You can pick up the lock... Heart is inscribed on the back...
Clue to the placement of the orbs to the right of the chest... As well as a handy baggy...
wie ist das feld rechts vom krug? hab zwar ein hinweis dafür aber nicht alle zahlen stehen da,egal wie ich die zahlen 3 7 und 9 klicke ,also wo frei ist,es passiert nichts

@marita, Each line adds to the same number so you can work out which is 3, 7 and 9.

How do you get the lock open? I have four orbs and the bag. Already placed the iron orb to open the door to the statue.

Piece of cloth at the base of the pedestal at the top of stairs. Use with stick and yarn to make a torch.

How to get the green gem out of the jar?
Stuck with 6 colored orbs (iron orb is in the golden pedestal. Don't understand what to do with the lock. Can anyone advise?
Cexy, get the cats to make a pile so that they're "peering into the jar." Then click on it, and somehow it fills with water and the gem floats to the top. (?!!?)
Actually Cexy, if you put the bag of money in the jar, THEN the gem floats to the top on what looks like water.

I guess everyone left. I'm stuck. The hint for putting the gems in the buddha's hands has 7 gems, and I only have 6, and the buddha only has 6 hands...maybe someone will come along and help me?

I'm totally stuck, can't find hint for 9 button safe
First put the 6 gems in statue's hands, then statue will become gold, then you can put last gem on head.
go back to chest and look inside

click key & then cat in inventory, then one of the cats, then key again
- open chest with key
- put gold in little bag (right behind chest) for HINT (zoom out & in again)
Can't get key for chest, no clue for 9 button safe, can't find lighter (I'm assuming) for candles...what am I missing here? LOL

ARGH the blue gem was behind the star panel the WHOLE TIME!!!!! AARGH
Click it to open it. ANd also, the panel on the other side of the cave opens to reveal the Shiva-goddess.
I still can't figure out the buddha...
For 2nd HAPPY ending:
Before you exit cave,
- look at cave wall left of exit for HINT
- turn star as per hint for BIG BAG
(zoom out & in again to open)
- fill gold from chest in bag
after you find the stupid 7th gem it is a piece of cake!

Thanks again. I swear I read all the comments! I'm wondering if it didn't make sense at the time - lol.
I love these games. I have watched his cats grow up while playing. Always look at the latest pictures. Then I look around at my cats and realize instead of gold they would have caught the mice that live in the cave and come home to throw up mice hairballs on the floor where I would be sure to step in it.

OUTSTANDING game, yes!
Haven't had so much fun in an escape game for weeks. And thanks Choko-Chai for translating the game for us! Frankly, it would be a great waste if we had a language barrier and only you Japanese folks could enjoy this game!

P.S. Totally overthought the L/R puzzle on the HEART box. I thought, well, it's 9 squares so I went back downstairs to the magic 'formation' and tried to press the buttons # times ;)
