People do not quit the game just because the location of items is different for you. The game is still playable and enjoyable. Read my comments because I had the same problem and found the disc somewhere else. Also you probably have the car battery which goes into the slot in the clockroom to reveal ... well, you'll see :) Do not give up!

I have written down the code from the first floor storeroom (97675) but when I try to enter it in the blue bathroom, it says : "Now the password is invalid because the position of the cabinet didn't change". I have checked the code twice, so I don't understant why it doesn't work. Is there anybody here that could help me, please ?

Hi, after you enter the code, you must go into the bedroom (the one on the right) and click on cabinet, then the cabinet will move. I think that is what the game is telling you to do. Did you miss the cut scene? Is the iron sword in the hand where the golden sword was? It is all important for the flow of the game.

Ellie thank you, but it is not working.I tried all three buttons all I got was the same page all over again. That's okay I'm not going to worry about it. again thank you

Apricot: click ONE of the three blue buttons, there is a white page for a moments. Wait and then the game beggins loading. Work for me now and without problems. Maybe slowly but works.

Same as the older version, I do not get the codes, not from the picture after adding perfume and not from the room with crayon drawings using brush and toothpaste. Is there something I need to update?

To start the game, there are two sets of buttons: one of small and one of big. You need the set of BIG buttons. If you hover over each button, you can see what page it leads to. You do not need the favourites button obviously, you just need the one with the game's name on it! It is not so hard, people, all you need to do is scroll down a bit and open your eyes instead of giving up at the first hurdle.

Code in picture: spray perfume until it says it has the power of God or something similar, then turn off the light. Code in store room: click on faint colour blocks on right as you are facing door so you zoom in and then use the brush that you have put toothpaste on to clean colour blocks and get the code.

The newer version has a power cord that you can plug into the piano on the third floor. You can then click on the piano and it plays a song, but I'm not sure why.

I am updating the walkthrough, but hit a roadblock

I can't find the new location of the blocks with the calendar shapes on the back. I have 2, but am missing one (it would be the yellow one that used to be by the stairs where you use the king rat badge).

This game is driving me nuts!!! (And yet I love it)

Got 1 power diamond,
5 digit code, 4 digit box (closed), cable (unused), silver medal (we most probably need 2 more to avoid death by poison), 2 colored blocks (blue-pink), red building block, 2 CDs, crowbar, red key, torch, sword, partiture for the piano.

Girl's locked in the passage.

I can't find green or cyan or white key, or where else to use my stuff.

How did you get the second power diamond???

BTW the lighter must be just a diffrent way to do things, since it's used to find crowbar, except if it gives bonus diamonts later in the game.

Yay, walkthrough!
...I think I have a technical problem. After I get back from the time travel, I am supposed to find a code:
"Click the brown bathroom door
Get the note from the wall to the left of the toilet (back of the cabinet)
Look at it in the about item view and see the master code"

Only the cabinet has gone back to its place and I cannot see its back. Is there a way to see the code or I have to go all the way after my last save?

If you happen to know of a simple way, that is.

lol I messed up and erased the answer I started to write to you.

Sorry for the slow help. I had gone away for dinner.

To get to the back of the cabinet, once you are forward in time again, type the code into the phone again to turn the time travel field off.

Now go into the bathroom from the door by the phone. The window is open, so go into the bedroom. Click the cabinet and it should move back over the window (I think).

Go from the bedroom into the office and to the reception room. Go to the phone and through door to the bathroom. Go in and your paper should be visible now. Leave through the door and enter the phone code to turn the time travel code again. Now you can go back in time to the office and enter the code.

Go to the door that leads to the living room from the stairs that reach all the way to the third floor. To the left of the door, there is the cabinet where you can use the king rat badge. Click the carpet along the corner near you on the left wall. You will see a mountain shape. In the carpet in that view is the badge -- almost in the corner of the screen.

If anyone is around, I need some help. I'm stuck in the exact same place I got stuck last time I tried this game, but now I'm determined to get out since everyone says how great it is.

In my game, whenever I put the power of god perfume on the painting and turn the lights off, all I see is 6 very faint dots at the bottom left of the painting. If this is supposed to be a code of numbers, my browser is not rendering it properly. Is it different for every game? Or can someone please tell me what the numbers are? Or is it an obscure hint that is going over my head?

I keep wanting that cyan key....
I found that the new symbols we find in the house (star, sun, moon, mountains, also appear on the calender in the 2nd floor bedroom, for me on numbers 1 (yellow star), 8 (white sun), 9 (green moon) and 28 (purple mountains). I don't know the order of colours (maybe broom closet on front porch, the ones we erased with the toilet brush and toothpaste?) or where to input them (phone? keypad at broom closet?
I also still don't know what the worship room is.....
O, and could the piano song have something to do with the order of the sympbols? Do, a dear, a female dear, Ray, a drop of golden sun?

Ah, reading thorugh kitkat, the piano plays twinkle twinkle little star, so it's definitely got something to do with those symbols! I'll go further....

So, "do a dear" was at another computer, now I have "Mary had a little lamb", but I don't see what symbol that has to do with....

@ R C, yes, all the codes are different every game, very clever. I guess you really need a different browser?

Since the calender shows may, I've tried all 4 of my symbol numbers as a password on the phone (in the dairy it says he uses a similar password for the space tunnel as for the time tunnel), but nothing. There are 2 possible places for this worship room: the locked room in the master bedroom, and the space behind the partition room (behind the tv). In this playthrough I don't have that ripped open, and can't get it that way (got the lighter in a different way.

So, "my" number for the symbols and the piano son would have to be 08, for a white snowflake (mary had a little lamb whose fleet was white as snow). But where to put it!

@ RC I checked and the numbers should appear on the bottom left corner of the painting. You don't need to zoom in or anything. I'm not sure why yours isn't showing.

Double check that you did add the perfume (it should say the painting has been given the power of god when you click it while zoomed in.

In of off chance that my code is the exact same as yours, it was 789068. Crossing my fingers that it happens to be the same!

Thanks, guys, for your help. I just opened the game on my work computer, and sure enough, I saw the code from the painting. My home computer, which is at least 6 yrs old, usually handles well, but for some reason (missing font, maybe?) the code just wouldn't appear. My work code was 579766, so it's clearly different for all. I'll just plan to finish the game at a later date on a different machine.

I got a cyan key from the girl in the very begining of the game and got "the awake end".
And I got the 5th diamond in the play with a cyan key.
Don't forget that you need phone number to play w/ a cyan key:D
Very challenging and well designed game!!

In order to get a cyan key,
when you get a blue and a saffron yellow key go to the girl's room and reject her offer twice.

-after submitting the score inventory and status are not initialized.
sometimes many flashlights appears in the inventory.
You'd better not to play in this situation.

sometimes you get another purple diamond when you use elevator from 3rd floor to 2nd floor.

When I submitted my score and the game started again, I tried finding the cyan key and using the phone number. It obviously didn't work lol, but the game glitched with multiples of everything in the inventory, no girl, codes changed, and things like the toilet brush and toothpaste not working.

I know there are 3 ways to complete this game so far.
(5diamonds w/o cyan key, 5diamonds w/ cyan key, the awake end w/ cyan key).
You have to play "New game" again for the cyan key game.

First of all you have to figure out how to get a cyan key.
Don't worry, it takes only a few minuites.
Once you understand how to get a cyan key,
play again and you should SAVE data BEFORE entering the girl's room.
Then you continue to play 'normal' game in order only to get girl's phone number WITHOUT SAVING DATA.
Never forget to write down her phone number!
Then load the game and enter girl's room and get a cyan key from the girl.
You can play 'cyan key game' from this point.

I got it!!!

I must have done something in between telling her no, and I forgot.

So free the girl, tell her no, go back into the same room, and tell her no again. She will reward you with the cyan key!

Oh, sorry! I meant 'normal' was 'game w/o a cyan key'.
This is the only way to know her random phone number.
But when you find the place where you put phone number, try the old one.
In my case the phone number was the same as old one.

Items and locations of items are a bit different in the "cyan key game".

Anyway, even if you don't know the phone number you can get the 5diamonds end w/ cyan key.
You need her phone number for the awake end.

If you play with cyan key there is no way to get 1st ending because of no girl's help.

and in my case her phone number was always same.

to get the cyan key, do not get the white key first! (this is why I couldn't get it the first time I tried to follow Xenon's advice)

Free the girl right after getting the saffron yellow key and blue key.

well, I am still stuck trying to get either of the cyan key endings.

I have done lots of stuff, but I can't get the white key, the coin, or use the mountain, start etc clues.

I know they are related to numbers from the calendar, but I don't know what to do with them. I tried converting them using the periodic table (since they were on the same calendar and the red tile was with them). But the code buttons on the porch next to them only reach 1-5 and the password box only goes 1-9.

The keypad 12345 of space tunnel is for the piano music code.
try C=1,D=2,...

