My mistake. I'd forgotten that I'd been playing around with putting an extra slash at the end of the url. I guess that's why I'd shifted the folders in the addresses.

Justsmily, what do you mean main page changes from 60 to 60.5??

Patty, there's a new intro page when you click play this game. I didn't get to see it until I cleared my cache. There has been recent activity there including the message that it currently has 60.5 + 2 levels.

Just look at the main page. It said 60.5 + 2 levels.

Luthorien posted this about level 60
"I need a help for 60...found a 3**, but can't find right extension, if it is this that I need.... "

I think the 3** may refer to error codes. Most of the 3** codes are to do with redirections.

Good find. 'Not all wrongs are wrong.' I do not get an error 404 in red on console with 306. Do you agree?

NM, now I am getting it.

OK, put in 'not found' after teapot/. Get an error page. Do a command a. on it for a couple of hidden letter groups.

I'll delete this if it leads anywhere, after justsmily sees it.

I'm finding the hidden letters on all the 404 pages!

What do you mean by "not found" Patty?

I think there must be something to this Patty. I woke up this morning thinking about that deceptive Wix cat in Dutchie's riddle, and there does seem to be a difference here too.

Btw, the main forum is now moved to discord. We have some updates from GMT there.

There seem to be two differences between a normal page of this type and this one: those letter groups where normally there is a non-breaking space and the first line of code on a normal page has been split into two lines on this one. I thought the changed letters may have to do with short and s****, but I've made nothing of it.

What did you put after teapot/ ? :(

you can put anything justsmily. It leads to a page which is not what it seems.

I see.
Three changed letters, hmm.

Fyi, 61 is launched :))

I don't think I'll ever get there justsmily :(

Noooo! I just wanted to get through 60, but don't see how?!?

And if editing that code is involved, I am out.

There's many who passed 60 in the discord server, you can join there.

But I think we should work on it together first.

I'm sure they won't welcome spoilers there, so I think we need to try and plod on here.

The theme of this level is error codes, so I think we should find out more info about it.

I've been trying to do that justsmily, but am at a loss.
I'm even at a loss as to how to use discord, and I seem to need a mobile phone to set things up, but I don't have an adequate one.

I use a computer. Windows. I think Mac should be fine too.

OK, so I guess scanning the qr code was an optional extra. I'm very much not forum savvy, except on simple blogs like this.

Guys, I've been doing several household chores & just sat back down and looked at the last thing I had typed in . . .teapot/yam. . . , got the 404 page, but there is a new folder showing in the source ( a type of seafood ). Do you have that??

Ooh, I'll go and look. I'd tried that before, but ...

Ah, send it to Balthazar bot. Send !unlock and it'll guide you how to unlock channels.
My user is hello btw.

Oh!!! Nice find Patty!

Yes Patty. I've got the seafood now. Well spotted.
Baby steps, eh!

How can we find the pass now? ...
The description says "You are lazy". Is that a hint?

I read on Nord about the lazy, but is that on the level page? I don't see it if it is.

I think we must have done different things. By going to the folder, I'm being asked for a user name and password but I'm not seeing any messages about lazy.

There will be that message if you open it in IE. I used that trick all the time to find hidden message.

Oh, I don't have IE.

I don't have it either, but read about being lazy on both nord and cipher forum. What does that mean?? I've tried every synonym of lazy I could find. Is there an error code for lazy! LOL

I think it's not that important Patty. Other password boxes also have messages, but they never help me.

I suppose if we were being lazy we might reuse old passwords.

A day passed and my progress is ... nothing :(

Same here justsmily, plenty ventured, nothing gained. Don't even know what else to try.

Like I said to Patty privately, I haven't been able to attempt anything today, but while I've been busy, my mind kept reverting to that strange message on the level page. I distrust it.

Will be busy today, haven't figured anything from strange message. Have counted words/sentence, FTF, LTF, have not counted letters to see if they would fit in a grid of some sort.
Until tomorrow, good luck to you two!

Have you got past it yet Patty?
If no, look closely at the final url. It is telling a word.

Thanks, justmily, I had a PM from Minkie that led me to the end of 60. I tried it before I turned in last night and got it right, but was too tired to find 61. Will look at it today when I have time, last night I couldn't think of a thing. Are you in?

I haven't found 61 yet. Need your help Patty!

Ha, ha! That's a good one. No help here. Have found one egg from type of knot. Didn't help. Minkie is same place.

Patty, Justsmily and me are still struggling together at Discord. We think we need to look back.

The only thing I've found today: the size of the pic is "auto" X "auto". So I used the title of pic as htm and when you click on the pic it will zoom in/out to 2 different sizes. Thought this was unusual, but don't know if it is significant. The difference of widths is a square of a number, but the height difference is not a square.

Interesting. I'm away from my computer now so can't check. I'd noticed auto, but failed to follow it up.

I'm not sure what you're talking about Patty. The size is 488 x 650, using the pic title as htm yields 404, and I can't zoom in/out the pic.

Justsmily, the page source specifies the image width and height as "auto". This is unusual for this riddle. I don't get that 404 message but can load the jpg in the usual way. The numbers you get by zooming in or out are not important, I think. If you change the size of your window, you will get different heights and widths.

Just checking in this a.m. while having some coffee.
If you go to inspect element on the pic.jpg, it will give two different sizes ( the one above & 439X585). Toggling between the zoom in & zoom out gives those 2 sizes and changing the size of the window doesn't matter. The difference in the width is 49, the square of 7. Just thing it is unusual that he made the pic with the zoom feature built in. Clue for level 49 or 7??

Also remember GMT's message at the end of status ignis? Just a couple thoughts from overnight musings.

Not awake yet, so will be back.

Patty, I'm consistently getting 488x650, but when I zoom out I'm getting different numbers depending on the size of the window.

I've got to go now, may be able to try again in a few hours.

OK, I'm now getting a wide range of widths and heights. Chasing shadows. I'll try elsewhere. I'm over my head.

Lol, I think you're thinking too complicated.
Why don't you try following our track? We're interpreting 61 = 6 + 1, 6 and 1 refer to past levels.

But we're are not getting anywhere with 6 and 1 :(. I tried messing around with 60.5, and hoped that citywall might work, but it didn't. Perhaps there is sort of variation on that ...?

I'm sure it's something very simple in the end. Someone on discord said it was "dumb", today someone took just an hour to do it saying "oh come on".

Justsmily, got your message from Minkie. & have made it to 61. Don't know if that's a good thing or not! Thanks!

Whoosh! Great!

Thanks, Minkie and Justsmily, looking at 62 now. Good work!

level 5? I need the username and password

level 5? I need the username and password

Username is always cipher; Password name is usually the last level answer. But it's been awhile since I started. You might try 'trojan'. The active site is on discord. But you won't find much help from them. Good luck. Just a fluke that I looked here today. Another somewhat helpful site for the old levels is nordinho.net.

do you know abt lvl30
everyone comments that take the title literally but i cant proceed with it
i have entered everything in the url which i can think of but doesn't help
