For those of you who are still having trouble finding the yellow card, here's a tip:
In the other three-digit code safe which is in the same room as the computer, enter the code (Think number of fish and red, yellow, and green) and then when the door opens, take out the shape, and don't click on the bottom-left corner of the safe, click on the bottom-left corner of the safe's door and...ta-da!