* The piano code of "Do-Re-Mi Song" didn't work fine.
I think it is a bug. You'd better to try other song "Mary's lamb" or "Twinkle Twinkle"

Thank You Xenon!! The code for "Mary Had a Little Lamb" is as follows: 3212333222355. This will open the space door and you can go into the worship room. From there you can go into the Pink Master Room (no need for a white key).

piano music, mountain-star-moon-sun shapes, phone number.
just try to use them, not so difficult.

the code for "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" is 55443325544332.
and the code for "Do-Re-Mi" should be 12313132344324, but didn't work for me.

thankfully mine was Twinkle Twinkle so I had no trouble getting it last night on my own. :)

did you get all endings?

For "the awake end"
use girl's phone number on the keypad in the worship room.
solve the puzzle and get ID card.

For the 5diamonds end
Close the space door with the piano code and go to the worship room from the pink master room.
solve the puzzle with mountain-star-moon-sun shapes clue.
you will get 5th diamond.

@xenon I had to take a break in playing because I had stuff to do. I will go back and finish later. I don't have too much farther to go for one of the endings so that walkthrough is almost done. :)

the symbol at the right bottom corner of the panel is one of Chinese Mahjong tiles so you have to choose Mahjong tiles to open the door.

Playing for Cyan Ending
I don't know if this is a bug or not, but once I got the cyan key from the girl, my saffron key disappeared and I have 2 cyan keys.
It's pretty cool to finally be able to go on the back porch. I always thought that was the front door, lol.

Of course i got the game with the do re mi song and spent tons of time on it, only to see from Xenon's comments above that it's buggy. Since I saved my game, I think I might have to restart to get a different song. If anyone knows how I can get around this, please tell me! I'm quitting for the night.

The easiest way is to play "New game" and try the code of "Twinkle, Twinkle" or "Mary Lamb" soon after getting the cyan key, lol.

I'm still on the new normal ending, started yesterday. Don't know how to use the new symbols (that can also be highlited on the calendar) yet. I can't seem to use my three tiles to open the door next to the piano... I thought I remembered how to do that. Well, I just went back in time and will look around some more. And the only reason to get lost in this house once again is the MARVELLOUS walkthrough by kitkatfox!!

@Ellie, I don't think you need those symbols (highlighted on the calendar) for the "normal" end. I haven't yet figured out how they should be used in the cyan end. Just going back in now.

yippee! just finished the cyan game with the 5 diamonds end! I never got the girl's phone number - I thought it was the number we used for time travel (i.e., the wife's birthday)? That didn't seem to work though. I'll try to figure out how to get her phone number in my next attempt.

Yeah!! I finished the normal ending once again! There were some things i had forgotten about, for example to use the periodic table, and how to find the green block. So, I needed the walkthrough!
Now... hunting for cyan key!!

But, I have a question... I'm about to submit my score. I read that this is the way to get the girls phonenumber. Now I'm getting nervous of doing someting wrong and having to replay in order to get the number. When I want to submit I'm supposed to choose between two options: "Can I ask you same questions?", or "Memorable Tonight!" Does it matter which one i choose? (forgot to save the game for a long time lol).

I didn't have the patience to wait for an answer so I replayed to check. To get the phone number you have to choose "Can I ask you same questions?", otherwise you won't get it.

Hmm... playing for cyan endings now. I need to have the flashlight to get the crowbar, but i don't have the red key to the door on the porch(to get the red key without the help from the girl i need the crowbar, right?) So, i need to use the code panel, and i know the buttons to press (from the walkthrough) but i don't like to use it when i don't know where we got that code from.

You don't need a red key in order to go to the porch.
You just need a saffron yellow key or a brown key.
Open the dark green door in the 1F stairs.

As for the button panel on the porch,
Shuchun posted a comment above.
No clues in the game, but people who play Mahjong soon understand what to do.
The shapes on the buttons are called Bamboo tiles(from 1 to 9) in Mahjong game.
Some of them are wrong tiles, just choose the correct tiles(=2,4,6,7,9).
(there are many designs for a bamboo tile 1, so always correct.)

just saw your posts, @Ellie. Sorry I didn't check before - i could have answered about getting the girl's phone number, but you figured it out fine without me!

I'm going to play for the "awake end" now.

I am more and more amazed at the game maker(s) (GM) the more I play this game. No matter which room you start in, you have to be able to get to the necessary places from there. It's like a big spiderweb, and I believe it took a genius GM to come up with it!

Here I go again!

ok, i got to the part where i used the phone number, but i couldn't figure out what to put in the slots. I thought solving the mountain-star-circle puzzle would give me something, but I just got the five diamond end again.
Back to the game!

OMG not only did i wake up, but i woke up as an incredibly beautiful woman! This game is AWESOME!!!

A couple of thoughts, hints for the cyan games:

1. If you want the awake end, you'll have to figure out how to enter the girl's phone number in the Worship Room BEFORE building the LUBANI block and putting it behind the clock. Once you've placed the block, there's no getting it back, and you need the pieces for the awake end. But once you've used the pieces to get the thing that's necessary for the awake end, you can get them back and THEN build the block and place it behind the clock.

2. I could find no use whatsoever for the music CD. And believe me, I had to listen to it many, many times before arriving at that conclusion.

3. For all games, the only way to enter the medals in the Pink Bathroom is by accessing the bath from the Pink Bedroom. I'm not sure that was clear before (at least to me)

4. Once you have the cyan key, there are ways to get around without having a white key or a red key. But once you've seen the white key, even if you don't pick it up, you'll never get the cyan key from the girl.

5. The crowbar stayed in my inventory, even though I never used it again after going back in time.

I have to wonder if there aren't even more endings (maybe awake with five diamonds?), but I'm deliriously happy that I've been able to find three!!!

Here is a GUIDE THROUGH of sorts for the CYAN GAMES
I'm going to assume that anyone playing the cyan game has already finished the "normal" version and is fairly familiar with the game and the house, so I'm not going to be as specific as I would be in a WalkThrough. I'll leave that to the Expert Kitkatfox!

1. No matter where you start, it's best to begin by going to the Dining Room to get the Blue Key and the Sword

2. Once you have the Blue Key and the Sword, you can unlock the grey door to the 2F Office Hallway and use the Sword on the 2F Reception Room Door

3. Once inside the Reception Room, you will get the Purple Power Diamond which will make your life easier in so many ways.

4. Also, in the Reception Room, you'll find the Brown Key which is used to open the door to the 2F Dining Room and also the door leading from the Living Room to the 1F Stairs

5. You want to get the Cyan Key as soon as possible and in order to do this, you must get into the 1F Purple Single Room and this requires a Saffron Key . So head to the 2F Store Room and then up to the 3F Recreation Room where you'll find the Saffron Key. There are other things you can pick up or look at along the way, but I'll just concentrate on what I found to be the best route to take.

6. Once you have the Saffron Key, you can unlock the 1F Purple Single Room and talk to the girl. Refuse her offer of help, which will take place in the Living Room. Then go back in the 1F Purple Single Room and refuse her offer of help again. She gives you something very, very nice.

7. The next thing I would do is head for the 3F Lounge in order to see what tune the piano will be playing. There is a bug that makes it impossible to finish if the song being played is "Do Re Mi" from The Sound of Music so you want to find this out as soon as possible. If the piano plays "Do Re Mi" you'll have to start over.

8. Before you can hear the piano, you have to have the cord for the piano, so go through the 2F Reception Room to the Bathroom of the Reception Room .

9. You will also need to go through the 2F Office to get to the 3F Lounge, so your task is to get the code to open that door. To do THAT, you need the code from the Van Gogh painting, which you can only get using the perfume, which is in the Blue Bathroom, which you can only get to if you have the Battery. Phew! Still with me?

10. The location of these items has changed since the game first came out and also based on whether you're using the cyan key or not. I'll give a spoiler, so don't look at the spoiler if you want to find these things on your own

End of Guide Through Part I

Guide Through to Cyan Games Part II

11. Proceed through the 2F Office, being sure to take your Purple Power Diamond with you, to the 3F Den of Lounge and then into the 3F Lounge . Once there you can make a quick side trip into the 3F hallway and then you'll have everything you need to hear the piano and pick up some items and clues before going back down to the 2F Office. You can also pick something up in the 2F Office.

12. At this point the order in which you do things is not as critical. I'll just tell you how I did them.

13. Go to the 1F StoreRoom to get a code and an item. Because there is no Red Key in this game, you'll have to get in the 1F StoreRoom without it.

14. Go to the 1F Stairway to collect some items (don't forget to take your sword with you) and note the color of something.

15. Back up to the Blue Master Bedroom to get the codes for the tiles (tree, egg, and bone) sorted out, then downstairs to the 1F Guest Room

16. Use your tiles and enter the code and go into the Secret Chamber Once there you can check on some things AND you can go into the kitchen! I would advise leaving the kitchen through the doors to the 1F Dining Room, thereby unlocking them.

