SSSG Forgotten Asylum is another new point and click type adventure game from Melting-Minz, who is also the creator of another SSSG - Super Sneaky Spy Guy series games. You are being sent to Whispering Oaks Asylum to meet with an ex-nurse named Shelly Marser. There are many rumors about the old forgotten asylum that might just be facts. It is said that the asylum was shut down due to being haunted. No one is quite sure though. Many strange happenings went on in the asylum when it was occupied by its residents. i still need to get 2 more pieces of glass and need to find where to put the pegs and find the rest of the crystals i have only 87/100 then i think i have done everything
i put in the symbols that correspond to the numerals that it said on the clock but it's not working...do i have to change the way the menu is laid out?

karica put your mouse up to the top a red arrow will appear you use the arrows to move around
Karica at the top of the pictures on every page is red arrows..a little tip to help you before you go to far is once you get to the big door turn right...pull a rope on the right next to the gate. then go back to the view were you are looking at the front door
on the bottom right there will be a hole in the bricks reach in and grab the map

I have only one peg, one key that doesn't work on the santa ornaments puzzle, no idea of the code for the oranges picture (I suspect the #s on the tombstones but can't figure it out.)
kendra, if you're talking about the puzzle with the runes, go back to the room with the clock and look at the numbers closely

ok so that makes the beam shine in the gym so you can see it but i had already used the mirror to find the green gem :( i thought perhaps i would find the nurse if i did everything. oh well thanks for your help mrs.joe i will search for some more crystals for a bit see how i go i only have 88/100

I think I just kept clicking the middle of the Orange picture to get the puzzle
In the room where you can move the six tiles and the seventh tile where it is green
the number game you need the star key first of all to play if you have that then you need to put the numbers in the order of the xmas song so for eg: x being where you put a number xx

ok for the number game you need to put 8 in the top left, 7 top right, 1 in the middle right, 2 in the bottom left, and 5 in the bottom right i had my key in already let me know if that helps

In case nobody figured it out, every glass piece has something to do with one of the patients.
The Christmas puzzle was, of course, Mr. Combs. The ducky in the water was Paul Bayer, the man who need to always be in the tub. The checkerboard was Oscar Dillon, because he played checkers with Carlotta. The orange puzzle was Rosa Warez, the person who counted the orange crates. The grave was Carlotta, as the number on the gave was her patient ID. The peg-box and following wire puzzle was Mark Furst, although the reasoning I'm not sure. He had a bladder problem and had a hard time with any mental activity.
The center piece, was, of course, the good doctor, as it was central to the others and was on the back of his picture.
Just some nifty thinking.

Hi JDROBERTS....yes this is hard with no one playing and so many comments. Have explored everyroom and know what I need, but having a hard job finding them!
The green stone goes in the first room on the left on the bottom of the map, remove the tile below the lever and move the 6 tiles to the right of that..then pull the lever once you've placed it in the green slot

I have clicked all over those loose tiles a million times. Not a one of them will budge. I tried with the screwdriver as well. I have read the comments by vbranam and etc but its not working. I can't seem to find the star key.
I've lost the bathroom, i found it, got the cog, and now have lots it??? i thought it was to the left of the front locked door then to the left of the corridor to the spa bath room, but each time i go left now I'm sent back to the front lock door??? where oh where is the bathroom,? i want to get those tiles off the wall!

Okay, next question: which window has a peg falling out of it and where is the peg box? Someone pointed to the room with the straitjacket but I can't find any box there. I feel so dumb. :(

checkerboard ghost is outside to the right where the purse is, put it in the slot on the bars. the picture is in the room you find when the cogs are in place

You have to click on the menu and rearrange it. The little red marks on the side of the menu will turn black if it is in the correct spot. From there match the symbols to how the menu is supposed to look like.

the cogs were kinda hard to find. I will do my best to walk you through it.You want to be in the second row at the very top right of the map. You will see a big room with what looks like two big bench like things. That cog is on the right bench thing.It is hard to find you have to click all around it.
For the last cog you want to go to the right once from the room you are in. At the bottom of that green wall there is a pile of what look like rubble or tiles. Click and start dragging. The last cog will be there
I've now found 3 cogs - 1 is in the room right top row - center square - you have to move rocks on floor to find it
another in the room left of that on the table like structure on the right.

* Zoom in on orange picture. Click SCREWDRIVER on orange stems, to reveal puzzle.
* To solve puzzle:
o Look in JOURNAL for patient who packed orange crates.
o She kept reciting a list of numbers. Notice that these numbers are in 4 pairs, and each pair skips a number. That skipped number must go into the code. For example: First number pair is "27, 29", so the code number is 28.
o Final code: 28, 44, 15, 86.
o After entering code, push black button to get STAINED GLASS 3.
what about the rune/symbol puzzle on the wall? can anyone help?

you have to insert the symbols you saw in the clock... and choose the time that appear on the menu (dinner, snack, etc)
the correct order is breakfast, tea, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert that is time 3, 7, 8, 11, 9, 2 on the clock...
I plug in the corresponding symbols but nothing happens

This game gave me the creeps when playing at night.
for star key, in room with two doors and 'some of the tiles seem to be loose", look inside the right hand door for the tile that is slightly darker than the rest, near the middle. Click and hold and then slide it to the right. See something gold, click it. It's the key.
Star Key: If you look at the map, it's the fourth room from the bottom, far left. It looks like a bathroom.
the 'true love' note is in the room.

