how do i get the syringe

After you bought the marbles, put one in the shell (decoration) on table in dining room. Waiter chokes and the other one will get the doctor. Go to doctors office, take syringe from box and use it in the sink there. Don't forget to use bubblegum on electrical box. Only after you've seen your wife, you can call the captain.

was looking a long time for straw till I found it in bed