17. Now you can go about checking all the water faucets (except two) to get green lights in the Secret Chamber.

18. Now you have a decision to make about the colored blocks you've been collecting. If you're going for the five diamond end, you can use them behind the clock any time. But if you want the awake end, do not put them in the hole behind the clock just yet!

and now i'm going to take a little break because my piano played "Do Re Mi" and I want to restart so I don't mess something up.

btw, I thought I heard a buzzing noise? Anyone else?

Guide Through to Cyan Games, Part III

19. Now you're ready to go to the previously inaccessible Porch off the Living Room. Once there, you'll see a round symbol with a number keypad beside it. Enter the proper code based on the song the piano played (again, if it played "Do Re Mi" this won't work).

20. Enter the Space Tunnel and go to the Worship Room

21. Now decide which ending you want:

21A. For the "Awake Ending" enter the Girl's Phone Number on the keypad. [ Important Note: The Girl's Phone Number is obtained by playing a normal game and submitting your score. I tried it with only one Diamond and got nothing; I assume you must have a Five Diamond Normal End to get her phone number. The good news is that it doesn't change from game to game ] Then solve the puzzle using the colored building blocks. Once the puzzle is solved, be sure to get your blocks back!
Then proceed to the Pink Master Bedroom

21B. For the Five Diamonds/ Cyan Key Ending you can ignore the keypad and proceed through the door into the Pink Master Bedroom .

22. In the Pink Master Bedroom, do the sword exchange, then get the Music CD. You must listen to the first two songs of the CD 19 times each Hah, just kidding, I didn't even bother to get the CD last time I played, much less listen to it. But I had you worried, didn't I? Leave the Pink Master Bedroom through the door to the Hallway, unlocking it in the process.

23. You now have everything you need to pick up the crowbar. While in that room, close the window to the Blue Bathroom.

24. Go back to the Pink Master Bedroom and move the chest. Exit through the bathroom and go through the 2F Reception Room and back to the Blue Bathroom. Enter the code to move the chest in the Pink Master Bedroom. This causes a Diary to drop to the floor.

25. Return to the Pink Master Bedroom and read the diary and take note of an important date and also take something.

26. Go Back In Time where you can use the Smart Shapes Resolver and get the code for the box to get another diamond and set a door to open both ways ( very important! )

27. Come back to the Present Time

28. Now you can go about moving the clock and using the LUBANI block in the hole.

29. Once that is done, go on back up to the Pink Master Bedroom, move the chest, and get the Purple Key

30. Now that you have the Purple Key, you can retrieve the faucet and test the last two water taps to turn all the lights green in the Secret Chamber. Take the medal you get and get another Power Diamond (you should have four now).

Guide Through to Cyan Games, Part IV

30. For the Five Diamonds ending, go to the Back Porch and close the Space Tunnel using the same code you used to open it. Make a note of the positions of the symbols around the circle.

Now make your way back up to the Worship Room. You will see a new "puzzle" where the Space Tunnel was. I placed the diamonds according to the color of the symbols in my game (i.e., yellow star position gets a yellow diamond), but I don't know if that's necessary.

Enter your code (no fair, I'm not telling you how to get it!) and take the fifth Diamond.

Congratulations!!!! You Rock!!!

31. For the Awake Ending, skip step 30 and go to the door of the room on the Back Porch that requires Verification of Identity. Use the Girl's Security card to gain entry. Turn around and decide to flip the electrical switches or not?

Make the right decision and get the most awesome ending of all, IMHO

Now all we have to do is wait a million years for another game this great, lol

I have to say here that I would never in a zillion years been able to get through the "normal end" game, much less the "cyan ending" games without reading the comments of all the great gamers from EG24, most especially Xenon (the genius!) and Kitkatfox (the absolute master of Walkthroughs!).
I only hope that by putting my observations down I can help someone else enjoy this game as much as I have.

zoz, I am impressed! Thank you for your Guide-Throughs! I never would've gotten through this game without everybody's help, and kitkat's hold-your-hand-every-step-of-the-way walkthrough was the only way I did it. (Much thanks, kkf!) But it was hard to go off and explore on my own, find myself stuck, then have to go back and read through every word of the WT to figure out where I got myself caught. I just want you to know that your posts have helped me immensely. Even now, when the game is so old, and you may think you went to all the trouble to post when there may not even be anyone reading anymore, know that there is always someone who comes late to the game (usually me). So I wanted to tell you how much I appreciated it.

yay! I finally got to come back and get the cyan key end with the 5 diamonds. I will have to play for the awake end next. (but not tonight. It is almost midnight)

1. No matter where you start, it's best to begin by going to the Dining Room to get the Blue Key and the Sword

@ishtarziba the reason I suggested that you begin by going to the 1F Dining Room to get the Blue Key and the Sword is because that will enable you to get the Purple Power Diamond, which is so important to your movements around the house.

You do not need the Blue Puzzle Piece to get into the 1F Dining Room. In fact, you will never get the Blue Puzzle Piece when playing with the Cyan Key. You may enter the 1F Dining Room without a key from the Living Room, at the base of the Stairway. You may also enter the 1F Dining Room from the Porch through the brown double doors.

If you are in the Dining Room to start, then you must get the Blue Key to be able to exit through the doors to the Living Room. Once in the Living Room, you can go up the Stairs and use the Blue Key on the Grey Door, then use the Sword on the door to the Reception Room.

I think that perhaps the Game Maker put the Blue Key and the Sword next to one another because they are both essential to getting started. So my suggestion is that no matter where you start, make your way to the 1F Dining Room.

I remember for sure that I didn't get the periodic table code and the twinkle/twinkle codes without help! And I peeked at your guidethrough to see if I was on the right track for the cyan endings.

My walkthrough is based on the more than 1000 comments on this game. I just put it all together.

There are 3 endings in the game. This walkthrough will cover the NORMAL WHITE KEY END. The walkthrough for the other 2 ends (using the cyan key) will follow. This is very in depth. If you want more of a hint how to escape, read Zoz's guide through above. I tried to make the format a bit easier to read (thanks for letting me know R C).

I started out in the second floor locker room (through a door by a colored painting in the office hall on the second floor). You will start in a random room. If you play from where you are, this will just be a very long guide to help.

Walkthrough for White Key End of the Updated Game

1) In the locker room
Click the back wall next to the left locker door
Click the sink faucet (tap) to see it is broken
Back up and click the door to leave
When you exit, you face a colored poster. The door to your left is the locker room again
2)PASSWORD BOX, SAFFRON KEY
You are in the hallway of the office area
Use the bottom arrow to turn around
Click the door -- you are in the second floor storage room
Use the bottom arrow to turn around
Get the password box from the right bookcase
Click it in your inventory and then the magnifying glass under the inventory boxes to see it needs a 4-digit code. Click back in the bottom right corner to close the view.
Go up the ladder and you are in the third floor recreation room
Use the bottom arrow to turn around
Get the saffron yellow key from the pool table
Note the manhole cover and that you cannot exit from this room through the door due to a broken lock
Turn around and go back down the hole to the storage room
Turn around in this room and click the door to leave
3)YELLOW BLOCK (TILE)
Turn left to look down the office hallway (there should be a window on your left)
Click the right door and see it is locked
Use the key to unlock it and click the door to enter
You are in the second floor stairway -- note, these stairs go through all three floors. The other stairs only reach rooms on the first and second floors
Go down stairs to the first floor stairs
Turn around
Click the door by the sun picture and see you need a brown key
Click the sun picture and find a small cabinet door behind it with a square groove in it
Click the floor to the right of the sun picture (on the floor near the near corner)
While zoomed in, get the yellow block (tile) from the floor
Back up and turn around
Click the grayish colored gates to go outside
4) CYAN BUILDING BLOCK, TOOTHPASTE, FUCHSIA BUILDING BLOCK
In the first floor corner of the porch area, click the black door next to the panel
It is locked, and you will need the red key
Click the door panel and see it needs a code
Click the right brown gate doors and you are on the first floor porch (Clicking the left gate doors would take you back to the stairs)
Close the map using the circle with line button by the map
Click to the left of the circle with open square button to look on top of the porch light
Get the cyan building block
Turn around
Click the single brown door and enter the first floor bathroom
Note you can turn on and off the tap/faucet here
Click under the last sink -- get the toothpaste
While still zoomed in, click on the left side the screen under the sink
Get the fuchsia building block
Click the door to leave
Turn around
Click the right double doors to unlock them and enter the first floor dining room

