be activated.
btw - game has AUTOSAVE function

Wow, made it out. You can find maps at various points throughout the labyrinth that shows you where you are and where you need to go. Look fast! The map burns up after a short while. Try print screen.

I can't find third key to open the door in the room where we used hammer on the valve :(
I'm getting dizzy from all this quick scrolling left to right.
Ugh, I wish I could remember where I found the keys. I think I ended up back at the main screen, scrolled all the way left and there were 2 other areas I hadn't explored yet.

Thanks to that autosave that megi talked about I can come back w/o having to search for all the items. Good to come back to this with a fresh mind. I see that I can view the Metra map in my inventory with the magnifying glass.

Diana, I'm so confused: still can't find third key. I've found one in room with valves and second in corridor near bucket. Both used. I have all items.
Besides the room with the elevator and the labyrinth, have you used the flashlight in any other rooms? As I recall there were maybe 2 more places where the flashlight was your source of light? Kind of cave like and looked underground. Could possibly be in one of those.
I'm trying to think where the 3 keys were necessary. I can think of the house in the Victorian area, and the house in the Colony area? Where the old lady is. I can't remember where I used the last key. Think it was where the spewing valve was.
I have to go but hope to come back soon and figure it out. Good luck!

finally I've found key - click map in room with desk and lamp
Can someone make a summary where to look for what item. Been playing for hours and got 5 items.
axe - near well (on the left side of woman with bike)
lamp - in the room with a typewriter
matches - enter of first tunnel (where white rat and spade are)
map - small house where men in black coats walking)
gold "coin" - in the place with two tunnels and rails
I found first key for victorian room in the picture with the bucket (down right)
What do you do with the door with the 3 handles ?
OK got through that door. Nothing spectacular.
Second key on top of the two boxes in room where metromap hangs.
I think for this key you must find matches , so the lantern shines.

Now I have a purple light floating in room with dentistchair???
I never had anything happen with that purple light. If anyone has, let me know! I come back to this game occasionally just to see if anyone's found anything new.
The flying mushrooms were cute...but now a bunch of stone people chained to pillars is creepy...

Door: top 2clicks, second 1 click, third nothing.
I escaped the by restarting via GLOWNA clicking on top.

THANK GOODNESS FOR AUTOSAVE!!! Just had a power blip which restarted the whole computer! I would've given up if I had to start over again. And ty tosca!
That autosave is a nice feature, I have to say. I didn't have to start all over this morning. Then again, I haven't gotten any further.
I wonder if the door with the 3 handles has a different way to unlock for everyone. Mine was top: one click up, middle: one click down, bottom: 2 clicks down. You can find a piece of paper that shows you the positioning of the handles.
DIANA Do we have to do the maze?
Well the door with the 3 handles was giving me trouble because it wasn't resetting to default position. However, all handles start in the furthest downward position. Tosca's pattern worked for mine after I did that. But...it took to somewhere I've already been! Bummer...
Anybody broke the stone with the pick in the labyrinth? After breaking the stone is more clear, but I can't find more to pick ....
What'does after that?
I did the maze and it didn't really bring me to anything special. You get out and see London, and then when you click on it, it brings you back to the main screen. The pick just helps you pick away new paths that may bring you to the end.
I think I'm wrong about the door with 3 handles. I forgot they started at the down position, so I think everyone's is the same.

I never "finished" the game or got any sort of ending. I'm sure I've visited all I could, all of my items have been used, etc. I even revisited that damn labyrinth to see if there were any objects hiding there, but couldn't seem to find any. My inventory is full and I can't find any more locked areas...I'm sure I'm missing something but just can't seem to find it.
What can we do with coin and magnifying glas? The only items i didnt use.
Magnifying glass is used on the map you pick up in the house with the old lady and where you lit the 2 lamps. Hmm, can't remember about the coin.
How do we bring up the inventory..and where is the hammer please?
Inventory is the bottom right.
Oh, but when an item can be used (key, etc.), it will automatically show up.

I couldn't see the inventory icon because my screen resolution was set on 800x600..Duh! lol
I am in the same place as you. Full inventory and i was in the maze, but didn't make it through. I don't know what to do with the purple ball, the clocks that can be moved, the hot spot where I used the pick and opened one side of door, but can't enter... Any ideas anyone?

It is title that aspires to Harry Potter rank, especially that encounter of that book was the same guy who found author of Harry Potter. So if you want to know whats is what and who is who just buy and read a book. @lulu: coin at the railwaystation. If I remember wel. But you have to do some things in order, otherwise you cant get it. Best thing to do, is go around and always searching in the screen for new opportunities. A lot of work.

