    Look closer at the table and remember that things can he hidden behind something.
    I have no clue what to do with the "pearl" though. Have the idea that it might be a door knob or something.

    And at the black pearl something is written between the Japanese (?) line: EZ FIGHTER
    But that does not help me either.
    There is a number on the key also. But can't seem to use that anywhere.

    Pink Room Escape Walkthrough:

    1.) Click on the pink arrow at the bottom of the screen four times.

    2.) Click on the pink trash can.

    3.) Pay no attention to the inside of the trash can, and click on it's southern left rim. The trash can should tip over.

    4.) Take the colorful key underneath the trash can. This is "The Key of Hallucinations."

    5.) Press the pink arrow at the bottom of the screen.

    6.) Click on the key you have on the side of the screen in your inventory; this will select it.

    7.) Now, click on the door. Exit. (Use the knob.)

    8.) Don't bother reading the flying sheet of paper. Get out while you can before you're scarred for life...