Part 2 of the White Key End

5) BLUE BUILDING BLOCK, BLUE KEY, WOODBOX, BROADSWORD
In the dining room
Turn right
Click the couch where it meets the footstool and get the blue building block
Turn right
See the door is locked and needs red key
Click left of the black and gray box (TV) to get the blue key
While still zoomed in, click the floor in the corner -- get the wooden box
Look at the box in the about item view, and click it to open it and get the first broadsword
Turn left (you are facing the couch again)
Click the 2 solid white doors to go into the first floor art room
Note you can turn off the lights using the switch by the door. You can also zoom in on the Starry Night painting. Click to learn about it and something about “God's power”
Click the doors to leave (you are facing the couch again)
Click the brown doors on the far right and use the blue key to open them
Go out
6) RESCUING THE GIRL
You are in the first floor living room
Zoom in on the clock and see you can change the time
Note the right brown door needs a brown key
Turn around (you are facing the piano)
Note the right brown door needs a green key
Click the nearer of the 2 left doors and use the saffron key to open it
You are in the first floor green single room (which doesn’t look green at all to me)
You can’t seem to do anything in there – and I mean ever, in any of the endings
Leave the room
Click the further left door and use the saffron key to enter
You are in the purple single room
You will enter a cut scene where you click to advance through the text
You learn you need 5 power diamonds
The rescued girl will ask if you need help
NOTE: in the normal ending, it will not matter if you say yes or no. For the other endings it will matter!
The game is beatable whether you say yes or no. I said yes, and so my walkthrough takes this route. I will try to note where to game differs depending on your answer based on other people’s comments
If you say yes, and she will give you a blue puzzle piece (note: If you tell her no, you will not get the blue puzzle piece.)
Leave the room
7) PURPLE POWER DIAMOND, BROWN KEY
In the living room
Turn around and click the stairs
You are in the second floor hallway
Both doors here need a white key
Turn around
Click the right oval door and enter the second floor coat room
Turn around
Note the marble slab, the broken light switch, and the groove in the wall
Turn around
Click the right door and enter the den, but you can’t see
Click the oval door to leave so you are in the hallway again
Use the blue key on the left door
Enter the second floor hallway of the office area
Click the door at the end of the hall and note it is locked (also note the bracket in the wall next to it)
Note the right door needs a brown key
Use the broadsword in the door bracket at the end of the hall (note you can take the sword back, but it will relock the door)
Enter the door and you are in the second floor reception room
Click the corner by the left couch arm and get the box
Get the brown key from under it
Open the box in the about item view and get the first power diamond
You could now leave the game if you liked by clicking the notebook under the inventory box, but what’s the fun in that?

Part 3 of the White Key End

8) LIGHT BLUE BLOCK (TILE)
You are still in the second floor reception room
Click the open doorway
Click the phone and see you need a coin to operate it
The door in this room needs the cyan key (you won't find the cyan key in this ending for the game)
Go back into the rest of the reception room
Click the door to leave
In the hall, click the right door and use the brown key to open it
You are in the second floor dining room
Turn right
Get the light blue block (tile) from next to the coffee pot
Look at it in the about item view and see the bone on the front and click in the about item view and see the design on the back
Click the door at the end of the room and enter the second floor hallway of the office area
You can’t go back into the room you just left because the door is one way
The door at the end of the hall is locked with a security panel next to it
Turn around and see a cinder block wall
Click the light switch and it will tell you there isn't enough power
Place the purple power diamond into the hole in the cinder block wall
Click the lightswitch. The door will open, but it also moves a door somewhere else in the house
Turn right

9) WHITE KEY, YELLOW BUILDING BLOCK
Go out the right door
Go upstairs
You are in the third floor hallway
Click the door and enter the third floor drawing room
Click inside the rusted pot and get the white key
You can click each picture, and it will ask you if you want to press a button on each.
But don’t click them yet since you don’t know the order
Click the door to leave the room
Turn around in the hallway and see the cinder block wall that you moved opening the other one
(note, if the wall isn't there, go ahead and get the spitball)
Turn around and go back downstairs to the first floor
Go out to the porch from the gray doors, through the brown gate doors, and then in through the brown double doors to the dining room
Click the down double doors to enter the living room
Click the bottom left corner of the screen
Get the yellow building block from the stool
Back up
Use the brown key on the rightmost door
It is a shortcut to the three story stairs
10) MUSIC CD, GOLD BROADSWORD, PERFUME
In the living room
Click the stairs to climb them to the second floor
In the second floor hallway, use the white key to open the rightmost door
Enter the pink master room
Click the black thing in the bottom right corner to zoom in (it is a TV)
Click the left speaker and get the record (music CD)
Back up
Place the record/CD in the brown player to the right of the TV (note you can listen to music)
Turn left
Get the gold-hilted steel broadsword from next to the bed (note you can put it back)
Turn right and leave the room
Unlock the left door with the white key
You are in the blue master bedroom
Turn right
Click the calendar in the corner and see the same picture as the back of the light blue block
Get the perfume from the left nightstand
Look at the perfume in the about item view to learn it is named “God's Power”

Zoom in on the cabinet by the door
Place the rat badge in the center
Get the battery dry cell
Use the sword in the black square and get the green building block
Click the door to enter the living room
Climb the stairs
Turn around and go through the gray door to the office hallway
Click the sword door to enter the reception room
Click the open doorway to the right and then the bathroom door
Enter the bedroom through the open window
Click on the TV
Put in the silver CD from your inventory into the VCD player (it will replace the CD in there if you left it in)
With your silver CD in it, the green buttons on the VCR will light up
Click the play arrow and then hit the pause button on the third scene when it is dark instead of washed out
If you miss, wait for the TV to go dark and try again
Enter the cave on the TV
You can see the pink key (it is actually red, but looks pink), but you can’t reach it
Click the right wall to leave the TV
Back up and turn left to enter a cut scene
The girl will give you a red block (tile)
Say you are in trouble, and she will get you the key you couldn’t reach – red key
NOTE -- if you told the girl no to help, she will not get the key and you will not get the red block. You will use the crowbar later to get the key and the lighter from the passage. You will get a green block instead of the red one
Look at the back of the red block in the about item view and see another picture
14) SECRET PASSAGE, RED BUILDING BLOCK, FLASHLIGHT, SILVER MEDAL
Go into the bathroom through the open window
Click the door to the reception room and then the open doorway to the main reception room
Click the door to enter the office hallway
Click the gray door, turn around, and go downstairs
Enter the first floor dining room
Turn right
Use the red key on the white doors
Enter the kitchen
Note you can turn on and off the tap here
Turn around
Zoom in on the black line over the stove (range hood)
See a place for the blue puzzle piece -- NOTE: if you did not get the puzzle piece from the girl, don’t worry. You will enter this place later and you will find the flashlight and silver medal in different areas)
Enter a cut scene
The girl will offer to go into the secret passage for you
She will retrieve the silver medal and flashlight for you
She also gets stuck (I told her I would save her, but I don’t know if this makes a difference)
Turn around
Click left of the fridge to find the red building block
Leave the kitchen
15)STORAGE ROOM CODE
Turn left 2 times
Click the doors to the porch
Click the doors to the corner of the porch
Use the red key on this door
Enter the Store room

In the porch storage room

Look at the flashlight in the about item view and add the battery

Click the door in front of you and enter the first floor living room
Go upstairs and turn around
Click the oval door
In the coatroom, click the right door and use the flashlight in the second floor den
Get the crowbar/long rod (NOTE: if you didn’t get the red key from the girl, you will need to go back to the pink bedroom and through the TV. Use the crowbar to reach the key and the lighter)
Click the door to leave, and then click the coatroom door to enter the hallway
Enter the left door
Turn right and click the door at the end of the hall to see the portion of the hallway with the code box/cinder block wall, but don’t enter -- instead, click the right door so you are in the store room

17) STORAGE BATTERY, BATHROOM POWER DIAMOND, TOILET BRUSH
In the store room, turn around and climb the ladder
Turn around and use the crowbar on the manhole cover
Click the hole to enter the second floor manager’s office
Note the right computer is broken
Get the storage battery from left of the computer
Click the door and you are in the office
Turn right and leave the office

Go forward and turn right
Click the right door

Turn around and click the door to enter the living room

In the about item view of the toilet brush, add the toothpaste
Use the toothpaste/toilet brush to get the storage room code underneath

Click the left gate doors, turn around, and click the door to enter the living room
Go back upstairs, turn around and enter coatroom
Turn around and click the switch to block the entrance to the bathroom