Hi! I tried to make a map because I was tired to wander around... The names are a bit wrong, but it helps.. And I never got out of the maze.

WOW...!!! This is a cool game! Myst-like graphics/ambience mixed with RHEM...oh heck, just any Myst-like game LOL! So far have found lamp, 2 keys, axe or pick, several pieces of paper; still haven't found magnifying glass or matches. I don't know if I need to visit another location first, but at the metro station, I wasn't able to pick up 2 items. The hand made the "pick-up" movement, but the items just bounced around! Guess I'll need to backtrack...I'm just having fun wandering around :) Diana...at the metro station, am I supposed to find/do something first before I can pick up items? Thanks for all our posts...they are a huge help!

This game is pretty cool...very nice graphics and atmosphere. Can someone please tell me where the magnifying glass is though? That is the one item I'm missing. I think I'm also short about two pages from the diary but oh well. I wasn't able to make it through the labyrinth. It was just waaaay too annoying what with the funky movement system and the horrible lighting that makes you half blind and the pits that open beneath you and make you start over. No thanks, I'll pass on that, haha. So no one has seen an actual ending to this game then?

I visited all the places, chopped around in the labyrinth with the pick but notting happened. And in my inventory there 's still 1 box open. For what?

The box on the bottom row left is empty.
That's the magnifying glass. It helps you read the map that is in the top row left of your inventory. I used it on the map, and it just shows some of the locations you've visited. I didn't seem to get anything new from it.
Diana can you remember where you found the mag.glass?
I really really wish I could remember where I found most of these items. For some reason I want to say that it is in front of the house where you find the map. The house required a key though. The house is located in the Kolonia. I could be completely wrong about that.
I'll try straightaway when i've finshed another game.

cat3...you will find the mag glass in Kolonia (where the men in black go from door to door); it is to the left of the house that needs a key to open door. So far, I have 2keys, mag glass, coin(can be found in the area where the flying mushrooms are; cross bridge & enter door...you are in area w/ train tracks; coin falls on left track), pick, hammer, several pages, matches & lamp. missing 2 items - top left box & bottom (2nd from left) I've been exploring all over the place...can't find valve room, museum with clocks that change places is a bit confusing....HELP! Anybody...please?! Sorry for the "verbose" post, but I'm going in circles. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks everybody!
WEll you get to the dark cave passed the car in the field,{to the far left of london not colony} . don't click on car but a place just after that. but first click on a hot spot in field.My wuestion is what do you do after you light the lanterns on the old lady's house and get the map and paper?
Diana Did you know if you click on the map with the magnifying glass in a spot then click the door out. you will go there?. At least I think that was what happened to me . lol

Whew!!! Finally got to the labyrinth (my arch nemesis....grr!) Got to spot with the "x" and peaked at the first map; then, in my infinite wisdom, promptly backtracked back to Dr's secret chamber!!! duh... On that note, I'm going to call it a day and see what I can finish tomorrow!!!! G'night.

You can finish the game once you get through the maze and have gotten all 3 keys. If you have gone to the old lady's house,light the lanterns and open your map. Use your magnifying glass and find the spot near the top right that says "Far North" . click on that with your mag glass anad then click on the "star" symbol for NSEW and you are out.
Hmm, I see something that says The Great North but it doesnt' take me to the end or any other location.
At least I know I've been sitting on a full inventory this whole time and didn't miss anything completely! I'll keep checking this map.
@Goldilox .. I have gone through the lybrinth and also have gobe to old lady's house and have set the lanterns on. Opened the MAP. I could not find anything as FAR north. Note I have all the three keys. Maybe there is a spot I have not been to. Where that could be? i have cylced through all the spots I have been to but there is nothing useful i could find or nothing I have not touched yet.
hmm not sure what to tell you guys. Did you check out all 3 hot spots at the edge of town to the west?. there is a place in the field and then 2 entrances to other areas. one where the old truck is and one just passed there. Not sure if I can be of any other help sorry..:(

