Seriously, there's clearly some trick to it, but "more instructions in the game" was a pretty misleading statement, apparently. Someone said they figured it out; care to share with the class?

I still need help on 3!!! I don't get it! How can I arrange the blocks to get to the door? I know I can shoot them, and I even do it from a distance, but I don't see any way to get them where I need them...

Megi: I knew that's what you meant, I wasn't expecting a walkthrough, but I thought there would be a tutorial or something to SHOW me the controls. Not just pictures of the buttons and words in another language. They can show the "Level," "Start" and "Clear" in English, even get someone to speak English for the audio file, but can't put the instructions in English?

Nhiladred. The gray mass/step allowes you to shoot through it (if u didn't know).
Go down and put first block under the gray step u're standing in start (just under a step to the right), and the other block almost next to it. Just leave 1 space between them. Then shoot them, u change places twice and u have to climb the ladder twice also :D
But this will give u stairs.

yeah, level 17 is a bullshit :-)
Any hint?
you can shoot, then run while slowed down (the space button to change the speed to slow)if done correctly allows you to fall down the gap after firing at the block.. remember this move it will be very useful