19) DIARY, BIRTHDAY, COIN
In the left second floor bedroom's bathroom
Turn left and click the bathroom door
Click the brown door to enter the hallway and click the further door, which is unblocked again
You are now in the right master bedroom
Click the thing on the floor and get the diary
In the about item view, read the diary -- you’ll see a hint about the drawing room drawings, see the phone on the second floor is tied to the space-time systems, and a birthday
Click to the end of the book and get the coin
Leave the room
20) BLACK AND WHITE PAPER, TIME TRAVEL DOOR
Go downstairs and through the right door
Turn around and go upstairs 2 times
Click the left door and you are in the drawing room
Click the posters and tell it yes in order of lifespans (the hint from the diary about long lived tortoises)
(SPOILERmice, rabbit, cat, boy, tortoise/turtle, dragonSPOILER)
The dragon picture will drop and you can get the black and white paper
Click the door to leave and go downstairs to the second floor
Click the left door and enter the office hallway again
Turn left and replace the sword if you need -- enter the reception room
Click the opening to the right and zoom in on the phone
Use the coin on the phone and the lights will change
Use the birth date from the diary and dial it like a normal phone
(my diary said the day was Thursday the 18th of April and his wife’s birthday was on Tuesday -- so my “phone number” was 0423)
A time travel door will open
21) LINKING THE BUILDING BLOCKS, WHITEBOARD CODE, THIRD POWER DIAMOND
Click the blue opening 2 times to go back in time
You are in the reception room in the past
Go out the reception room’s door into the hall
Turn right and click the end of the hall on the left
Click the right door to enter the store room
Turn around
Go up the ladder and turn around
Use the crowbar on the manhole cover
Go down
Zoom in on the working computer
Put in the paper from the drawing room into the printer and then click ok on the screen when it comes up
See how to assemble the blocks
Look at the yellow block in the about item view and then add the cyan, then red, then green, blue, and finally the pink -- get the LUBANlock block
Click the left door to enter the office
Turn right and click the computer to see it needs a code, but you don’t have it yet
Click out the door to enter the hallway of the office area -- get the white board marker from the window ledge
Enter the code into the code box again (if you don’t remember it anymore, go back through the man hole to get to the office)
Enter the office
Zoom in on the whiteboard and use the marker in the bottom right corner to see a hidden whiteboard code
Use this code on the password box to get third power diamond
Leave the office to go into the hallway again
Turn around, take one step forward, and turn right
Now turn left -- enter the door at the end to be in the reception room
Click the open door to travel forward in time to the present day
22) MASTER CODE, TWO WAY DOOR
Click the brown bathroom door from the reception room by the phone
Get the master code note from the wall to the left of the toilet (back of the cabinet)
Look at it in the about item view and see the master code
Click the door to the right and go back through the glowing door to the past
Click the door to leave and enter the hall
Turn right and click the door at the end of the hall
Click the dark door to enter the office again
Zoom in on the computer and enter the master code
It will offer to set a door to two-way traffic -- the left one is for the door in the dining room (by the office door with the codebox) and the right one is for the manager’s room door in the back of the office
I chose the left one, but either one will work

Part 8 of the White Key End
23) MOVING THE CINDERBLOCK WALL, SPITBALL
Click out the door and click the left door (across from the code box) -- the door works now!
Enter the second floor dining room
Turn left and go out the door into the hallway (make you way here if you used the manager’s office door option)
Click the door at the end of the hall and enter the reception room
Go forward in time through the blue light
Enter the code into the phone again to turn off the time door
Go into the main reception room and then leave to enter the hall
Go through the right door into the dining room
Turn right and enter the door we unlocked
Turn around and hit the wall switch to move that darn wall!!!!!!!
Don't forget to get your purple power diamond back
Turn around and go back through the left door
Turn left and exit out of the dining room
Click the left door to enter the stairs
Turn around and go downstairs
Go through the right door and turn around
Go upstairs 2 times
Turn around and hallelujah! The wall is gone!
Get the spitball (if you didn't earlier)
Look at it in the about item view, and it is a yellow music sheet (if the girl isn’t trapped, you can go downstairs to the first floor piano. Place the music on the piano and the girl will play it. This will unlock the green key room. If you do this option, you will not need or find the green key)
24) GREEN KEY
Use the red key on the door at the end of the hall and enter the third floor lounge
Get the green key from the table (not here if you had her play the piano)
You can use the blue cord on the piano here for it to play a song, but you don't need it for this ending
Note the fireplace (NOTE: if you have the lighter already, you can light the fire now if you want. While zoomed on the fireplace, look in the right corner for the green block. You have this block versus the red one the girl would have brought you)
Note you can now get into the third floor den of the lounge (where the wolf CD was)
Leave the room
Turn around and go downstairs to the first floor
Turn around and go through the door to enter the living room
Turn around and use the green key on the right door (enter the door if you already opened it with the piano)
25) SOLVING THE TILE CODE
Enter the first floor guest room
Turn around and get the equation paper slip from the right chair
Look at the paper slip and see an equation on it
Turn back
Note the middle door needs a code and has a place for 3 rectangles and the left door needs a purple key
Click the right door to enter the living room
Turn around and go upstairs
Click the left door to enter the blue master bedroom and turn right
Look at each of the blocks you have (depends on how you played the game)
The paper note equations has one symbol at N and one as O (nitrogen=7 and oxygen=8 -- atomic numbers)
Click the calendar and look for those 2 symbols -- O was 15 and N was 14. If you count the letters in the alphabet, O is the 15th letter and N is the 14th.
Now find your exact three shapes
Now convert those to letters A=1, B=2 etc. Mine were Egg 23, Light bulb 11, and Bone 2 so .W K B I looked those up on the periodic table and get 74 19 05
Ignore the purple shapes that show up on the calendar when you scroll over it
Turn left and go out the door and then downstairs
Turn around and click the right door
Place you pieces in the code panel (order doesn’t matter)
Now type in your numbers backwards from the order of the tiles (my tiles were UKC so I want 051974)
Click ok and the door unlocks
Go inside the middle door and enter the Secret chamber

Part 9 of the White Key End

26) FIRE CODE, GOLD MEDAL, PURPLE KEY
Yay! The girl is free -- she gives you the lighter (you might have also found the lighter with the red key if you used the crowbar)
(If you turn around, you will see the small opening she got trapped behind is closed and there is a painting on the wall -- I believe this is where those who didn’t get the girl’s help will find the silver medal)
Examine the panel lines/lights puzzle and see the water lines of the hydraulic drive with water pipes
Leave the room
Click the right door and turn around
Click the right door to enter the 3-story stairway
Go upstairs to the third floor
Turn around and go into the lounge at the end
Zoom in on the fireplace
Use the lighter to light the fire and a music score appears on the wall (you may have already done this)
Place your other music score on top to see 2 numbers in the fire code
The short arrow aims at one and the long arrow at another
Turn around and leave
In the hall, turn around and go all the way to the first floor
Turn around and click the door to enter the living room
Zoom in on the clock
Use the arrows to set the time (long hand is minutes/short is hour)
Then click okay
A cut scene will start
Zoom in on the hole in the wall and place the blocks (LUBAN lock) that you assembled
Get the gold medal
Back up and go upstairs
Enter the right master bedroom door and click the cabinet to open the window to the bathroom (if you already blocked this door with the cabinet again, enter the bathroom from the reception room)
Enter the bathroom of the right master bedroom, click the hole in the wall (you may want to save here just in case)
Place the silver medal, and gas will start to kill you (click to end the cut scene and start the game with the gas killing you)
Quickly click the hole again and place the gold medal in the new hole to the left
The gas will stop and you can get the purple key
Note there is now a hole for a bronze medal, which you don’t have, yet
27) FAUCET, WATER PUZZLE, BRONZE MEDAL
Back up and click the right door to leave
Enter the reception room and then click the door to enter the office hall
Click the left door, turn around, and go downstairs
Turn around and enter the right door again so you are in the first floor guest room
Use the purple key on the left door in the guest room
Enter the first floor bathroom of the guest room
Get the faucet from under the sink
(Note this sink turns on and off)
Click the door to leave
Click the right door to enter the living room again
Turn around and go upstairs
Turn around and enter the left door to the office hallway
Turn right and click the door at the end of the hall
Turn around and enter the left door to the locker room
Click the left sink and place the faucet
You can now turn on and off this tap
Click the door to leave
Turn right and then left
Click the left door
Turn around in the hallway and go back downstairs
Turn around and click the right door and then the secret chamber
By trial and error, you have to set all the lights to green by trial and error for turning on or off faucets. Once they are green, click the larger button and an alcove will open -- get the bronze medal

28) FOURTH AND FIFTH POWER DIAMONDS, PHONE NUMBER
Leave the secret chamber
Click the right door
Turn around and go upstairs
Turn around and click the left door to enter the office hall
Click the middle door to enter the reception
Enter the bathroom through the reception room by the phone
In the right master bedroom's bathroom place the bronze medal -- get the fourth power diamond
Leave the bathroom, go into the main reception room, and out the reception room door
Go into the left door and turn around
Enter the left door and then the bathroom of the blue bedroom
Turn around and enter the code again from the storage room off the porch
Turn right and go out the door
Exit the bedroom and go in the right door (pink master bedroom)
Click the TV
Insert the song CD
Play tracks 1 and 2 to the end repeatedly so you listen to 5 songs without leaving the room
She will give you the last diamond
You have to option to submit now or later
Submit now and see your score! You made ending 1!!!!!