yup all three spots on the west of the main town where the old trashed car is has been checked. One in the field, One above the old trashed car and on to the right of the car in the building which gives you access to lift.
There are two spots where the old lady house is. One on the right of the house and one on the left of the house. Right one takes you to a big door which I clicked and now is open and also used the hammer on the statue to the left and the roof pointed rock . Nothings happens after that , except I can click on a spot that makes a wierd sound.
the left spot from the old lay house I think takes you to the bridge and then to the strange statues and then to the train track where i found the gold coin but could not use it anywhere as yet.
There is a door in the main town which takes you to the train station. Only fast moving trains pass by occasionaly. There was some red object on the box right on the other side of the platform. I click that object and it started fumbling out of the hand. I keept on trying to get it and eventually it reached the end of the platform and then nothing.
Maybe if we can list all the spots you can go to then It will be easier to know which one I have missed. Though I seriousaly doubt I missed any spot except maybe did not complete a certain task?
Hey Coolmon22...I'm still playing this game; I have all inventory items, lit lamps in the old lady's house and now am getting ready to tackle the labyrinth. Glad I have a map that will jump to all areas...I think I've been to every area so if I come across anything that you, Diana and anyone else, may have missed, I will definitely post! I just don't think we've missed anything though...one never knows! I remember where I got all inventory items but haven't found a place to use the coin yet. Maybe coin has some other use?? Anyway...on to the labyrinth. Will keep all updated.
I am getting a migraine trying to get through this maze...I get to the second map without any problem, but after that I seem to go in circles and end up in the doctors chamber only to start over again! I thought I was following what I saw on the map but I can't seem to progress. Would someone give me a push in the right direction, please? I have all items in inventory but this maze is proving to be the most difficult part of this game.
irishenignma: how do you even move in the maze? i only have lite in a small area & can't move or do anything!

Hi Cheakie1: You can move in the maze by using the directional arrows on your keyboard; also, watch for areas the pickaxe can be used on...there are several. Also, you can pick up maps along the way that show you where you are. The pick will automatically show on the screen when you come to an area you can chip away at! As Lulu stated, the light is horrible and my cursor was spastic!!! Did you find your last key? I think it was in the valve room, or the dark cave area where you activated the lever. I managed to get to the top of the maze, but I can't seem to get out completely. I'm so frustrated right now I think I'm going to give my brain a rest and come back to it later. When you get out, let me know ... I'm tired of getting kicked out of the maze just when I'm at the top........argh!
@irishenigma... When you go to the top of the maze look for 2 light poles and go through them. They are identical to the light poles when you start the Maze. This will take you to the exit of the tunnels. to go to top you have to first go to extreme right and then go up 2 tunnels i think and then turn left and then at the end turn up and then left again. You will see the two tiny light poles. Go through them. When you get the MAP in the tunnel look for the path to go to TOP where you see the gears symbol.
@Coolmon22: Thank you sooooo much for the hint...I am going to escape the maze today, so help me!!!! It helps so much knowing I am looking for light posts similar to the lights at beginning of game...I owe you big time!!!! :) Just out of curiosity...in the museum, was there anything to do besides click on the cabinet door and watch the clocks exchange places? Didn't seem like anything significant...same with the metrostation. Thanks again, Coolmon! Hope I can help you out one of these days!!!!

@irishenigma . You welcome. I do not know anything you can do with the room where you have clocks in the cabinet. I did notice there are only 3 clocks that change places each time you click the cabinet door. I tried to click only the ones that moved but no luck there. Nothing happens. I have looked everywhere for the new spots to enter but no luck. I have been to all the places again and again but can find the FAR North on the map.
Which one is the doc chamber?
The room with chair and two monks standing infront of the table. When you click the switch board of some sort the purple light comes out of the lamp and dance around a bit and returns to the lamp?
This room entrance is on the right in the tunnel with the bucket on the floor and the far end of the tunnel takes you to the elevator.

I am also wondering if there really is a use for the coin but we just haven't found it yet. I agree with you...I am wondering if there is a task I might have missed along the way! If anything jumps out at me, I'll let you know asap! Goldilox made escaping seem so simple LOL!!!!

I still don't have the 3 key, the map, and i can't enter the lillte house in the picture with grey sky.
@ lau...I believe the 3rd key can be found by going through the dark cave area; to reach that area go to the edge of town & click on door just above the truck in dirt. This area is a bit beyond the well where you found the axe. In the cave the light is dim but you can make out a lever; the cursor will allow you to activate the lever and another door will be available to go through. This will take you to the valve room and the key should be in that area. Now you can open the house in Kolonia, light the lamps and pick up the map in the old lady's house. If you find a way to escape let us know!!!!! First you have to go through the maze but I am at an impasse...:( I have all 3keys and a full inventory but can't seem to leave....argh! A fresh pair of eyes might help! Good luck with the maze!

guys, this is my favourite book so if you want to know anything about what is what in the game just ask. I've been playing this for a time, but it doens't make sense. In the end of the book, the main character Will and his brother throw themselves into a train (the train that appears on the 'pociąg górników') and you can see someone falling. But what doesn't make sense is that Will and his brother go underground again and not to Highfield. Another strange thing is that if you go to the multimedia zone, there are wallpapers for each place of the game, but I haven't seen two of them: the one after the one that says TUNELE, where you can see a train and the 15th one where you see three tunnels, with a guy in one of them. Anyone went there already?