You'll note that there are two doors, and what looks to be small rooms. The tile you need to click and drag off is in the middle - it's slightly more grey than the surrounding tiles.
what order do these symbols go in??? I'm so stuck. I have the symbols from the clock that correspond to the numbers, that matched to the menu list. 3, 7, 8, 11, 9 and 2 in that order. Nothing happens when I enter them from top to bottom or bottom to top. Am I missing something? First one looks like a backwards L, next is a square with top left and bottom right corners missing, next looks like a backwards y, next looks like a Z with the top missing and a line in the middle left side, next looks like a backwards 7 with a line in the middle left side, and last looks like a backwards G with a hook on the top. Are these right??
did you see the note that had 'breakfast, lunch, dessert, etc" yet? That will help you solve the puzzle, but you have to rearrange the words on the note first.

Now we start backtracking and solving puzzles. Go to ROOM 31.

* Put completed STAINED GLASS into window. Then put MIRROR on pedestal, and turn it to face right.

* Beam of light from mirror reveals GREEN STONE on wall.
Go to ROOM 1.

Actions:
* Drag tile under lever out of the way, to reveal green space. Put GREEN STONE there.
* Pull lever.
* Drag six other tiles out of the way, to reveal dead body of doctor. Click it.
* Leave the room in any direction.

LOCATION OF THINGS
Thank you sooo much for your walkthru Cichina.....
This is a condensed version so you can find the bits when you get stuck. The aim is to find seven stained glass pieces.
MAP..Top middle of forest/car page is red movement arrow. Click. Right side arrow to veranda. Pull cord on right pillar. Back to the front stairs and click hole on right.
I recommend you draw the map on a piece of paper and write stuff down as you find them. Number each square from bottom left up to top right (1-40) as per Cichina walkthru.
Down arrow to car is #3. Get key to enter asylum.
Front stairs #7. Enter lobby #12. We cant move forward. Right to file room #15. Read files to get access codes and journal from cupboard. No power, so right to fuse room #15. Need FUSE (bath room#1)SCREWDRIVER room #9 (note clock). Fix power in room #15. Using access codes from file you can use up arrow to office room #12 and get journal page, which shows green in journal (wave journal over magnifying glass next to the word Map on item bar).
Back to lobby and enter access code to enter the rest of the asylum.
TOOLS
AXE room #2, SHOVEL room #40 (top right) as you go back room #38 has two tubs and something in the right one, but cant reach. ROPE go to #29 shower room and click taps to reveal a trap door and tunnel and get rope.
HAMMER back to #38 using rope
KEYS
First puzzle....room $30 with bath tub (collect duck from tub) and page on wall. Move words around until all the red marks are gone. Note the numbers in order. Room #32 is a panel with runes. We need to look at the clock in #9 to work it out and go back to enter the correct runes. It will reveal a KEY.
STAR KEY..we dont need this for a while, but room #16 look in inner room thru doors and see a grey tile to slide away.
Back to file room #14 and open locked drawer and note patient ID's and find a razor.
STAINED GLASS
1) #20 put duck in pool
2) #27 get checkerboard. Go to veranda #8 and put in slot.
3) #29 tunnel and thru to graveyard. Remember patient ID's, dig that grave. (5476)
4) #22 cabinet with three holes. Get first PEG. #17 break two windows with hammer second PEG on floor. Back to office #21 off file room. Scrap bottle with razor and get last PEG. If you put the pegs in the cabinet you need a diagram. #4 scrape leaves and draw diagram. Back to #22 and complete puzzle.
5) #39 bash wall with axe. You need three cogs. #37 drag debris on floor for a COG. #36 on front wall of right tub is a COG. #6 pn the wheel chair. Back to #39 place cogs on door for secret room. Collect MIRROR and turn photo frame over for stained glass.
6) #35 zoom orange picture and click the two green bits on the oranges to reveal panel. Read Sept 19 in journal and work out the number between the pairs of numbers. Enter on panel (click grey button on right has up/down arrow top and bottom) then hit bottom button.
7) #31 all to do with note in #16 and the answer on music sheet in #34. Click a ball and use the arrow keys to move. Click again to turn off arrows.
(8TL, 7TR, 1MR, 2BL and 5BR)
Go to the big hall #24 place mirror on pedastal and glass in window. Move mirror until you get a beam. Go to #38 tp get green stone. Down to #1. Drag tiles to reveal a hole and green tile. Place stone and pull handle. Exit on any arrow.

Umm.. Just got in through the big code-locked door up the stairs in the lobby. (#3435) The first scene past it is the long, crumbling, brick hallway.
The column on the left has writing on it. It's Russian! The first word is "Privet" or "Hello." I can't make out the rest of it but regardless, I though this was set in the US State of Georgia. Why is there Russian????

I did the numeral puzzle but I don't know where I should write the symbols to. Under what? Into the chart on the wall? It doesn't work. So I haven't got a key and the razor then. And where is the green tile? A can't get down any of tiles. I miss 2 pegs too. But I found 3 pieces of coloured glass...where is the rest? I had 3 cogs and fixed them into a hidden door. There is a secret room behind it. You can get a mirror and a piece of glass there.