After you submit your score, she will offer you the option of asking more questions. Do this, and she will give you her phone number. Be sure to write this down if you want all 3 endings!

Part 1 of the Cyan Key/Power Diamond End
1) TOOTHPASTE, FUCHSIA BUILDING BLOCK, SUN SYMBOL, BLUE KEY, WOODEN BOX, BROADSWORD, BLUE BUILDING BLOCK
Starting from the bathroom off the front porch
Note you can turn on and off the tap/faucet here
Click under the last sink -- get the toothpaste
While still zoomed in, click on the left side the screen under the sink
Get the fuchsia building block
Click the door to leave
Turn around
Click the right double doors to unlock them and enter the first floor dining room
Click the table in the bottom left corner – see the star symbol and note the color
Turn right
Click the couch where it meets the footstool and get the blue building block
Click the white doors to enter the art room
Zoom in on the painting
Click the painting 2 times and it will talk about the power of God
Click the door to leave and enter the dining room again
Turn right
See the door is locked and needs red key (there is no red key in this ending, so you will enter the kitchen another way)
Click left of the black and gray box (TV) to get the blue key
While still zoomed in, click the floor in the corner -- get the wooden box
Look at the box in the about item view, and click it to open it and get the first broadsword
Turn left (you are facing the couch again)
Click the 2 solid white doors to go into the first floor art room
Note you can turn off the lights using the switch by the door. You can also zoom in on the Starry Night painting

2) FIRST POWER DIAMOND, BROWN KEY
You are in the first floor living room
Zoom in on the clock and see you can change the time
Note the right brown door needs a brown key
Turn around (you are facing the piano)

Note the middle doors need a cyan key
Note the left doors need a saffron yellow key
Turn around (you are facing the clock)
Click the stairs to climb them
Turn around and click the stairs
You are in the second floor hallway
Both doors here need a white key (you won't get the white key in this game, so you have to make you way into the bedrooms another way)

Click the right oval door and enter the second floor coat room

Note the marble slab, the broken light switch, and the groove in the wall

Click the right door and enter the den, but you can’t see
Click the oval door to leave so you are in the hallway again
Use the blue key on the left door
Enter the second floor hallway of the office area
Click the door at the end of the hall and note it is locked (also note the bracket in the wall next to it)
Note the right door needs a brown key
Use the broadsword in the door bracket at the end of the hall (note you can take the sword back, but it will relock the door)
Enter the door and you are in the second floor reception room
Click the corner by the left couch arm and get the box
Get the brown key from under it
Open the box in the about item view and get the first power diamond
You can now leave the game if you like by clicking the notebook under the inventory box, but what’s the fun in that?

Part 2 of the Cyan Key/Power Diamond End

3) PASSWORD BOX, SAFFRON YELLOW KEY, YELLOW BLOCK (TILE), YELLOW BUILDING BLOCK
You are still in the second floor reception room
Click the open doorway
Click the phone and see you need a coin to operate it
The door in this room needs the cyan key
Go back into the rest of the reception room
Click the door to leave
In the hallway, turn around
Click the door at the end of the hall to move forward (you have a cinder block wall in front of you)
Click the right door
You are in the second floor storage room
Use the bottom arrow to turn around
Get the password box from the right bookcase
Click it in your inventory and then the magnifying glass under the inventory boxes to see it needs a 4-digit code. Click back in the bottom right corner to close the view.
Go up the ladder and you are in the third floor recreation room
Use the bottom arrow to turn around
Get the saffron yellow key from the pool table
Note the manhole cover and that you cannot exit from this room through the door due to a broken lock
Turn around and go back down the hole to the storage room
Turn around in this room and click the door to leave
Turn left
Click the left door
Go down to the first floor
Turn around
Click the sun picture and find a small cabinet door with a square groove in it
Click the floor where the left wall forms an outside corner near you
Get the yellow block (tile) from the floor (a bit hard to see near the center)
Note the mountain symbol and its color
Use the brown key to unlock the door and enter the living room (you just unlocked a short cut for getting around the house)
Go into the living room
Click to the left of the stairs
Get the yellow building block from the stool
Back up and turn around

4)GETTING THE CYAN KEY, RED BLOCK (TILE)
Click the nearer of the 2 left doors and use the saffron key to open it
You are in the first floor green single room (which doesn’t look green at all to me)
You can’t seem to do anything in there – and I mean ever, in any of the endings
Leave the room
Click the further left door and use the saffron key to enter
You are in the purple single room
You will enter a cut scene where you click to advance through the text
You learn you need 5 power diamonds
The rescued girl will ask if you need help
NOTE: You MUST say no to get the cyan key.
After you talk to her, you are outside the room – immediately enter again. She will ask again if you need help. Tell her no for the second time and get the cyan key (awesome find Xenon!)
Leave the room
Use the cyan key on the back wall doors
Enter the back porch
Get the red block (tile) from the center round shape thing
Note the shapes are the same as those you have been finding around the house
Turn around and note the door here needs authentication to open
Exit the porch
Turn around

5)BLUE CORD, MASTER CODE, BLUE BLOCK (TILE)
Go up stairs
Turn around
Click the gray door
Click the reception room door again
Then click the open doorway to the right
Use the cyan key to unlock the bathroom door
Get the power line (blue cord) from the back of the toilet
Get the master code note from the wall to the left of the toilet (back of the cabinet)
Look at it in the about item view and see the master code
Click the right door then enter the main reception room
Click the door to leave
In the hall, click the right door and use the brown key to open it
You are in the second floor dining room
Turn right
Get the light blue block (tile) from next to the coffee pot
Click in the about item view and see the design on the back
Click the door at the end of the room and enter the second floor hallway of the office area
You can’t go back into the room you just left because the door is one way
The door at the end of the hall is locked with a security panel next to it (you need a code)
Turn around and see a cinder block wall
Click the light switch and it will tell you there isn't enough power
Place the purple power diamond into the hole in the cinder block wall
Click the lightswitch. The door will open, but it also moves a door somewhere else in the house

6) ENTERING THE BLUE MASTER BEDROOM, STORAGE BATTERY, SECOND POWER DIAMOND, TOILET BRUSH, PERFUME
Turn right
Go out the right door
Go upstairs
You are in the third floor hallway
Click the door and enter the third floor drawing room
Click inside the rusted pot and get the storage battery
You can click each picture, and it will ask you if you want to press a button on each.
But don’t click them yet since you don’t know the order
Click the door to leave the room
Turn around in the hallway and see the cinder block wall that you moved opening the other one
Go downstairs to the second level
Click th left door to enter the office hallway again
Turn left
Click the gray door
Click the oval door to enter the coatroom
Turn around
Place the dry cell battery in the wall
Click the switch and climb through the window into the second floor blue bathroom

7) PAINTING CODE, KING RAT BADGE, LIGHTER
Turn around and leave the coatroom
Turn around and go downstairs
Click the left door to enter the dining room
Turn right
Click the white door to enter the art room
Use the perfume on the painting
Back up and turn off the lights (light switch)
Get the code from the painting
Turn the lights back on and leave the room
Click the glass doors and go upstairs
Turn around and enter the left door into the office hall
Get the sword back
Go into the right door to the second floor dining room and turn right
Go out the door into the hallway with the code box
Click the code box and enter the code from the art room painting (the lights on the box will turn green)
You can now inter the second floor office
However, before you do, turn around
Click the light switch and get your purple power diamond back
Turn around and enter the gray door to the office
Click the computer on the left desk and see it is broken
Note there is a drawing on the whiteboard on the back wall

Get the king rat badge from the plant pot
Note the door only allows one way traffic

Click the black at the very bottom of the screen
You have found the elevator!
Place you power diamond in it to power it
Click the now green flashing button and say yes to taking the elevator

8) GREEN KEY, THE PIANO, SPITBALL, FIRE CLUE
Use the cyan key to open the left door
Go into the 3rd floor lounge
Get the green key from the table
Use the blue cord on the piano here for it to play (the song varies -- Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Mary Had a Little Lamb, or Do-Re-Mi)
Zoom in on the fireplace
Use the lighter to light a fire
A sheet of music will appear on the wall
(Note, if you don't have three tile blocks yet, you can find the green one here. While zoomed on the fireplace, look in the right corner for the green block (tile))
Click the right door to enter the floor hallway (you would be behind the cinder block wall if it was down)
Get the spitball from the floor
Look at it in the about item view and click it
You will find it is really a yellow music sheet
Turn around and go into the lounge again
Zoom in on the fireplace
Place your “spitball” music score on top to see 2 numbers
The short arrow aims at one and the long arrow at another
Turn around and leave

9) DRY CELL BATTERY, GREEN BUILDING BLOCK, MOVING THE CLOCK
In the hall, turn around and go all the way to the first floor stairwell

Use the sword in the black square and get the green building block

Use the green key on the right door
Enter the first floor guest room
Turn around and get the equation paper slip from the right chair
Look at the paper slip and see a coded chemical equation on it
Turn back
Note the middle door needs a code and has a place for 3 rectangles and the left door needs a purple key
Click the right door to enter the living room
Turn around and go upstairs
Click the left door to enter the blue master bedroom and turn right
Look at each of the blocks you have
The paper note equations has one symbol at N and one as O (nitrogen=7 and oxygen=8 -- atomic numbers)
Click the calendar and look for those 2 symbols -- O was 15 and N was 14. If you count the letters in the alphabet, O is the 15th letter and N is the 14th.
Now find your exact three shapes
Now convert those to letters A=1, B=2 etc. Mine were Tree 16, Egg 23, and Bone 3 so P W C I looked those up on the periodic table and get 15 74 06
Turn left and go out the door and then downstairs
Turn around and click the right door
Place you pieces in the code panel (order doesn’t matter)
Now type in your numbers backwards from the order of the tiles (my tiles were PWC so I want 065974)
Click ok and the door unlocks
Go inside the middle door and enter the Secret chamber
Turn around
Get the silver medal from the painting
Note the moon symbol there – note the color
Click the little door in the right wall and enter the kitchen
Turn around
Note you can turn on and off the tap here
Click left of the fridge to find the red building block

11) CYAN BUILDING BLOCK, FLASHLIGHT, STORAGE ROOM CODE
Leave the kitchen through the door and enter the dining room
Turn left to the doors of the front porch
Click the brown porch doors in front of you to enter the corner of the porch
Close the map using the circle with line button by the map
Click to the left of the circle with open square button to look on top of the porch light
Get the cyan building block
Click on the panel by the door
You need to change the buttons to identify the correct Chinese Mahjong tiles (see here for more information http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahjong thanks Shuchun :) )

13) SOLVING THE BACK PORCH PUZZLE, ENTERING THE PINK MASTER BEDROOM, RECORD (CD), GOLD BROADSWORD
Turn around and click the red doors to enter the back porch
Use the numbers pad to the right of the shapes thing to recreate your song by converting the notes to numbers.
Higher notes get higher numbers. For example, mine was twinkle twinkle little star. So I used 55443325544332 (anniemaj gave the code for Mary had a Little Lamb – 3212333222355 thanks!!!) According to Xenon, the code for Do Re Mi didn't work as expected. The author is fixing the problem, but if the piano code of "Do-Re-Mi Song" didn't work,please try 12313132344234.
Once you enter the right numbers the symbols will disappear and a portal will open to the second floor worship room
ADVICE: Save here and you can easliy come back for the third ending!
Click the door and enter the second floor pink master bedroom
Click the black thing in the bottom right corner to zoom in (it is a TV)
Click the left speaker and get the record (CD)
Back up
Place the record/CD in the brown player to the right of the TV (you can listen to music)
Turn left
Get the gold-hilted steel broadsword from next to the bed (note you can put it back)
Turn right and leave the room
Go out the door and turn around
Click the door to enter the office hallway again
Get the dark-hilted broadsword back -- replace it with the gold one

Leave the room through the reception door to the right
Click the open doorway to the reception room

Click the gray door
Turn around
Click the left bedroom door to enter the blue master bedroom
Click the bathroom door
Turn around
Turn around and you can see a code panel on the back of the marble slab you had closed in the coatroom
Enter the code you found using the toilet brush
A cut scene will start -- the hole in the other room closes, the cabinet in that bedroom moves, and it drops something on the floor
Turn left and click the bathroom door
Click the brown door to enter the hallway and click the further door, which is unblocked again
In the pink master bedroom, click the thing on the floor and get the daily book/diary
In the about item view, read the diary -- you’ll see a hint about the drawing room drawings, see the phone on the second floor is tied to the space-time systems, and a birthday
Click to the end of the book and get the coin
Leave the room
Go downstairs and through the right door
Turn around and go upstairs 2 times
Click the left door and you are in the drawing room
Click the posters and tell it yes in order of the hint from the diary (based on the lifespan on the tortoise)
So put in order of lifespans SPOILERmice, rabbit, cat, boy, tortoise/turtle, dragonSPOILER
The dragon picture will drop and you can get the black and white paper

15 TIME TRAVEL, LUBANLOCK BLOCK, WHITEBOARD MARKER, WHITEBOARD CODE, THIRD POWER DIAMOND
Click the door to leave the drawing room and go downstairs to the second floor
Click the left door and enter the office hallway again
Turn left and replace the sword if you need -- enter the reception room
Click the opening to the right and zoom in on the phone
Use the coin on the phone and the lights will change
Use the birth date from the diary and dial it like a normal phone
(my diary said the day was Thursday the 18th of April and his wife’s birthday was on Tuesday -- so my “phone number” was 0423)
A time travel door will open
Click the blue opening 2 times to go back in time
You are in the reception room in the past
Go out the reception room’s door into the hall
Turn right and click the end of the hall on the left
Click the right door to enter the store room
Turn around
Go up the ladder and turn around
Use the crowbar on the manhole cover
Go down
Zoom in on the working computer
Put in the paper from the drawing room into the printer and then click ok on the screen when it comes up
See how to assemble the blocks
Look at the yellow block in the about item view and then add the cyan, then red, then green, blue, and finally the pink -- get the LUBANlock block
Click the left door to enter the office and turn right
Zoom in on the computer and enter the master code (on the paper from the bathroom)
It will offer to set a door to 2-way traffic -- the left one is for the door in the dining room (by the office door with the codebox) and the right one is for the manager’s room door in the back of the office
I chose the left one, but either one will work
Click out the door to enter the hallway of the office area -- get the whiteboard marker from the window ledge
Enter the office again
Zoom in on the whiteboard and use the marker in the bottom right corner to see a hidden whiteboard code
Use this code on the password box to get the third power diamond
Leave the office to go into the hallway again
Turn around, take one step forward, and turn right
Now turn left -- enter the door at the end to be in the reception room
Click the open door to travel forward in time
Enter the code into the phone again to turn off the time door

Part 8 of the Cyan Key/Power Diamond End

16) GOLD MEDAL, PURPLE KEY
Go into the main reception room and then leave to enter the hall
Go through the right door into the dining room
Turn right and enter the door we unlocked
Now, either get your power diamond back from the wall or from the elevator
Exit out of the dining room
Click the left door to enter the stairs
Turn around and go downstairs
Zoom in on the hole where the clock used to be
Place the blocks (LUBAN lock) that you assembled
Get the gold medal
Back up and go upstairs
Enter the right pink master bedroom door and click the cabinet to open the window to the bathroom (if you already blocked this door with the cabinet again, enter the bathroom from the reception room)
Enter the bathroom off the reception room, click the hole in the wall
Place the silver medal, and gas will start to kill you (click to end the cut scene and start the game with the gas killing you)
Quickly click the hole again and place the gold medal in the new hole to the left
The gas will stop and you can get the purple key
Note there is now a hole for a bronze medal, which you don’t have

17) FAUCET, WATER PUZZLE, BRONZE MEDAL
Back up and click the right door to leave the bathroom of the reception room
Enter the reception room and then click the door to enter the office hall
Click the left door, turn around, and go downstairs
Turn around and enter the right door again so you are in the first floor guest room
Use the purple key on the left door in the guest room
Enter the first floor bathroom of the guest room
Get the faucet from under the sink
(Note this sink turns on and off)
Click the door to leave
Click the right door to enter the living room again
Turn around and go upstairs
Turn around and enter the left door to the office hallway
Turn right and click the door at the end of the hall
Turn around and enter the left door to the locker room
Click the back wall next to the left locker door
Place the faucet
You can now turn on and off this tap
Back up
Click the back wall next to the right locker door – see the sun symbol and note the color
Click the door to leave
Turn right and then left
Click the left door
Turn around in the hallway and go back downstairs
Turn around and click the right door and then the secret chamber
By trial and error, you have to set all the lights to green by trial and error for turning on or off faucets. Once they are green, click the larger button and an alcove will open -- get the bronze medal

Place the bronze medal -- get the fourth power diamond
Leave the bathroom – go into the pink master bedroom again

Go through the portal to the back porch
Enter your music code again
Once the portal closes, make note of the order of shapes on the portal cover
Turn around
Go through the left door
Turn around
Go upstairs and turn around
Enter the gray door
Enter the reception room door
Go through the open doorway to the time travel phone and click the door to the bathroom
Enter the bedroom through the window
Enter the worship room
Zoom on the puzzle cover over the portal
Place your power diamonds based on the colors matching the shapes

Hey kitkatfox, I just want you to know that you did a great job with your first WT. A game like this NEEDED a detailed, highly-specific, super-long explanation just to come out alive. And like I said earlier, I had tried several times, and your hold-my-hand-every-step-of-the-way WT is the ONLY way that happened. With that said, once I went back through, I knew what needed to be done, just could not remember the order (battery before crowbar, for ex.) or a few of the locations of the items. In that way, it was harder to read through all of it, and thus zoz's guide was easier. For the sake of clarity, it's always nice to 'tighten' up the walkthroughs, but for the record, yours was perfectly good as it was.

And can I just say, I am now officially DONE with this game! Whew! I've had to play it on 3 different computers, so the save-game feature couldn't be passed on. And while going for the cyan ends, after getting her phone number from a different computer, it wouldn't work on this computer (gives different #s for different players). All that work for nothing, so I had to go back and play another white key game, then both cyan endings once again. I think I've worked my way through that house at least 8 times. It was awesome, but I'm glad I won't need to be obsessed with it any more. It's conquered finally, and I can move on. Thanks for all your help.

This is just a short walkthrough for the awake end since it is so similar to the other cyan key ending. If you saved the game in the worship room, you can just reload at start there.


Awake End
Go get the cyan key
After opening the portal to the worship room from the back porch (see above for the back porch puzzle), enter the girl's phone number into the door code box in the worship room

I don't know if the code changes, but the phone number I got was SPOILER4035111/SPOILER

The code will open holes over the poster outside the locker room

Go to the locker room and examine the poster
Each colored shape on the poster is made of curved and straight edges. Look at the dark blue shape – it is a circle except for the right edge, which is flat. A 1 fits against the flat edge. So dark blue is 1. The yellow shapes has a flat edge on the right side of the top line and left side of the bottom line. The number 2 would fit around the yellow. So yellow is second. Sorry if I can't explain it better.
Place the blocks in the holes according to the order you discovered

The poster falls and you get the keycard

Go to the back porch and use the keycard on the lock by the white door

Enter the room and turn around

Click the switch on the back wall

I wasn't upset about the comment on the walkthrough being hard to read for specifics. I took it as useful criticism. I'm hoping the new layout will make it easier to skim if you are looking for a specific thing.

I know how you feel about having to replay so much. I don't know how many games I played doing all the walkthroughs. I even managed to erase my phone number and had to replay for it again. I have the game memorized now!

I agree with RC, your first walkthrough was great and there wasn't a single thing wrong with it. I think the new one is even better the way you organized according to goals for each step.
And I know what you mean about having the game memorized! I wrote the last two sections of my guidethrough from memory because I had gotten the "do re mi" song yet again and didn't want to start over!

Kitkat, one little thing I found out about that locker room security card puzzle for the awake end. The numbers on the colors change for each game. Your example of the dark blue being the 1 will change (I got green one time, yellow one time and pink another). I remembered someone earlier (the first game) saying that if you visualized a circle around each color, you could see the numbers. That's how I did it.

And in case anyone's still here, there was one thing I was wondering. When I played the cyan end on another computer and had to go do a white key game again, I refused her help, thinking I'd finally get to retrieve the red key & lighter from the partition floor on my own. While I did, and it was fun to explore more, I found that I could not end the game. Since she hadn't helped for anything else, she just refused to come and give me that final diamond when I played the CD 5 times. I must've listened to each song 15 times (annoying!-and if you're reading, zoz, my heart stopped beating when I read your instruction to listen 19 times, you little devil!) So I had to start all over again.

Did anyone else encounter that? In the white key game, if you do it without help you'll never get the 5th diamond? Or did I just miss something?

I finally decided that it was time to continue with the cyan key games. I saved the game in the middle of it about a week ago. It turned out that the saved version that I now tried to open wasn't my cyan key game, but the end of the white key end. Well, I know that one by now... so a quick escape.
But, after I get the phone number it's not possible to chose "save data", or "play again" (some kind of connection problems). After trying a few more times (listening to the songs about thirty times) I'm starting to wonder how to get into the cyan games. Is it ok to open a completely new game, but on this same computer? Will the phone number work, or do I have to open the game directly following the white key end? Do I need to save the score? I really don't want to play almost the whole cyan games just to find out that I need to start from the beginning of the white key game again.
I'm sure there are people that already made all possible mistakes (zoz? kitkatfox?). If you know the answer, please save me from another 30 rounds of that music (even though i like it).

@Ellie I definitely replaced older games a lot on the same computer with the same user name. Many times in fact! I am not sure about the phone number though.

My advice: refresh and start a new game. Don't worry about a new username. Use the same one you did before.

Go through the game until you are in the new room (look below to see the room I am talking about. Save there and try the phone number.

If it works, you can either 1) go on with the Awake End or 2) load the game and do the other cyan key ending. After the ending you chose, you can then load and be set for the third ending.

If it doesn't work. You can still finish the cyan key/power diamond ending. You'll have to replay the white key ending for the phone number for the Awake Ending, but you didn't lose anything.

You HAVE to start a new game to play the cyan key endings. The game is glitchy if you try to play right after getting the white key. You'll end up with duplicate items in your inventory.

And I think I saw something missing that gave me a clue how to play the next two games (and I understand another one of your comments more)... but that might only be in my imagination, so you probably have no idea what I'm talking about lol.

You can come back to the same game many times, as long as you're on the same computer. The game stores the info either as cookies, or as Local Stored Objects (LSOs, which are like flash cookies) on your hard drive. It doesn't matter what name you use when you play, or how many games you play. As long as you got the girl's phone number on the same computer, it will work over and over again.

However, every time you start a new game, the hints will be different (different colors, symbols, etc.) and the game will generate new number codes. So saving your game when you pass through the space time tunnel (that you'll only see when you're in a cyan key game) will save you a LOT of trouble when going for both cyan ends. All your codes, clues, faucets on/off will remain the same for both games.

@ishtarziba you have to play the white key end. You don't get it with the cyan key end.

When you submit your score at the end, you will have the option to ask questions.

Select that and she will give you the phone number.

To make it clear.

Play the white key end. Sumbit the score. Get the phone number.

From the same computer, start a new game. Play the cyan key like before, but when you go through the tunnel from the back porch, use the phone number.

Awake end is a much shorter game.

for what it's worth, I played for the cyan ending AFTER i deleted all of my cookies (which i do now and then) and the Girls Phone Number was the same as in all of my other games.

Another Random Observation: Oddly enough, the green tree tile is always the same symbol, and works out to Phosphorus, or 15.

Yes @ishtarziba, you have to go through a white key/5 diamond end AND SUBMIT YOUR SCORE to get the Girl's Phone Number. I only found that out when I couldn't get the Awake End and kitkatfox and Xenon told me.


@RC, I've been tempted to play different versions accepting/refusing help in different combinations, refusing to leave the Girl in the Secret Chamber, etc. but I've not done it. Thanks to you, I now know at least one version I won't play!

oh, another Random Factoid

if you neglect to write down the code from the Van Gogh painting and find that the door to the 2F Office is locked when you go back in time, just go through the 2F StoreRoom up to the 3F Rec Room and down through the manhole to the 2F Manager's Office and then into the 2F Office from there. You can unlock the 2F Office from the inside.

My head is filled with useless and pointless knowlege!!!

@RC if you watch the video walkthrough, that person didn't go into the Guest Room and talk to the girl until he had done everything else. She gave him the puzzle piece, but he never used it. Then, he went and played the Music CD and she gave him the last Diamond.
Too bad there's not a way to get past that stupid CD (@Ellie, I kind of like the music, too, but not overandoverandover)

zoz, knowing that you deleted your cookies, tells me that the info (the girl's phone number) is stored in LSOs. Those are hidden on your hard drive, and emptying your browser cookies won't get rid of them (google "local stored objects" to find out how). There are several other flash games I play, that no matter how many times I emptied cookies, they always seemed to 'remember' my past game's progress (Fat Slice and Colourshift were the two that alerted me to it), but once I deleted the LSOs both games reset themselves. Just a bit of info since you might be interested. I regularly delete cookies too, and when I found out about the flash cookies I wanted them gone also.

It never occurred to me to watch the video walkthrough, since my home computer is too slow for video. But now I will go back (I can't believe I'm saying this!) and play ANOTHER game, because I'm obsessed and need to see that version now too! Crazy addicting game!

Finally got a chance to play the update of the mother of all escapes & some nice additions by the author,good stuff...

Although the biggest well done of them all definitely goes out to Xenon for solving the biggest mystery of escape history.....

A couple of tips for anybody willing to go for gold...

-White key game, start at drawing room to get white key first & then no need for saffron key till u go past it on way to battery.

-And the best tip of them all,which i'm sure a few of u wish u knew earlier(unless i missed it being posted somewhere in the 10,000 comments lol)...
u only need to listen to 3 wonderful Jackie Cheung songs for the white key game, not the whole 5, just listen to song 1 first & then song 2 twice, girl will come running in to save u from further torture..... (no disrespect to Mr Cheung intended, just after 30 times lol....gets a bit much...)
